本发明提供一种磨矿机停机方法，其停机顺序是：(1)停止给矿，球磨机筒体空负荷运行15分钟；(2)停砂泵，打开砂泵排污阀排污；(3)把前给水开得最大，加快球磨机筒体内矿砂的排出速度，同时减小泵池补加水；(4)球磨机筒体继续空负荷运行15分钟后，停球磨机筒体。本发明解决了球磨机更换衬板时，常规的“闭路停机法”而造成球磨机筒体矿砂没有开空的问题。提高了更换衬板的效率。

一种磨矿机停机方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种磨矿机停机方法，适用于大型∮5.5×8.5m溢流型球磨机更换衬板和更换进料密封圈使用。
技术背景
磨矿机在选矿厂生产作业中，一般与分级设备构成闭路循环作业，球磨机在更换衬板时，必须将球磨机筒体的矿砂开空，才能使旧衬板很顺利地拆下来，并把新衬板快速安装到筒体上。常规的停机顺序是：停给矿(运行15分钟)——停球磨机筒体(运行15分钟)——停砂泵。该停机法，由于砂泵是最后停机，始终有一部分矿砂返回球磨机内，造成球磨机筒体的矿砂没有开空，致使更换衬板费时费力，效率极低，影响检修质量及进度任务完成。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种磨矿机停机方法，该方法可彻底开空球磨机筒体内的矿砂，减轻维修人员的劳动强度，提高更换衬板的工作效率。
本发明的停机顺序是：
(1)停止给矿，球磨机筒体空负荷运行15分钟；
(2)停砂泵，打开砂泵排污阀排污；
(3)把前给水开得最大，加快球磨机筒体内矿砂的排出速度，同时减小泵池补加水；
(4)球磨机筒体继续空负荷运行15分钟后，停球磨机筒体
本发明解决了球磨机更换衬板时，常规的“闭路停机法”而造成球磨机筒体矿砂没有开空的问题。提高了更换衬板的效率，球磨机更换衬板用时由5天/次减少为4天/次，减轻维修人员的劳动强度。

1.一种磨矿机停机方法，其停机顺序是：
(1)停止给矿，球磨机筒体空负荷运行15分钟；
(2)停砂泵，打开砂泵排污阀排污；
(3)把前给水开得最大，加快球磨机筒体内矿砂的排出速度，同时减小泵池补加水；
(4)球磨机筒体继续空负荷运行15分钟后，停球磨机筒体。
