Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种立式链条粉碎机用清料装置，它属于一种复合微生物肥料生产的设备。本实用新型主要是解决现有立式链条粉碎机存在的破碎室易堆积物料造成设备停机、清理积料工作量大、生产成本费用高和破碎质量差的技术问题。本实用新型的技术方案为：立式链条粉碎机用清料装置，它由清料套筒、至少三根连杆和至少三个气缸构成，清料套筒设在立式链条粉碎机破碎室的内腔中并位于破碎室内腔的下部，至少三根连杆均匀设在立式链条粉碎机破碎室的内腔中且连杆的一端与清料套筒的上端连接，连杆的另一端穿过立式链条粉碎机破碎室的顶壁与气缸的活塞杆连接，至少三个气缸的缸体均匀设在立式链条粉碎机破碎室的外壁上并与连杆相对应。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种立式链条粉碎机用清料装置，它属于一种复合微生物肥料生产的设备。
背景技术
在复合微生物颗粒肥的生产过程中，烘干后的物料中，粒径合格(2-4.75mm)的颗料一般占到50—60％，需要经过筛分设备将粒径合格的物料送往下一个工序，大颗粒需粉碎后返回到造粒系统中重新造粒，若粉碎设备不能正常运转，会造成系统出来的大颗粒不能正常返回造粒系统而导致生产不正常。常用的粉碎设备是立式链条粉碎机，该设备通过电动机带动转子装置的链条高速旋转，利用冲击破碎原理，链条在高速旋转中打击物料，使物料在筒体内受到强烈撞击，达到粉碎目的。但在生产过程中，由于造粒物料中含有大量的无机、有机生物材料，经生产过程中高温环境，主要表现在粉碎过程中物料粘性大、易粘附在筒体四周，越积越厚，由于工作原理利用链条高速破碎，四周物料堆积厚度使破碎链条无法伸展自由破碎，致使电流增高，经常出现跳闸断电现象的发生，使流水线环节出现破碎机急停，导致流水线无法正常连续生产，使筛分后大量大颗粒物料溢出堆积设备现场，导致全线停机，也大大增加了工人的清理积料工作量，使产量无法保证，无形之中也增加了生产的成本费用。
当破碎机内的积料增加会造成电流增高，破碎质量大大降低，致使部分物料完全没有破碎后进入返料进行二次造粒，使原来二次大颗粒在造粒过程中造成更大的不合格产品，从而导致了恶性循环，使造粒成球不合格产品的增加，也使破碎机的工作负荷增大。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是解决现有立式链条粉碎机存在的破碎室易堆积物料造成设备停机、清理积料工作量大、生产成本费用高和破碎质量差的技术问题，提供一种能及时清除破碎室内壁积料、破碎质量好、破碎效率高和生产成本费用低的立式链条粉碎机用清料装置。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案为：
立式链条粉碎机用清料装置，它由清料套筒、至少三根连杆和至少三个气缸构成，清料套筒设在立式链条粉碎机破碎室的内腔中并位于破碎室内腔的下部，至少三根连杆均匀设在立式链条粉碎机破碎室的内腔中且连杆的一端与清料套筒的上端连接，连杆的另一端穿过立式链条粉碎机破碎室的顶壁与气缸的活塞杆连接，至少三个气缸的缸体均匀设在立式链条粉碎机破碎室的外壁上并与连杆相对应。
所述清料套筒的直径比立式链条粉碎机破碎室的内壁直径小2mm。
由于本实用新型采用了上述技术方案，立式链条粉碎机破碎室的内壁积料在运行过程中通过清料套筒的定时清理得到及时清除，破碎机效率有了很大提升，破碎合格率提高15％左右，由原来每台班破碎机电流增高急停2、3次，改造后为零。彻底解决了困扰造粒流水线系统这一重大的难题，使产量由原来的100多吨提升到现在的200吨左右，使生产成本大幅度下降。解决了现有现有立式链条粉碎机存在的破碎室易堆积物料造成设备停机、清理积料工作量大、生产成本费用高和破碎质量差的技术问题。因此，与背景技术相比，本实用新型具有能及时清除破碎室内壁积料、破碎质量好、破碎效率高和生产成本费用低的优点。

如附图所示，本实施例中的一种立式链条粉碎机用清料装置，它由清料套筒7、三根连杆8和三个气缸6构成，清料套筒7设在立式链条粉碎机破碎室3的内腔中并位于破碎室内腔的下部，三根连杆8均匀设在立式链条粉碎机破碎室3的内腔中且连杆8的一端与清料套筒7的上端连接，连杆8的另一端穿过立式链条粉碎机破碎室3的顶壁与气缸6的活塞杆连接，三个气缸6的缸体均匀设在立式链条粉碎机破碎室3的外壁上并与连杆8相对应。所述清料套筒7的直径比立式链条粉碎机破碎室3的内壁直径小2mm。图中由电机1、联轴器2、破碎室3、破碎链条4、进料口5和转轴9构成立式链条粉碎机。
本实用新型的工作过程是：立式链条粉碎机在电机1的带动下，带动破碎链条4高速转动，需破碎的物料由进料口5进入立式链条粉碎机的破碎室3内，物料在下降的过程中被数根安装在不同高度的破碎链条打碎，随着破碎室3内物料和破碎链条4的不断高速碰撞，会有物料粘到破碎室3内壁上，并随着破碎时间的延长和破碎量的增加，内壁积料的厚度也不断增加，当破碎机运行一段时间壁上物料达到一定厚度时，由时间继电器控制气缸6，气缸6将内置清料套筒7顶起一次，清除壁上积料，如此周期循环，完成在不停机情况下的清料工作，保证粉碎机的持续稳定运行。

1.一种立式链条粉碎机用清料装置，其特征是：它由清料套筒、至少三根连杆和至少三个气缸构成，清料套筒设在立式链条粉碎机破碎室的内腔中并位于破碎室内腔的下部，至少三根连杆均匀设在立式链条粉碎机破碎室的内腔中且连杆的一端与清料套筒的上端连接，连杆的另一端穿过立式链条粉碎机破碎室的顶壁与气缸的活塞杆连接，至少三个气缸的缸体均匀设在立式链条粉碎机破碎室的外壁上并与连杆相对应。
2.根据权利要求1所述的立式链条粉碎机用清料装置，其特征是：所述清料套筒的直径比立式链条粉碎机破碎室的内壁直径小2mm。
