背景技术
如PCT申请No.2008-527539的已公布日文翻译所描述的,关于在显示器等上显示的画面,已知用户界面的布局结构。此外,如PCT申请No.2008-527540的已公布日文翻译所描述的,已知一种根据选择来缩放图像的技术。
发明内容
但是,例如,对于显示了与广播波相对应的多个内容的画面,如果在观看所希望内容的同时为了观看另一内容而滚动画面,则所希望内容也被滚动。滚动的结果是,变得难以识别所希望内容。
鉴于以上情况,希望提供一种即使在画面被滚动的情况下也能够持续地识别所选画面区域的新颖且改进的显示设备和显示方法。
根据本发明一个实施例,提供了一种显示设备,其包括:操作输入部件,用户从该操作输入部件输入操作信息;选择部件,基于操作信息选择显示画面上的预定区域;以及滚动部件,在所选预定区域的位置保持在预定位置的状态下滚动显示画面。
利用上述结构,显示画面上的预定区域基于用户输入的操作信息而被选择,并且显示画面在所选预定区域的位置保持在预定位置的状态下被滚动。因此,即使在画面被滚动时,所选预定区域也不滚动,并且用户可以可靠地确认所选画面区域。
在此配置中,从广播信号获得的多个内容被显示在显示画面上,并且选择部件选择多个内容中的至少一个内容。
在此配置中,通信网络的浏览器画面被显示在显示画面上,并且选择部件基于操作信息来切出(cut out)并选择浏览器画面上的预定区域。
在此配置中,由选择部件选择的预定区域被移动到预定位置,并且该预定区域的至少一部分被叠加在未选择区域上并被显示。
在此配置中,显示设备还包括透明处理(transparency processing)部件,该透明处理部件在过去预定时间段之后对所选预定区域应用透明处理。

1.根据本发明一个实施例的显示设备的结构
图1是示出根据本发明一个实施例的显示设备100的结构的功能框图。显示设备100例如是诸如电视接收机之类的设备。显示设备100接收诸如数字陆地广播信号之类的广播信号,并基于从广播信号获得的视频信号来显示电视节目的视频等。显示设备100包括诸如液晶面板之类的显示部件102、接收来自广播信号的节目内容的内容接收部件104、以及所接收内容输入到其中并且执行控制以在显示部件102上显示内容的显示控制部件110。另外,显示设备100还包括诸如下述各项的构成元件(未示出在图中):接收广播波的天线、调谐器、以及从广播信号中分离出视频数据(视频信号)和音频数据(音频信号)的DEMUX。
内容接收部件104接收来自从广播信号接收的视频信号的、由各个广播台提供的视频内容。内容的信息被输入到显示控制部件110。显示控制部件110包括内容选择部件112、内容放大部件114、滚动部件116、内容透明处理部件118、加权处理部件120、和操作输入部件122。用户的操作信息从设在显示设备100上的各种类型的开关、以及连接到显示设备100的遥控或点选设备(鼠标等)输入到操作输入部件122。
显示设备100可以从多个广播台接收广播信号,并且可以在显示部件102上显示由用户选择的广播台之一的节目视频内容。此外,显示设备100可以从多个广播台接收广播信号,并且可以在单个画面上以缩略图像的内容的形式同时显示从多个广播台接收的节目视频。
2.由显示设备显示的内容的示例
图2示出了在显示设备100的显示部件102上以缩略图像的形式显示内容的状态,内容是从多个广播台接收的节目视频。图2所示的显示框指示出了显示部件102的显示画面的图像显示范围(画面显示区域)。如图2所示,在显示部件102的显示框内显示多个所接收内容。图2中由粗框围绕的一个内容示出了焦点所设定到的内容。用户可以通过操作遥控器、鼠标等来将焦点移动到另一内容。通过在焦点被设定到所希望内容的状态中执行选择操作来执行后面将描述的内容选择。
当存在大量广播台时,各个广播台的内容被布置在比画面显示区域大的范围中。因此,通过滚动在画面显示区域内显示的内容,用户可以将位于画面显示区域外部的内容移动到画面显示区域内并查看它们。当在光标(焦点)被设定到位于显示框内的一端的内容的情况下执行滚动时,光标被进一步移动到外部。这样,位于显示框外部的内容进入显示框,并且内容被显示在画面显示区域内。
3.内容选择和滚动
图3示出了如下状态:用户从图2所示的状态选择了内容之一。内容选择被执行为使得显示控制部件110的内容选择部件112根据用户输入的操作信息来选择内容之一。更具体而言,用户可以通过操作遥控器、鼠标等来将焦点设定到图2所示的内容之一,并且焦点所设定到的内容的轮廓被用粗框来显示。当用户点击焦点被设定在其上的内容时,内容被选择。利用根据本实施例的显示设备100,当用户选择内容之一时,所选内容的位置被向左上方向移动预定量。在所选内容和未选内容相互交叠的区域中,所选内容被显示。因此,在相对于未选内容的浮动状态中显示所选内容。
图4示出了用户选择了多个内容的状态。当如图4所示选择了多个内容时,以浮动状态来显示所有的所选内容。因此,由于以浮动状态来显示所选内容,所以用户可以很容易区分和识别所选内容和未选内容。
利用根据本实施例的显示设备100,如果如图3或图4所示地执行内容选择,则当用户滚动画面时,所选内容保留在该位置并且仅未选内容被滚动。图5示出了用户从图4所示的状态滚动画面的状态。通过显示控制部件110的滚动部件116根据用户输入的操作信息来滚动显示画面从而执行画面的滚动。

如图5所示,内容A、B、C和D所处的位置在空白状态中被滚动,这是因为内容A、B、C和D保留在它们的位置而没有移动。这里,这些空白位置可用于重新显示另一广播台的节目视频内容。

4.所选内容的透明显示

如上所述,根据本实施例,如果用户从多个内容中选择所希望内容,并在之后点击所选内容,则缩放被执行以放大并显示该内容。如果进一步点击经缩放的内容,则可以全屏显示该内容。注意,从内容选择到全屏显示的操作不限于此示例。例如,通过在选择了内容之后执行预定操作,可以进行向全屏显示的转移而无需执行经由缩放画面的处理。
图13是示出如下示例的示意图:其中,当全屏显示内容A时,以缩略图像的形式叠加并显示内容B、C、D和E。以这种方式,可以以缩略图像的形式叠加并显示其它所选内容。
图14是示出如下示例的示意图:其中,所选内容A、B、C和D被统一布置在显示框的左侧。以这种方式,可将所选内容统一布置在显示框内的预定区域。此外,在图14所示的布置中,也可以由加权处理部件120基于内容的元信息、用户的偏好信息等来确定布置顺序,并且可以按用户偏好的降序从显示框的顶部开始显示内容。
6.在使用显示设备时的各个处理流程
接下来,将参考图15到图18更详细地描述在使用根据本实施例的显示设备100时的上述处理的每一个。图15是示出在执行滚动时的处理的流程图。首先,在步骤S10,用户操作遥控器、鼠标等来移动焦点。在下一步骤S11,判断焦点所移至的目的地内容是否处在非显示区域中。当判定焦点所移至的目的地内容处在画面显示区域中时,换而言之,当焦点在显示框内移动时,处理行进到步骤S14,并且焦点被移动到该目的地内容以对其进行显示。
另一方面,当在步骤S11判定焦点所移至的目的地内容处在非显示区域中时,换而言之,当焦点被移动到显示框外部时,处理行进到步骤S12。在步骤S12、S16和S18的处理中,通过执行步骤S12、S16和S18的循环处理,针对画面显示区域中的所有内容判断这些内容是否被选择了(步骤S16)。在步骤S20,未选内容在与焦点移动方向相反的方向上被移动(滚动)与一个内容相对应的距离。
在步骤S12、S16和S18的循环处理之后,处理行进到步骤S22到S26的循环处理。非显示区域中焦点所移至的一行内容被指定(步骤S22),并且该行内容在与焦点移动方向相反的方向上被移动(滚动)与一个内容相对应的距离。其结果是,非显示区域中的该行内容移入显示框。因此,在显示框中,通过步骤S20的移动处理而移动了的该行内容被取代。在步骤S22到S26的循环处理之后,处理结束。
图16是示出在选择以缩略图形式显示的内容并根据权重执行缩放时的处理的流程图。首先,在步骤S28,根据用户的操作将焦点设定到一内容。在下一步骤S30,根据用户的操作,在将焦点设定到所希望内容的同时选择该所希望内容。在下一步骤S32,判断所选内容是否已被选择。如果所选内容已被选择,则处理行进到步骤S36。另一方面,如果所选内容尚未被选择,则处理行进到步骤S34,并且以相对于未选内容的浮动状态来显示该所选内容。
在步骤S36,计算此时所选的各个内容的权重。如上所述,由加权处理部件120基于内容的元信息、用户的偏好信息等来确定权重的计算。
在下一步骤S38,根据在步骤S36计算出的权重对各个所选内容进行缩放。此时,缩放被执行为使得各个所选内容的权重越高,则用于缩放的放大率越高。
在下一步骤S40,判断是焦点被设定到经缩放内容之一并且该经缩放内容之一进一步被点击从而被确定,还是焦点已被移至经缩放内容中的另一个内容。当在焦点设定到经缩放内容中的一个内容的状态中点击该内容时,处理行进到步骤S42并且该内容被全屏显示。另一方面,当焦点已被移至经缩放内容中的另一个内容时,处理行进到步骤S44并且焦点在指定方向上移动。
图17是示出在缩略图交叠时的处理的流程图。首先,在步骤S50,根据用户操作而将焦点设定到缩略图内容。在下一步骤S52,判断所聚焦的内容是否已被选择。当所聚焦的内容已被选择时,处理行进到步骤S54,并且设定计时器。这样,针对已被选择的内容开始计时器计数。另一方面,当所聚焦内容尚未被选择时,处理行进到步骤S56,并且删除计时器。
图18示出了如下情况:其中,在图17中的步骤S54开始计时器计数之后过去了预定时间段,并且计时器达到发送时间。在这种情况下,在步骤S60,执行对所选内容的透明显示,并且透明或半透明地显示所选内容。在下一步骤S62,根据用户操作,将焦点设定到位于所选内容之下(之后)的内容。
在下一步骤S64,判断是位于后面的所聚焦内容被进一步点击从而被选择(确定),还是焦点被移至另一内容。当位于后面的内容被选择(确定)时,处理行进到步骤S66,在步骤S66,所确定的内容被移动为与透明(或半透明)显示的内容相邻,并且被以浮动状态来显示。另一方面,当焦点已被移动时,处理行进到步骤S68,并且在指定方向上移动焦点。
7.在浏览器画面上的画面区域选择
在上述实施例中,描述了如下情况:其中,从自多个广播波获得的多个内容中选择所希望内容。接下来,将描述适用于观看单个内容的另一实施例。在此实施例中,假设使用作为应用软件的浏览器来观看因特网上的web页面,并且假设在浏览器画面上切出并选择所希望区域。
图19是作为因特网浏览器画面的一个示例、示出可以进行关键字搜索的门户网站的示意图。如果用户指定(选择)图19所示的画面上的所希望显示区域,则该所指定区域在画面滚动时可以停留在同一位置。
图20示出了用户已经切出浏览器画面上的所希望区域A1的状态。这里,由用户移动光标来切出图20所示的区域A1。区域A1的图像被指定为所选图像,并且被向左上方向移动预定量。这里,根据用户输入的操作信息,由显示控制部件110的内容选择部件112选择通过移动光标而切出的范围来执行内容选择。
图21示出了用户从图20所示的状态进一步切出区域A2的状态。这里,也由用户移动光标来切出图21所示的区域A2。区域A2的图像被指定为所选图像,并且被向左上方向移动预定量。
根据本实施例的显示设备100被构造为使得在如图21所示指定了区域A1和A2的状态下,当用户滚动画面时,所选区域A1和A2保留在它们的位置并且仅未选区域被滚动。图22示出了用户从图21所示的状态开始在箭头方向上滚动画面的状态。由显示控制部件110的滚动部件116根据用户输入的操作信息滚动显示画面来执行画面的滚动。
如图22所示,即使画面被滚动时,所选区域A1和A2也保留在相同位置而没有移动。另一方面,除区域A1和A2之外的浏览器画面根据用户的操作在图22所示的方向上被滚动。因此,所选区域A1和A2未移动到画面显示区域的外部,并且用户可以在其能够持续识别画面上的所选区域A1和A2的状态中查看其它图像。另外,用户可以切出并选择通过滚动而新近出现在画面显示区域中的区域。
如图22所示,区域A1和A2原来所处的位置在空白状态下被滚动,这是因为区域A1和A2保留在它们的位置而没有移动。这里,空白位置可用于其它显示。
图23示出了从图22所示的状态点击所选区域A1和A2之一并执行缩放的状态。如图23所示,当所选区域A1和A2之一被点击时,所选区域A1和A2两者都被放大。此时,所选区域A1和A2被放大为具有相同大小。此外,各个区域A1和A2被均匀地布置在画面显示区域中,以使得在该布置中不存在偏移。
如上所述,根据本实施例,所选内容或显示区域被显示为使其相对于周围内容或区域浮动。另外,即使在画面滚动时,所选内容也不滚动。这样,用户可以可靠地识别所选内容。
此外,通过对所选内容进行缩放可以很容易地确认所选内容的内容。此外,当执行缩放时,基于内容的元信息、用户的偏好信息等来执行加权处理。因为根据加权来执行缩放,所以可以以更大尺寸来显示用户更偏好的图像。因此,可以显著地提高用户的便利性。
以上参考附图描述了本发明的示例性实施例。但是,本发明不限于上述示例。本领域技术人员应当了解,在所附权利要求或其等同物的范围内,可以依据设计要求和其它因素来进行各种修改、组合、子组合和变更。

Claims (11)
1.一种显示设备,包括:
显示部件,其显示画面包括多个区域;
操作输入部件,用户从该操作输入部件输入操作信息,所述操作信息指定了所述多个区域中用户所希望的预定区域;
选择部件,基于所述操作信息选择所述显示画面上的所述预定区域,使得所选预定区域被显示为浮动状态,并且所述显示画面上能够同时存在多个所选预定区域;以及
滚动部件,在所选预定区域的位置保持在预定位置的状态下滚动所述显示画面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的显示设备,其中
从广播信号获得的多个内容被显示在所述显示画面上,并且
所述选择部件选择所述多个内容中的至少一个内容。
3.根据权利要求1所述的显示设备,其中
通信网络的浏览器画面被显示在所述显示画面上,并且
所述选择部件基于所述操作信息来切出并选择所述浏览器画面上的预定区域。
4.根据权利要求1所述的显示设备,其中
由所述选择部件选择的预定区域被移动到预定位置,并且所述预定区域的至少一部分被叠加在未选择区域上并被显示。
5.根据权利要求1所述的显示设备,还包括:
透明处理部件,在过去预定时间段之后对所述所选预定区域应用透明处理。
6.根据权利要求1所述的显示设备,还包括
放大部件,对所述预定区域进行放大,
其中,
当多个所述预定区域被选择时,所述放大部件将这多个预定区域放大为具有相同大小。
7.根据权利要求2所述的显示设备,还包括:
放大部件,对所述预定区域进行放大;以及
加权处理部件,基于内容的元信息和用户的偏好信息之一来对所述预定区域执行加权处理,
其中,
当多个所述预定区域被选择时,所述放大部件根据所述加权处理的结果对所选预定区域进行放大。
8.根据权利要求1所述的显示设备,还包括:
加权处理部件,基于内容的元信息和用户的偏好信息之一对所述预定区域执行加权处理,
其中,
所述预定区域根据所述加权处理的结果而被移至所述预定位置。
9.一种显示方法,包括以下步骤:
显示包括多个区域的显示画面;
由用户输入操作信息,所述操作信息指定了所述多个区域中用户所希望的预定区域;
基于所述操作信息来选择所述显示画面上的所述预定区域,使得所选预定区域被显示为浮动状态,并且所述显示画面上能够同时存在多个所选预定区域;以及
滚动所述显示画面,使得所选预定区域不跟随该滚动。
10.根据权利要求9所述的显示方法,其中
从广播信号获得的多个内容被显示在所述显示画面上,并且
在所述选择步骤中,选择所述多个内容中的至少一个。
11.根据权利要求9所述的显示方法,其中
通信网络的浏览器画面被显示在所述显示画面上,并且
在所述选择步骤中,基于所述操作信息来切出并选择所述浏览器画面上的预定区域。
