Abstract

本发明涉及一种天然植物清洗剂,其特征在于:按重量份计,由柠檬烯70-80份、茶皂素2-10份、卵磷脂1-10份、柠檬醛2-10份、柠檬酸0.5-1份,在温度为15℃-25℃条件下混合均匀,配制而成。本发明对汽车及家电的漆膜、玻璃等无任何损害,而且避免了乳化后分层现象,提高了清洗效果。该清洗剂安全环保,去污力强,工艺简单,成本较低。

天然植物清洗剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种化学清洗剂,特别涉及一种天然植物清洗剂。 
背景技术
目前,市场上以及各行业普遍应用的清洗剂多为含有苯、甲苯、二甲苯或环壬烷等有机原料,其中苯为高致癌物质,甲苯和二甲苯对人体的危害主要是影响中枢神经系统、对呼吸道和皮肤产生刺激作用。经常使用,会对人体健康造成极大的伤害。制备清洗剂的上述原料多源于石油附属品,在生产时会造成严重的环境污染。而且由于其本身的毒性,在生产和运输过程中都会有很大的安全隐患。再有上述原料普遍存在闪点及燃点较低等弊端,对生产设备及环境有更严格的要求,从而加大实施的投入及生产成本。现在市场上虽然有一些以天然原料为主的清洗剂,但是由于乳化后不稳定,容易出现分层现象,不但使用不方便,而且清洗效果不明显;例如,人们通常采用上述各种清洗剂清洗汽车、家电等物品,往往得不到较佳的清洗效果。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处,提供一种循环再生资源丰富、工艺简单、应用广泛、环保无污染的天然植物清洗剂。 
为实现上述目的本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种天然植物清洗剂,其特征在于:按重量份计,由柠檬烯70-80份、茶皂素2-10份、卵磷脂1-10份、柠檬醛2-10份、柠檬酸0.5-1份,在温度为15℃-25℃条件下混合均匀,配制而成。 
检测方法及结果: 
检测方法:按企业标准Q/12NK4971-2010天然植物清洗剂进行检测。
理化性能:包括不容物、闪点、pH值、热稳定性、冷稳定性,对金属材料的影响:全浸腐蚀、去镉,对涂层表面的影响,长期储存稳定性,检测完全达到标准。有害物质包括游离甲醛、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、二氯甲烷、1,2-二氯乙烷、1,1,2-三氯乙烷、三氯乙烯、重金属含量包括可溶性铅、可溶性镉、可溶性铬、可溶性汞等远远低于国家相关标准。清洗效率超过同类清洗剂并高出标准。 
本发明的有益效果是:该清洗剂的主要成分是从纯天然植物如桔子皮、柠檬皮、橙子皮中精蒸馏提取,环保无毒无污染。其中的主要组分柠檬烯具有较强的溶解力,茶皂素、卵磷脂增加表面活性,柠檬醛可平衡混溶度,柠檬酸增强溶解力。该清洗剂不含苯、甲苯、二甲苯、环壬烷等对人体有毒有害的物质,也不含铅、铬、镉和汞等重金属。生产过程中不会污染环境,没有安全隐患。不需乳化设备,生产工艺简单、操作方便、生产环境条件宽松、无需配套排除污染设施,具有显著的使用价值和经济效益。本发明无二次污染,其残留物可被生物分解,其闪点高、为45℃以上,燃点高、为200℃以上,使用储存安全可靠。采用原料为可循环再生资源,来源丰富且广泛。在废物利用、变废为宝的同时达到清除污染源,有效进行资源整合。本发明加入了茶皂素天然表面活性剂,避免了乳化后分层现象,提高了清洗效果。该清洗剂安全环保,去污力强,工艺简单,成本较低;作为替代苯类物的有机化工清洗剂,清洗、去污,特别是应用于汽车机部件,清洗效果极佳;且对汽车的漆膜、玻璃等无任何损害。同时,也可用于工业、家庭及公共场所等,如机场跑道、停机泊位、飞机、火车及油田重油垢的清洗;还可以用于清洗口香糖胶、不干胶以及家庭所需的各个方面的清洗。 
具体实施方式
以下结合较佳实施例,对依据本发明提供的具体实施方式详述如下: 
实施例1(每份按1 kg计,主成分含量均按质量分数计算)
将柠檬烯(主成分>95%)70kg、茶皂素(主成分>65%)5kg、卵磷脂(主成分>60%)7.5kg、柠檬醛(主成分>95%)2.5kg ,柠檬酸(主成分>95%)0.5kg,在温度为15℃-25℃条件下,以50-70转/min的速度搅拌均匀,配制成天然植物清洗剂。所采用原料均为市售产品。
实施例2(每份按1 kg计) 
将柠檬烯(主成分>95%)75kg、茶皂素(主成分>65%)5kg、卵磷脂(主成分>60%)5kg、柠檬醛(主成分>95%)3kg,柠檬酸(主成分>95%)0.5kg,在温度为15℃-25℃条件下, 以50-70转/min的速度搅拌均匀,配制成天然植物清洗剂。
实施例3(每份按1 kg计) 
将柠檬烯(主成分>95%)80kg、茶皂素(主成分>65%)3kg、卵磷脂(主成分>60%)2kg、柠檬醛(主成分>95%)3.5kg,柠檬酸(主成分>95%)0.5kg,在温度为15℃-25℃条件下,以50-70转/min的速度搅拌均匀,配制成天然植物清洗剂。
本发明的特点及用途: 
(1)本发明采用表面活性剂,以提高本剂的分散、乳化、去污能力。
(2)本发明采用柠檬烯为溶剂,有效提高去油污能力,且环保无污染。 
使用方法: 
选择本发明清洗剂均匀喷洒或涂刷到要清洗的物品上,用布直接擦洗,再用清水洗净,最后用布擦干即可;清洗效果显著;储存静置不沉淀、不分层,可直接使用,不必再搅拌摇匀,使用极为方便。
上述参照实施例对该天然植物清洗剂进行的详细描述,是说明性的而不是限定性的,按照组分配比限定范围可列举若干个实施例,因此在不脱离本发明总体构思下的变化和修改,应属本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种天然植物清洗剂,其特征在于:按重量份计,由柠檬烯70-80份、茶皂素2-10份、卵磷脂1-10份、柠檬醛2-10份、柠檬酸0.5-1份,在温度为15℃-25℃条件下混合均匀,配制而成。
