Abstract

本发明涉及一种天然植物型溶剂,其特征由柠檬烯60~80份、松节油10~20份、丙二醇苯醚10~15份、松油醇5~10份、柠檬醛1~3份,均匀混合配制而成。其主要成分是从纯天然植物如桔子皮、柠檬皮、橙子皮中精蒸馏提取,可替代石油附属品特别是以苯系化工原料的有机溶剂,环保无毒无污染。其中的主要组分柠檬烯具有较强的溶解力,丙二醇苯醚可进一步提高溶解力,加大溶剂溶解范围;松节油平衡溶剂挥发速率,柠檬醛可平衡混溶度。该溶剂闪点高、为60℃以上,燃点高、为200℃以上,使用存储安全可靠。工艺简单、操作简便,生产环境条件宽松,无需专用设备及配套排除污染设施。采用原料为可循环再生资源,在废物利用的同时达到清除污染源,用途非常广泛。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种化学溶剂,特别涉及一种天然植物型溶剂。
背景技术
目前,市场上以及各行业普遍应用的化学溶剂多为含有苯、甲苯、二甲苯或环壬烷等的有机溶剂,其中含有大量对人体有毒有害的物质,因此在严重侵害人们身体健康的同时将危害着大自然的生态平衡。制备溶剂的上述化工原料多源于石油附属品,由于石油为不可再生资源,故此原料价格将会不断攀升,并将面临资源不断匮乏枯竭之境地。再有制备溶剂的化工原料普遍存在闪点及燃点较低等弊端,因而在制备与使用过程中都潜在着安全隐患,为保障操作生产的安全性,将对生产设备及环境有更严格的要求,从而加大实施的投入及生产成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处,提供一种循环再生资源丰富、工艺简单、用途广泛、环保无污染的天然植物型溶剂。
为实现上述目的本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种天然植物型溶剂,其特征由柠檬烯60~80份、松节油10~20份、丙二醇苯醚10~15份、松油醇5~10份、柠檬醛1~3份,均匀混合配制而成。
本发明的有益效果是:由于该溶剂主要成分是从纯天然植物如桔子皮、柠檬皮、橙子皮中精蒸馏提取,环保无毒无污染。其中的主要组分柠檬烯具有较强的溶解力,丙二醇苯醚可进一步提高溶解力,加大溶剂溶解范围;松节油平衡溶剂挥发速率,柠檬醛可平衡混溶度。该溶剂不含苯、甲苯、二甲苯、环壬烷等对人体有毒有害物质,也不含铅、铬镉、锑和钡等重金属。而且适用于醇酸类、聚酯类、氨氢类、丙稀酸等配套的稀释剂产品。本发明无二次污染,其残留物可被生物分解;其闪点高、为60℃以上,燃点高、为200℃以上,使用存储安全可靠。工艺简单、操作简便,生产环境条件宽松,无需专用设备及配套排除污染设施,具有显著的实用价值和经济效益。采用原料为可循环再生资源,来源丰富且广泛;在废物利用、变废为宝的同时达到清除污染源,有效进行资源整合;作为替代苯系物的有机化工溶剂,如作为油漆溶剂、清洗剂、去污剂及废旧橡塑材料的再生处理剂,应用非常广泛;同时该溶剂特有的组分与配比为进而改性成为水溶剂奠定了一定基础。

以下结合较佳实施例,对依据本发明提供的具体实施方式详述如下:
实施例1
将柠檬烯70千克、松节油15千克、丙二醇苯醚12.5千克、松油醇7.5千克、柠檬醛2千克均匀混合制成。
实施例2
将柠檬烯60千克、松节油10千克、丙二醇苯醚10千克、松油醇5千克、柠檬醛1千克均匀混合制成。
实施例3
将柠檬烯80千克、松节油20千克、丙二醇苯醚15千克、松油醇10千克、柠檬醛3千克均匀混合制成。
实施例4
将柠檬烯65千克、松节油12.5千克、丙二醇苯醚11.5千克、松油醇6.5千克、柠檬醛1.5千克均匀混合制成。

将柠檬烯75千克、松节油17.5千克、丙二醇苯醚13.5千克、松油醇8.5千克、柠檬醛2.5千克均匀混合制成。
