本发明公开了一种天然植物水性清洗剂,其特征在于按重量份数计由以下成分混合制成:柠檬烯5〜15份、垸芳基醚硫酸盐(Disponil AES48)3〜7份、垸基酚聚氧乙烯醚(Dispersant 130)10〜15份、缔合型增稠剂(Thickener 3820)0.5〜1份、去离子水62〜81.5份。制备步骤如下:将所述重量份的各种成分混合后在温度为55°C〜65°C条件下,用高速分散机在700〜900转/分钟的速度搅拌5〜10分钟,微乳化配制而成。

Description

天然植物水性清洗剂及其制备方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种清洗剂及其制备方法,特别涉及一种天然植物水 性清洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前, 市场上以及各行业普遍应用的清洗剂多为含有苯、 甲苯、 二甲苯或环壬垸等有机原料, 其中苯为高致癌物质, 甲苯和二甲苯对 人体的危害主要是影响中枢神经系统、 对呼吸道和皮肤产生刺激作 用。 经常使用, 会对人体健康造成极大的伤害。 而且由于其本身的毒 性, 在生产和运输过程中都会有很大的安全隐患。再有上述原料普遍 存在闪点及燃点较低等弊端, 对生产设备及环境有更严格的要求, 从 而加大实施的投入及生产成本。现在市场上虽然有一些以天然原料为 主的清洗剂, 但是由于乳化后不稳定, 容易出现分层现象, 不但使用 不方便, 而且清洗效果不明显; 还有一些以天然植物原料为主的清洗 剂, 为溶剂型的清洗剂, 在使用时虽然效果较好, 但是清洗污垢后, 溶剂难以清洗或很难挥发, 造成使用不便。例如, 人们通常采用上述 各种清洗剂清洗家电、 油烟机等物品, 往往得不到较佳的清洗效果。
因此, 提供一种循环再生资源丰富、 工艺简单、 应用广泛、 环保 无污染的天然植物水性清洗剂及其制备方法,是该领域技术人员应着 手解决的问题之一。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处,提供一种循环再生资源丰 富、 工艺简单、 应用广泛、 环保无污染的天然植物水性清洗剂及其制 备方法。
为实现上述目的本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种天然植物水性 清洗剂, 其特征在于按重量份数计, 由柠檬烯 5〜15份、 垸芳基醚硫 酸盐 3〜7份、 垸基酚聚氧乙烯醚 10〜15份、 缔合型增稠剂 0.5〜1 份、 去离子水 62〜81.5份, 微乳化配制而成;
所述垸芳基醚硫酸盐为 Disponil AES 48;
所述垸基酚聚氧乙烯醚为 Dispersant 130;
所述缔合型增稠剂为 Thickener 3820。
具体实施步骤如下: 按重量份数计将柠檬烯 5〜15份、垸芳基醚 硫酸盐 3〜7份、垸基酚聚氧乙烯醚 10〜15份、缔合型增稠剂 0.5〜1 份、 去离子水 62〜81.5份混合, 在温度为 55 °C〜65 °C条件下, 用高 速分散机在 700〜900转 /分钟的速度搅拌 5〜10分钟, 微乳化配制而 成;
所述垸芳基醚硫酸盐为 Disponil AES 48;
所述垸基酚聚氧乙烯醚为 Dispersant 130;
所述缔合型增稠剂为 Thickener 3820。
检测方法及结果:
检测方法: 按企业标准 Q/12NK4971-2010天然植物水性清洗剂 进行检测。
理化性能: 包括不容物、 闪点、 pH值、 热稳定性、 冷稳定性, 对金属材料的影响: 全浸腐蚀、 去镉, 对涂层表面的影响, 长期储存 稳定性, 检测完全达到标准。 有害物质包括游离甲醛、 苯、 甲苯、 二 甲苯、 二氯甲垸、 1, 2-二氯乙垸、 1, 1, 2-三氯乙垸、 三氯乙烯、 重金属含量包括可溶性铅、 可溶性镉、 可溶性铬、 可溶性汞等远远低 于国家相关标准。 清洗效率超过同类清洗剂并高出标准。
本发明的有益效果是:该水性清洗剂的主要成分是从纯天然植物 如桔子皮、 柠檬皮、 橙子皮中精蒸馏提取, 环保无毒无污染。 其它成 分是环保原料, 对环境无害。 利用微乳化技术, 制成环保无毒无污染 水性清洗剂。其中的主要组分柠檬烯具有较强的溶解力, Disponil AES 48、 Dispersant 130降低界面张力, Thickener 3820稳定体系。 该清洗 剂不含苯、 甲苯、 二甲苯、 环壬垸等对人体有毒有害的物质, 也不含 铅、铬、镉和汞等重金属。生产过程中不会污染环境,没有安全隐患。 生产工艺简单、 操作方便、 生产环境条件宽松、 无需配套排除污染设 施, 具有显著的使用价值和经济效益。 本发明为水性清洗剂, 使用、 储存安全可靠,无燃烧爆炸等安全隐患。采用原料为可循环再生资源, 来源丰富且广泛。在废物利用、 变废为宝的同时达到清除污染源, 有 效进行资源整合。本发明运用微乳化技术, 形成外观透明的热力学稳 定体系, 避免了乳化后分层现象, 提高了清洗效果。 该清洗剂安全环 保, 去污力强, 工艺简单, 成本较低; 作为替代苯类物的有机化工清 洗剂, 清洗、 去污, 特别是应用家庭日常油污的清洗, 效果极佳; 且 对家电的漆膜、 玻璃、 瓷砖、 钢材等无任何损害。
具体实施方式
以下结合较佳实施例,对依据本发明提供的具体实施方式详述如 下:
实施例 1 (每份按 l kg计)
将柠檬烯 (主成分>95% ) 5kg、 Disponil AES 48 (垸芳基醚硫酸 盐) 3kg、 Dispersant 130 (垸基酚聚氧乙烯醚) 10kg、 Thickener 3820 (缔合型增稠剂) lkg 、去离子水 81kg混合; 在温度为 55°C〜65°C 条件下, 用高速分散机在 700〜900转 /分钟的速度搅拌 5〜10分钟, 按常规微乳化配制成天然植物水性清洗剂。
各成分含量均为质量百分浓度; Disponil AES 48、 Dispersant 130、 Thickener 3820为深圳海川化工科技有限公司产品。
实施例 2 (每份按 l kg计)
将柠檬烯 (主成分>95% ) 8kg、 Disponil AES 48 (垸芳基醚硫酸 盐) 4kg、 Dispersant 130 (垸基酚聚氧乙烯醚) 12.5kg、 Thickener 3820
(缔合型增稠剂) 0.5kg ,去离子水 75kg混合;在温度为 55°C〜65°C 条件下, 用高速分散机在 700〜900转 /分钟的速度搅拌 5〜10分钟, 微乳化配制成天然植物水性清洗剂。
其它同实施例 1。
实施例 3 (每份按 l kg计)
将柠檬烯 (主成分>95% ) 15kg, Disponil AES 48 (垸芳基醚硫 酸盐) 7kg、 Dispersant 130 (垸基酚聚氧乙烯醚) 15kg, Thickener 3820 (缔合型增稠剂) 0.7kg 、 去离子水 62.3kg混合; 在温度为 55°C〜 65°C条件下, 用高速分散机在 700〜900转 /分钟的速度搅拌 5〜10分 钟, 微乳化配制成天然植物水性清洗剂。
其它同实施例 1。
本发明的特点及用途:
( 1 ) 本发明采用微乳化技术, 形成外观透明的热力学稳定体系, 解决了乳化分层现象, 以提高清洗剂的分散、 乳化、 去污能力。
(2) 本发明采用柠檬烯为溶剂, 有效提高去油污能力, 且环保 无污染。
使用方法:
选择本发明清洗剂均匀喷洒或涂刷到要清洗的物品上,用布直接 擦洗, 再用清水洗净, 最后用布擦干即可; 清洗效果显著; 储存静置 不沉淀、 不分层, 可直接使用, 不必再搅拌摇匀, 使用极为方便。
上述参照实施例对该天然植物水性清洗剂及其制备方法进行的 详细描述, 是说明性的而不是限定性的, 按照组分配比限定范围可列 举若干个实施例, 因此在不脱离本发明总体构思下的变化和修改, 应 属本发明的保护范围之内。

1、 一种天然植物水性清洗剂, 其特征在于按重量份数计, 由柠 檬烯 5〜15份、 垸芳基醚硫酸盐 3〜7份、 垸基酚聚氧乙烯醚 10〜15 份、 缔合型增稠剂 0. 5〜1份、 去离子水 62〜81. 5份, 微乳化配制而 成;
所述垸芳基醚硫酸盐为 Disponi l AES 48;
所述垸基酚聚氧乙烯醚为 Dispersant 130;
所述缔合型增稠剂为 Thickener 3820。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的天然植物水性清洗剂的制备方法, 其 特征在于实施步骤如下: 按重量份数计将柠檬烯 5〜15份、垸芳基醚 硫酸盐 3〜7份、 垸基酚聚氧乙烯醚 10〜15份、 缔合型增稠剂 0. 5〜 1份、 去离子水 62〜81. 5份混合, 在温度为 55°C〜65°C条件下, 用 高速分散机在 700〜900转 /分钟的速度搅拌 5〜10分钟,微乳化配制 而成;
所述垸芳基醚硫酸盐为 Disponi l AES 48;
所述垸基酚聚氧乙烯醚为 Dispersant 130;
所述缔合型增稠剂为 Thickener 3820。
