发明内容

气旋盖48可移除地安装至气旋主体46的顶部。手柄126在气旋盖48的顶部形成,用于运送气旋模块42,并用于将气旋盖48从气旋主体46移除,以清空碎屑或对单元进行清洁。钩128从气旋主体46的后壁突出,用于枢转地保持气旋盖48。被安装至气旋主体46的前壁的过中心(over-center)闭锁组件130将盖132接合在盖48上,以将其固定至主体46,并压缩被捕获在它们之间的绳状密封装置134。盖48还包括用于将工作空气入口管60流体地连接至吸尘器主体盖32上的入口端口36的入口孔129。
现在参照图7-10,清洁头14包括支撑管嘴140的壳体138、刷子组件142和用于从待清洁的表面吸取灰尘和碎屑的关节相连的导管144。管嘴140被固定在壳体138的前部的下面,并与待清洁的表面流体连通。关节相连的导管144提供从管嘴到导管出口146的空气路径。关节相连的导管144具有围绕水平轴线枢转的第一接头和旋转360度的第二接头。导管出口146的尺寸被设置为接收延伸杆组件16。壳体138还支撑被安装在形成在壳体顶部上的凹槽内的装饰性插入物139。小轮141被安装在壳体的后部,用于在待清洁的表面上运动。可缩回的刷子组件142弹性地安装在管嘴140和壳体138之间,用于与清洁表面选择性地接合。刷子组件142包括刷子板148和设置在拖动边缘上的橡皮刮板152,该刷子板148将条形刷子150固定在前缘上。刷子板148放置在可压缩的螺旋弹簧154上。刷子板148的顶表面可操作地连接至偏置凸轮杆156,用于接合刷子板148和使刷子板148缩回。偏置凸轮杆156包括具有偏置中心部分的可旋转安装的杆,该偏置中心部分提供可运动的凸轮接触表面,以作用在刷子板148的顶表面上。在组装后,条形刷子150位于壳体138的前壁和管嘴前缘之间,而橡皮刮板152位于管嘴的拖动边缘和壳体后壁之间。偏置凸轮杆156包括可由使用者操作的整体控制杆158,以接合刷子板148或使刷子板148缩回。可以预期的是,多种清洁头可以互换地与前面公开的吸尘器主体12一起使用。一种适当的替换包括具有图8-10中示出的并在未决的美国专利申请No.11/683,744中公开的毛发收集组件160的真空吸尘器头14’,其中该专利申请通过引用被结合于此。该专利申请No.11/683744公开了包括毛发收集组件160的真空吸尘器头,该毛发收集组件160具有适于从一个表面收集毛发的毛发收集元件162。毛发收集元件可以被安装至清洁头14’,用于在使用位置和第二位置之间运动,其中在该使用位置,毛发收集元件与待清洁的表面接触(图8和9);而在该第二位置,毛发收集元件与待清洁的表面138间隔开(图10)。
如图4和5中的箭头表示的那样,风扇/马达组件(未示出)被定位在气旋出口74的下游。风扇/马达组件通过清洁头管嘴140吸入空气。空气通过关节相连的导管144、延伸杆16和柔性软管18。然后,包含碎屑的工作空气从工作空气入口管60吸入,通过入口导管66,并进入分离器入口70。空气进入分离室54,并在分离室54的圆柱壁56周围转动。向上倾斜的凸缘82在顺时针方向上以螺旋方式引导工作空气,从而沿分离室的壁向上流动。灰尘和碎屑从空气流中分离,并离开碎屑出口76而进入集尘室58。然后,空气通过排气格栅孔78离开分离室54,在那里空气通过气旋出口74,并流入过滤器室100。空气由位于气旋基部50的底侧上的径向肋102形成的流动通道104沿着过滤介质110引导,并被引导通过该过滤介质110。过滤器组件52捕集气流中带走的任何残留的细小的灰尘。在离开过滤器组件52后,空气流动通过在吸入腔34的后壁中形成的通道格栅40,并进入马达腔(未示出),在马达腔中,空气被风扇/马达组件(未示出)吸入,并通过吸尘器主体12后侧的马达排气孔(未示出)排出。在使用过程中,使用者可以通过压下致动杆158而选择性地接合刷子组件142。杆158与偏置凸轮杆156整体地形成,并被构造为使偏置凸轮杆156在两个位置之间旋转。当杆158被偏压到向前的位置时,凸轮杆156使凸轮表面157旋转远离刷子板148,并且螺旋弹簧154将板148推到向上位置,从而使刷子组件142缩回。当杆158被朝向向后的位置偏压时,凸轮杆156使凸轮表面157旋转,以接触刷子板148,并迫使它向下,这样可以压缩螺旋弹簧154,并使刷子组件142抵靠待清洁的表面。如前面讨论的那样,可以预期的是,多种公知的清洁头组件可以互换地与吸尘器主体12一起使用,这些公知的清洁头包括具有宠物毛发收集构件和/或安装在管嘴中的旋转刷子辊等的清洁头。
虽然已经结合某些特定的实施例对本发明进行了具体地描述,但是应当理解的是,这是例证性的,而不是限制性的。可以预期的是,所描述的特征可以被应用到利用单个气旋、或布置成串连气流或并联气流的任意组合的两个或多个气旋的气旋分离装置。此外,虽然本发明对筒式真空吸尘器进行了描述,但是本发明还可以与其它形式的真空吸尘器(例如竖立或中心真空吸尘器)一起使用。在不背离由所附的权利要求书限定的本发明的精神的前提下,可以对前面公开的内容和附图进行适当的变化和修改。
Claims (12)
1.一种真空吸尘器,所述真空吸尘器包括:
具有吸入腔的吸尘器主体,所述吸入腔具有入口端口和出口端口;
气旋模块,所述气旋模块能够移除地安装在所述吸入腔中,并具有:
分离室,所述分离室具有入口开口和气旋出口开口,所述入口开口设置在所述分离室的下部,并适于与所述入口端口连通,所述气旋出口开口适于与所述出口端口连通;
排气格栅,所述排气格栅安装在所述分离室中,并与所述气旋出口流体连通;
倾斜件,所述倾斜件定位成与所述入口开口相邻,并适于沿所述分离室在向上螺旋路径中引导进入所述入口开口的脏空气,用于将灰尘或碎屑从空气分离;
碎屑出口,所述碎屑出口设置在所述分离室的上部;
集尘室,所述集尘室与所述分离室相邻,并与所述碎屑出口连通,用于收集从所述分离室中的空气分离的碎屑和灰尘;
真空扇/马达,所述真空扇/马达安装在吸尘器主体中,并具有吸入口,所述吸入口与所述入口端口连通,所述真空扇/马达适于在所述入口开口和所述气旋出口之间保持从所述入口端口通过所述气旋分离室的脏空气流。
2.如权利要求1所述的真空吸尘器,其中,所述排气格栅能够移除地安装至所述分离室并位于所述气旋出口的上方。
3.如权利要求2所述的真空吸尘器,其中,所述气旋模块包括流体地连接至所述气旋出口的过滤器组件。
4.如权利要求3所述的真空吸尘器,其中,所述过滤器组件能够移除地安装至所述分离室。
5.如权利要求4所述的真空吸尘器,其中,所述吸尘器主体是具有一入口端口的筒,所述入口端口被构造成密封地接收软管组件。
6.如权利要求1所述的真空吸尘器,其中,所述气旋模块包括流体地连接至所述气旋出口的过滤器组件。
7.如权利要求1所述的真空吸尘器,其中,所述气旋出口开口形成在所述分离室的下部。
8.一种用在真空吸尘器中的气旋模块,所述气旋模块包括:
分离室,所述分离室具有入口开口和气旋出口开口,所述入口开口位于所述分离室的下部,并适于与入口端口连通,所述气旋出口开口形成在所述分离室的下部,并适于与出口端口连通;
排气格栅,所述排气格栅安装在所述分离室中,并与所述气旋出口流体连通;
倾斜件,所述倾斜件定位成与所述入口开口相邻,并适于沿所述分离室在向上螺旋路径中引导进入所述入口开口的脏空气,用于将灰尘或碎屑从空气分离;
碎屑出口,所述碎屑出口设置在所述分离室的上部;
集尘室,所述集尘室与所述分离室相邻,并与所述碎屑出口连通,用于收集从所述分离室中的空气分离的碎屑和灰尘。
9.如权利要求8所述的气旋模块,其中,所述排气格栅能够移除地安装在所述分离室中并位于所述气旋出口的上方。
10.如权利要求9所述的气旋模块,其中,过滤器组件流体地连接至所述气旋出口。
11.如权利要求10所述的气旋模块,其中,所述过滤器组件能够移除地安装至所述分离室。
12.如权利要求8所述的气旋模块,其中,过滤器组件被流体地连接至所述气旋出口。
