Abstract
为了保证转动中的一个轮胎2的充气,一个软管3被安装在轮辋1的内缘上。一个导轮加压机构5连接在轮子的轮架上,因此转动中是不动的,导轮引起软管3的局部收缩。在轮胎2的转动过程中,空气从形成气源的出口31经过单向阀4被赶到轮胎2的容积20里。为了保证放气,一个导轮靠在一个推杆上,而推杆控制着单向阀4口径的大小。
Description
本发明是关于装在车轮子上的一种装置,它能使轮胎在车轮转动时就能充气。
轮胎充气压力对轮胎正常运转是一个非常重要的参数。尤其是使压力能保持在已取的标称值上。在某些情况下,人们甚至希望随着车轮使用条件的不同而能够改变上述压力。因此,人们设计了一些即使在轮胎使用当中也能保证其充气的系统。我们知道有些系统带有转动密封垫,把压力从固定空间转移到转动中的活动空间里,也就是说从车辆转移到轮子;还有些系统则利用轮胎的变形从而泵送空气。如果说刚谈到的系统摆脱了转动密封垫的使用,然而它的实现又很成问题,以致使得它在工业上从未得到发展。
本发明的目的是能找到一种简单装置,既能在轮胎转动中保证它的充气,又不需要转动密封垫。
根据发明,这个装置包括一条软管,这个软管至少部分地几乎同环绕、同轴地连接在上述转动着的轮胎上,其开口之一和大气相通,另一个开口经过一个单向阀的和轮胎内部容积相连;还包括一些装置,能保证上述软管局部地收缩,这些装置在轮胎转动时是不动的。
下面的那些图会使我们很好地理解装置的运行情况,从而能深刻地理解它的所有优越性。
图1是一张剖面图,简明地指出了充气装置的一般位置。
图2指出了充气装置和放气装置在静止位置时的细节。
图3指出了在充气位置时的同样细节。
图4指出了在放气位置时的同样细节。
图5和6以剖面图的形式指出了放气的控制装置。
图7指出了实现充气装置的一种改动型。
在图1中,人们简明地表示出一个轮辋1,它带有一个轮胎2。轮胎的内部容积由参数20表明。我们以下述方法压缩必要的空气以给轮胎2充气:局部地压扁软管3,并移动这样形式的压缩,使它从和大气相通的出口31移向连接干轮胎2的内部容积20的出口32。软管3连接在转动的轮胎2上。为了以简单的方式保证必要的收缩,软管3至少部分地装在和轮胎的同心圆上,比如用粘贴的方法径向地固定在轮辋1的内表面10上。所言之收缩,是由加压机构引起的,加压机构在转动过程中相对固定空间是不动的,并且用机械的方法连接
在轮架(未画出)上。当然,软管3的安装使得在轮胎2转动过程中。在固定的加压机构作用下(相对于轮胎2的转动),空气由形成气源的出口31被推向出口32。在出口32与内部容积20之间,安装一个单向阀4。形成气源的出口31可以安装在所希望的任何地方,最好是把它放在能避免污物和喷射水的地方,因此,保证泵气的软管的有用部分基本是环绕安装的部分。单向阀4安装得越靠近被加压机构压扁的软管3的最后区域越好。
在这里,加压机构由导轮5组成,当装置静止时,导轮保持在离开软管3的位置上;当人们想进行充气时,导轮把软管3压扁贴在轮辋1上。导轮5可以绕其轴50转动,相对于安装在轮架上的支板5a是不动的。当给导轮5的径向位置一个作用时,人们就能很简单地控制装置的运转。举例来说,静止位置(导轮离开轮辋)是导轮5的自然位置,动作位置(软管被压缩)可由与支架5a相连的电磁铁5b、液压或任一适合的作用而得到。
在图上,人们可以由图1的实线部分及图3看到导轮5的工作位置,由图2、4和图1的虚线部分可以看到导轮的静止位置。为了保证装置的最大效益,导轮5充分压扁软管3,以使在其通过时消除内截面。
软管3随着给轮胎2所希望的充气速度来计算截面。必要时可安装好几条互相相平行的软管,或者人们甚至可以把管安置成多于一圈的螺旋形以保证在软管上进行空气压缩,这些是以协调的方式借助于轴向机动化的导轮或沿着软管3导向的导轮完成的。举例来说,隆起11、12安装在轮辋上(图2)以便当导轮5压扁软管3时,能够轴向引导导轮5。
人们也可能把软管3安装得小于一圈,即仅仅安装在一段圆弧上。在这种情况下,人们可以在同一平面内安装上好些条圆弧状软管,每一段圆弧都有一个单向阀4。
根据发明,当充气装置和保证轮胎压力常控系统结合时,充气装置的使用就更有利益、根据检测到的压力值,可以使导轮5动作,例如(如图2中5b),只要轮胎内压力不足。通过一个电脉冲就能使导轮动作。这个装置的最大好处是能够这样经常地补偿压力的自然损失,而这些不用司机的操心。因为充气控制仅在固定空间进行,所以很简单地就能实施。
由于轮胎在行驶中充气问题简单而安全地解决,根据本发明,在需要的情况下,装置同样地能够考虑产生轮胎放气,以提供随使用瞬时而变化的轮胎充气压力的最佳调节。通过本装置和一个压力常控系统及一个放气系统相配合,人们可以实现一种车轮,其轮胎的充气压力变成一个随时都可作用的参数。
举例来说,放气系统可以中和上述单向阀的单向效应,使空气跑出,以根据收到的指令来减小充气压力。从图2到图6,我们看到一个转动中的轮胎的放气装置,它包括一条推杆7,推杆穿过装有轮胎2的轮辋,它在轮胎内一边的端点7A(图4),控制出口32的口径大小,以使装在轮胎内的空气跑出,它的另一端点7B连接在一个凸轮上,凸轮的目的是和转动中不动的加压机构的配合而引起放气。
这样,对放气的控制同样可以从固定空间作起,第二个加压机构由围绕固定在支板6a上的轴60转动的导轮6组成。导轮6连接在轮架上,因此完全和导轮5一样,在转动中相对于固定空间是不动的导轮6可以和导轮5以相同的方式在电磁铁6b的作用下移动。当人们想给轮胎放气时,导轮6靠在放气推杆7上。这样推杆7的移动就引起支架71的移动,单向阀4的针阀41压缩弹簧42并被提起来了,打开出口32以使空气通过。推杆7通过针阀41的径向调位71的轮辋就这样实现了无漏气通过(由于连接点70)。
在静止位置上,恢复弹簧8保持单向阀4靠紧出口32。同一弹簧8也可作为滚动路径以使推杆7和导轮6进行配合,当我们径向向轮辋移动导轮6时,导轮6是起到加压机构作用的,因此,它构成推杆7的一个控制凸轮。
我们看到,当装在轮辋上的轮胎2转动和导轮6的径向位置保持在图4表示的水平上时,单向阀4在每一圈多少被提起一些,这样,通过软管3有点空气跑出来以减小充气压力。为了控制导轮6,举例来说,人们可能预见到,它的静止位置就是它的自然位置,以及由任何适宜的方法使它向着轮辋径向移动一直到在组成径向挡板的隆凸12上不停地滚动。我们可以由相互分离的导轮来控制充气和放气,就象图上表明的那样,每个导轮都有自己的
径向调位系统,在必要时,它们稍微地在圆周上错开;同样,我们也可以由同一个导轮来控制充气和放气,这时导轮要再加上一个轴向调位系统。
因此,本发明能够实现一个活动的轮子,也就是说轮子的轮胎的充气压力是人们能掌握的一个参数,为了改变这个充气压力,在转动中不必给运动空间传递一个控制信号(电的、水利的或压缩气的)。
下文指出了发明的另一种应用,在这里是轮胎本身能够补充多少跑掉的空气。
图7简明地指出了发明装置的改动型,在这里能够保证收缩装置与在轮胎2的转动带21配合工作。这里说的是转动带21的内表面,在由虚线表示的放气情况下,转动带直接地靠在软管3上。软管3至少部分地固定在轮辋1的一段弧16的外缘15上。实际上,在转动中,转动带21的内表面在与路面接触而变形的部分中组成一种不动装置。转动带21的下陷组成一种的导轮5相近的同等装置。
这样,软管3就固定在轮胎2的容积20之中。当然,在吸气口的一边软管穿过轮辋以连接轮胎的外边。
对轮辋1的一段弧16,或者是一个补充的内支撑物,其目的是,当轮胎2放气时,它来支撑负荷,如图7所示,或者它是轮辋本身的一部分,设计时就考虑了这一目的,例如,就象由德国专利DE3019742的所表明的反挂式轮胎的轮辋的中线区域那样。借助这个充气装置,有可能使通过减弱充气压力(而不是变为零)而进行急救行驶的支撑变得更加适应些。同时,在刚性支撑物(外缘15)和软管3之间,有可能插入一个隔离元件17,如实心橡胶元件,它不能负荷,但当转动带21减弱时,它能在尽早地与转动带21相配合下保证软管3的收缩。
Claims (8)
1、在转动中使轮胎(2)充气的装置,包括一条软管(3),软管至少部分地几乎同环绕、同轴地连接在上述转动着的轮胎上,其开口之一(31)和大气相通,另一个开口(32)通过单向阀(4)和轮胎内部容积相连;还包括一些相对于轮胎的转动是不动的装置,能保证上述软管(3)的局部收缩,以引起充气,上述装置在转动中是不动的。
2、根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于上述软管(3)至少部分地被径向固定在轮辋(1)的内缘(10)上,在轮辋上安装轮胎(2)。
3、根据权利要求1或2的任意一项,所述的装置其特征在于上述加压机构是一个可变换两个位置的导轮(5):一个是静止位置,另一个是工作位置,在工作位置上,导轮和软管(3)相接触以引起软管的收缩。
4、根据权利要求1所述的装置其特征在于上述装置和轮胎(2)的转动带(21)配合工作。
5、根据权利要求4所述的装置其特征在于上述软管3至少部分地径向固定在轮辋(1)的一段弧(16)的外缘(15)上。
6、按照权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,转动中的轮胎(2)还包括放气装置,它包括一个穿过轮辋(1)的推杆(7),在轮辋上安装上述轮胎(2),推杆的靠近轮胎内部一边的端点(7A)控制开口(32)口径的大小,以使装在轮胎内部(20)的空气跑出,相对的端点(7B)和一个凸轮相连接,凸轮与一个在转动中不动的加压机构相配合就能引起放气。
7、根据权利要求6所述的装置其特征在于上述凸轮由支撑在轮辋(1)上的恢复迭板弹簧(8)组成。
8、根据权利要求6或7所述的装置其中靠轮胎内部一边的端点(7A)连接在根据权利要求2的一个装置的单向阀(4)的针阀(41)的支架(71)上,推杆(7)的移动引起上述针阀(41)的提起以使得放出空气。
