Abstract

本发明公开了一种抗下垂的石膏板,包括如下组分(重量百分比)0.02~0.25%的硼酸、0.4~1.2%的淀粉、0.2~1.0%的玻璃纤维、0.04~0.15%的发泡剂、0.01~0.08%的硼砂、0.05~0.5%的纸,以及余量的石膏。本发明还公开了一种抗下垂的石膏板制备方法,包括如下步骤:a、首先将纸制成纸浆溶液,然后将硼酸、硼砂溶解到纸浆溶液中,再在该纸浆溶液中加入玻璃纤维形成纸浆混合液;b、然后将上述纸浆混合液与捣碎的石膏粉、淀粉、发泡剂一起混合搅拌,再到成型平台进行成型。本发明具有很好的抗下垂效果,变形量可控制在8mm~1.6mm。此外,本发明的制备方法还很好地解决了现有技术中干法添加所无法解决的硼酸、硼砂和玻璃纤维在石膏晶体里的伴生问题。

Description

一种抗下垂的石膏板及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗下垂的石膏板及其制备工艺。
背景技术
石膏板是以建筑石膏为主要原料而制成的一种材料,由于石膏板具有重量轻、强度较高、厚度较薄、加工方便、耐火等优点,因此被广泛用于住宅、办公楼、商店、旅馆等地方,主要作为吸音板、内隔墙、地面基层板等使用。
专利200410080357.1披露了一种耐火石膏板,该石膏板主要由石膏、玻璃纤维、淀粉、发泡剂等原料组成,具有很好的耐火性能。但该石膏板的抗下垂效果差。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种抗下垂的石膏板及其制备方法,该石膏板具有很好的抗下垂效果。
本发明的一种抗下垂的石膏板包括如下组分(重量百分比):0.02~0.25%的硼酸、0.4~1.2%的淀粉、0.2~1.0%的玻璃纤维、0.04~0.15%的发泡剂、0.01~0.08%的硼砂、0.05~0.5%的纸,以及余量的石膏。
进一步地,还包括0.1~0.3%的促凝剂。
本发明的一种抗下垂的石膏板的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
a、首先将纸制成纸浆溶液,然后将硼砂溶解到纸浆溶液中,再在该纸浆溶液中加入玻璃纤维形成纸浆混合液;
b、把硼酸配制成一定浓度的溶液;
c、然后将上述纸浆混合液、硼酸溶液与捣碎的石膏粉、淀粉、发泡剂一起混合搅拌,再到成型平台进行成型。
进一步地,在所述步骤c中还添加有促凝剂等添加剂。
本发明具有很好的抗下垂效果,9.5mm厚的板材变形量可控制在8mm~1.6mm。此外,本发明的制备方法还很好地解决了现有技术中干法添加所无法解决的硼砂和玻璃纤维在石膏晶体里的伴生问题。
具体实施方式
实施例1
首先按照如下配比称取各组分(重量百分比):0.02%硼酸、0.4%淀粉、0.2%玻璃纤维、0.04%发泡剂、0.01%硼砂、0.05%纸以及0.1%促凝剂,余量为石膏;然后,按照如下工艺进行制备:
a、先将石膏破碎;
b、在纸浆制备罐内将纸制成纸浆,再把硼砂加入到纸浆制备罐内与纸浆一起搅拌5~10分钟,再送入纸浆储备罐内搅拌5~25分钟,同时在纸浆储备罐内加入玻璃纤维搅拌5~25分钟;
c、把硼酸配制成2%的浓度的溶液,并放在制备罐中搅拌5~25分钟,然后静置15分钟,备用;这里硼酸的配置浓度为2~10%就可以;
d、上述制备好的纸浆混合液、硼酸溶液与捣碎的石膏粉、淀粉、发泡剂、促凝剂等添加剂一起进入混合机搅拌,再到成型平台进行成型。
实施例2、3
按照下表组分制备,制备工艺同实施例1。

效果:
实施例1所制备的9.5mm厚的石膏板达到的控制变形量为8mm,实施例2所制备的石膏板达到的控制变形量为5mm,实施例3所制备的石膏板达到的控制变形量为1.6mm。而相同规格没有添加硼酸的普通的石膏板其变形量在15.7mm。因此,本发明具有非常好的抗下垂效果。
此外,现有添加硼砂的工艺通常是干法添加,即将硼砂与各种原材料一起在混合机里搅拌,因此如果直接将硼砂和玻璃纤维与各种原材料一起混合搅拌,就会产生硼砂和玻璃纤维在石膏晶体里的伴生问题。而采用本发明的方法后,即先把硼砂溶解在纸浆溶液里,然后再把玻璃纤维加入到溶解了硼砂的纸浆溶液中,并进行搅拌。这样,硼砂和玻璃纤维就不会在石膏晶体里产生伴生现象了。

Claims (4)

1.一种抗下垂的石膏板,其特征在于,包括如下重量百分比的组分:0.02~0.25%的硼酸、0.4~1.2%的淀粉、0.2~1.0%的玻璃纤维、0.04~0.15%的发泡剂、0.01~0.08%的硼砂、0.05~0.5%的纸,以及余量的石膏,所述石膏板是通过下述方法制备的:
a、首先将纸制成纸浆溶液,然后将硼砂溶解到纸浆溶液中,再在该纸浆溶液中加入玻璃纤维形成纸浆混合液;
b、把硼酸配制成一定浓度的溶液;
c、然后将上述纸浆混合液、硼酸溶液与捣碎的石膏粉、淀粉、发泡剂一起混合搅拌,再到成型平台进行成型。
2.如权利要求1所述的石膏板,其特征在于,还包括0.1~0.3%的促凝剂。
3.一种抗下垂的石膏板制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
a、首先将纸制成纸浆溶液,然后将硼砂溶解到纸浆溶液中,再在该纸浆溶液中加入玻璃纤维形成纸浆混合液;
b、把硼酸配制成一定浓度的溶液;
c、然后将上述纸浆混合液、硼酸溶液与捣碎的石膏粉、淀粉、发泡剂一起混合搅拌,再到成型平台进行成型。
4.如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤b中还添加有促凝剂。
