技术领域
本申请所公开的发明总体涉及用于车辆座椅的盆骨垫。更具体地,本申请所公开的发明涉及一种安装有可反转的盆骨垫的座椅,其在收纳位置和展开位置之间是可移动的,以响应探测到的危险条件。
背景技术
车辆的侧碰事件已经被定为具有继续变得更加紧迫的政府需求的研究和调控的最优先考虑的事项之一。侧碰系统的持续发展和进步具有重要的现实利益。现有的系统主要使用气囊和静态的门垫来推动早先的乘员接触并且限制力传送到乘员。及早的盆骨贴合已被证实为有效的侧碰策略。用于这种目的的传统盆骨侧碰气囊设计,由于要在非常窄的空间(<3-4英寸)和极端的时间约束(<5-10ms)内展开,在实现最佳硬度、覆盖范围和定位方面受到限制。相反地,静态的门垫在提供盆骨的及早接触的效力有限,这是因为门垫依靠门的推入提供与骨盆接触的垫的表面。
预碰撞传感器系统的引进为展开传统的侧面气囊带来了改进的机会。但是,为了充分利用预碰撞传感器提供的附加时间,在对事件不到100%的把握的情况下就需要作出展开的决定。在这种情况下,传统的气囊仍然受限,因为它们在实际上并没有发生的碰撞的预碰撞事件中被展开,而在该事件中它们是不可反转或不可重调的。
因此,与车辆技术的许多领域一样,在骨盆垫设计的领域内存在相对于公知的骨盆垫能提供有效保护的可选构造的余地,其在维持相对低的制造和组装成本的同时可以适应于多种形式。
发明内容
本申请所公开的发明显示了在车辆安全系统领域的进步。本申请所公开的发明提供了一种用于辅助车辆乘员保护的系统。系统包括具有座椅基座和椅背的座椅总成以及可旋转地连接到座椅总成的椅背的盆骨垫。盆骨垫在第一收纳位置和第二展开位置之间是可旋转地移动的。可逆马达在盆骨垫的收纳位置和其展开位置之间驱动盆骨垫。系统进一步包括可操作地关联可逆马达的危险条件传感器。椅背包括凹进区域,用于总体上接纳处于收纳位置的盆骨垫。
盆骨垫包括可枢转地连接于椅背的第一端以及第二端。当盆骨垫位于其收纳位置时,垫的第二端总体上指向车辆的顶部。当盆骨垫位于其展开位置时,垫的第二端总体上指向车辆前方,从而在车辆座椅和车辆门饰板之间提供保护。

具体实施方式
在下述附图中,相同的附图标记用于表示相同的组件。在下述说明中,各种运行参数和组件针对一个构建的实施例进行说明。这些具体的的参数和组件作为示例而非表示限定。
存在多种技术提供在侧碰中及早盆骨贴合的相同的总体功能。许多的这些现有技术都安装于门饰板和结构内。由于乘员大小的多样化和沿着座椅轨的座椅位置,安装有侧碰技术的门在位置和对乘员的应对措施的覆盖范围方面存在限制。总体上,通过本申请所公开的发明呈现的如示于各个附图的和在此说明的方案具有胜过其它技术的优点,这是因为该方案安装到座椅而非门饰板,其是可重调的并且保持了对乘员的相同位置和覆盖关系。
具体参照图1到4,其示出的可反转盆骨垫座椅系统总体上表示为10。系统10包括车辆座椅12,车辆座椅12包括车辆椅背14和车辆座椅基座16。可以理解到的是,提供的车辆座椅12仅用于说明的目的而并不因此受到限制。本申请所公开的发明的系统10可以找到多种应用,例如结合车辆长条座椅(未示出)使用。
可反转的盆骨垫座椅系统10包括可反转的(并且可重调的)侧碰盆骨垫18。盆骨垫18包括可枢转地连接到车辆座椅12(最好可枢转地连接到车辆椅背14,但这不是必须的)的第一端20,以及总体上与第一端20相对的第二端22。
可反转的盆骨垫18的结构总体上可以是如图1所示的长椭圆形或者可以具有如图2、3和4中的可反转的盆骨垫18’所示的更椭圆的形状。在任何事件中,鉴于转动的展开路径和在该具体实施例中可用的组装空间,所示的可反转的侧碰盆骨垫18的总体上的椭圆形是优选的形状,但可以理解到的是,可以采用其它的形状,其在横向碰撞条件下仍然可以提供盆骨负荷的有效减震。
参照图2、3和4,盆骨垫18’包括连接到车辆座椅12(最好连接到车辆椅背14,但这不是必须的)的第一端20’,以及总体上与第一端20’相对的第二端22’。如图2所示,垫18’位于其收纳位置,或相对于车辆椅背14总体上垂直的位置。在感知的碰撞事件中,盆骨垫18’就如图3和4所示向其展开位置旋转。在这个位置,盆骨垫18’总体上位于乘员的盆骨区和车门(未示出)之间。
不论图中所示的可反转的盆骨垫的形状如何,其总体功能是相同的。具体地,侧碰下的乘员保护策略倾向于促进用负载限制组合的及早贴合,以减少潜在地有害的峰值力。可反转的侧碰盆骨垫18(或可以为18’)通过对先于碰撞的具有改进的乘员覆盖范围/位置和改进的力度/硬度控制的性能的应对措施进行定位,可以在侧碰中提高乘员的表现。根据可反转的侧碰盆骨垫18的形状、尺寸和位置特征,可反转的侧碰盆骨垫18填充乘员的盆骨和门饰板之间的空间(如图5所示以及与之相关的讨论),以实现及早的盆骨贴合。,本技术的可反转的特征允许保守的展开极限,以最小的风险/不便获得最大利益,这是因为一旦危险情况过去,可反转侧碰盆骨垫18自动地将自身重置至设计位置。
参照图5,示出了涉及车门和撞击力“F”的可反转的盆骨垫座椅系统10的图解前视图。
提供马达30,以移动处于在图2中所示的收纳位置和图1、3、4和5中所示的展开位置之间的可反转的侧碰盆骨垫18。马达30包括马达传动轴32。鉴于组装空间和乘员的就座舒适性,可以使用4杆机构(未示出)来连接马达传动轴32和可反转的侧碰盆骨垫18。然而,可以理解到的是,可反转的盆骨垫座椅系统10可以选择地依靠位于与马达30相同的大体附近区域的座椅倾斜马达为可反转的盆骨垫18提供功率。示出的座椅10涉及车辆门饰板34和外部的门金属片36。在现有技术中,公知的是在车辆门饰板34和外部的门金属片36之间提供盆骨垫38。
根据来自座椅控制器ECU 42的电压信号,可反转的侧碰盆骨垫18将旋转至恰当的位置,使得垫18在碰撞发生之前预先展开。如果碰撞发生,可反转的侧碰盆骨垫18将提供与乘员的及早贴合,提供更有效的盆骨推动并且减小峰值力。CAE模型显示,及早地负担盆骨可以减少峰值盆骨负荷约39%。
除了所说明的在侧碰事故中吸收盆骨负荷的功能外,当可反转的侧碰盆骨垫18位于如图1,3和4所示的展开位置时,其还可以用作扶手。图3中已最清楚地示出,可反转的侧碰盆骨垫18的顶部在可接受的高度用作扶手。这个表面可以供乘员(未示出)用作扶手。如果希望可反转的侧碰盆骨垫18用作扶手,需要进行设置使操作者通过这样的用作转换的装置选择地实现可反转的侧碰盆骨垫18的移动,该装置可以越控展开系统,具体地可以是来自座椅控制器ECU 42的电压信号。
当探测到危险情况时,可反转的侧碰盆骨垫18试图展开。危险情况的探测可以用现有技术(RSC或高偏航)中的传感器信息或用未来的传感器技术(雷达,CV传感器,照相机等)完成。本技术的可反转的特征允许保守的展开极限,以获取最大的利益。与传统气囊不同,当危险过去,可反转的侧碰盆骨垫18将收回到它的收纳位置。乘员确是OOP状态(Out-of-Position,非正常乘坐位置),可反转的侧碰盆骨垫18将接触乘员并收回。
这里公开的可反转的盆骨垫座椅系统10提供了及早的盆骨推动,降低了对乘员的峰值负荷。可反转的盆骨垫座椅系统10应用现有的马达和固定位置,从而减小了组装成本和时间。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于具有外侧面的车辆的座椅,座椅包括:
具有前面和后面的座椅基座;
可操作地关联所述座椅基座的所述后面的椅背;
盆骨垫,其具有可枢转旋转地连接到所述座背的第一端,以及总体上与所述第一端相对的第二端,所述盆骨垫在所述盆骨垫的所述第二端与所述椅背总体上对齐的收纳位置与所述盆骨垫的所述第二端转向所述座椅基座的所述前面的展开位置之间可旋转地移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的座椅,其特征在于,所述盆骨垫具有上表面,所述上表面作为扶手对车辆乘员提供支承。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的座椅,其特征在于,所述椅背具有第一侧和第二侧,所述第一侧面向车辆外,所述盆骨垫连接到所述椅背的所述第一侧。
4.根据权利要求2所述的用于车辆的座椅,其特征在于,所述第一侧包括当所述盆骨垫位于其收纳位置时用于实质上收纳了所述盆骨垫的凹进区域。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的座椅,其特征在于,所述盆骨衬垫具有形状,所述形状是椭圆形。
6.一种用于对车辆乘员提供保护的系统,该系统包括:
座椅总成,所述座椅总成包括座椅基座和椅背;
可旋转地连接到所述座椅总成的盆骨垫,所述盆骨垫从第一收纳位置至第二展开位置是可移动的;以及
可操作地关联所述盆骨垫的危险状态传感器。
7.根据权利要求6所述的用于对车辆乘员提供保护的系统,其特征在于,进一步包括可操作地关联所述盆骨垫的驱动马达,所述危险状态传感器连接到所述驱动马达。
8.根据权利要求6所述的用于对车辆乘员提供保护的系统,其特征在于,所述盆骨垫连接到所述椅背。
9.根据权利要求8所述的用于对车辆乘员提供保护的系统,其特征在于,所述椅背包括第一侧和第二侧,所述盆骨垫连接到所述第一侧,所述第一侧包括当所述盆骨垫位于其收纳位置时用于实质上收纳了所述盆骨垫的凹进区域。
10.根据权利要求6所述的用于对车辆乘员提供保护的系统,其特征在于,所述盆骨垫具有可枢转地连接到所述椅背的第一端和总体上与所述第一端相对的第二端,所述盆骨垫在所述盆骨垫的所述第二端总体上与所述椅背对齐的收纳位置与所述盆骨垫的所述第二端朝所述座椅基座的所述前面旋转的展开位置之间可旋转地移动。
