Description

本公开涉及汽车,更具体地涉及一种用于安全带卷收器的控制组件以及汽车座椅。
背景技术
在车辆安全技术领域中,车辆安全带是车辆被动安全系统中的重要组成部分,用于在车辆出现紧急状况,例如紧急刹车、碰撞或者倾翻时,保护乘员的安全保护装置,其中,通过带状的织带可以束缚乘员,织带可以通过安全带卷收器的芯轴卷收,并且可以通过锁舌固定于车辆。
随着车辆技术的发展,用户对车辆座椅的舒适性的要求越来越高。在车辆座椅的发展中,座椅靠背的倾角已从固定不变演变为可调,而且可调角度越来越大。在一些商务车上甚至已经实现了座椅靠背的接近平躺的调整角度。一些已知的安全带卷收器配备车感装置,该车感装置(例如参见CN110027502A)可以作为安全带卷收器中的机械传感器来感知车辆状态,例如可以感知车辆的加速度和倾斜角度。当车辆发生紧急状态时,车感装置可以感知该紧急状态,并且可以促使安全带卷收器的芯轴锁止,阻止织带继续从芯轴抽出,使得乘员可以被织带良好地束缚并且从而获得良好的安全保护。

发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术中的调角盘组件在坐垫与靠背相对位置没有变化的情况下不 起作用的问题,本公开提供一种用于安全带卷收器的控制组件以及汽车座椅。
根据本公开的用于安全带卷收器的控制组件,其包括第一电机、第二电机,控制模块、第三电机和卷收器,控制模块分别与第一电机、第二电机和第三电机连接以采集第一电机和第二电机的转动信号并向第三电机输出补偿信号,第一电机和第二电机的转动均与卷收器的角度相关,第三电机与卷收器连接以直接补偿卷收器的角度。
在一些实施例中,该控制组件还包括拉索,卷收器通过拉索与第三电机连接。
在一些实施例中,第一电机和第二电机均为霍尔电机。
在一些实施例中,卷收器具有与第三电机连接的可转动的车感装置。
根据本公开的汽车座椅,其包括上述的控制组件。
在一些实施例中,该汽车座椅包括坐垫和靠背,其中,坐垫可转动地安装在汽车地板上,靠背可转动地安装于坐垫上。
在一些实施例中,卷收器固定于靠背上。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,给出本公开的较佳实施例,并予以详细描述。
如图1所示,根据本公开的一个优选实施例的汽车座椅包括坐垫1和靠背2,其中,坐垫1可转动地安装在汽车地板上,例如实现坐垫整体倾角调节或者高度调节,靠背2可转动地安装于坐垫1上以相对于坐垫1可翻折。
如图1所示,汽车座椅还包括用于安全带卷收器的控制组件3,其中,该控制组件3包括第一电机31、第二电机32、控制模块(ECU)33、第三电机34、卷收器35和拉索36,其中,第一电机31安装在坐垫1上以调节坐垫1的转动,第二电机32安装在靠背2上以调节靠背2的翻折,控制模块33安装在坐垫1上并分别与第一电机31和第二电机32连接,第三电机34用螺栓通过安装盘341(参见图2)安装在靠背2的侧板上并与控制模块33连接,卷收器35固定于靠背2上并通过拉索36与第三电机34连接。如图2所示,卷收器35内集成有与第三电机34连接的可转动的车感装置351。
在本实施例中,第一电机31和第二电机32均为霍尔电机,其内分别设置有霍尔传感器。当第一电机31和第二电机32运动时,其内的霍尔传感器会产生霍尔信号,该霍尔信号传递到控制模块33。当控制模块33接收到一圈完整的霍尔信号之后,输出调节信号来驱动第三电机34,拉动卷收器35内的车感装置351。
控制模块33通过采集第一电机31和第二电机32的霍尔信号可以计算座椅调节的姿态,在例如实现坐垫整体倾角调节或者高度调节时,虽然坐垫1和靠背2的相对位置没有变化,但是座椅姿态的变化可以控制第三电机34实时调节卷收器35内的车感装置351,使得车感装置351总是保持在竖直定向中,使得安全带能够正常拉出。
应该理解,控制模块33提取所有调节后会影响卷收器35角度的电机的转动信息。在本实施例中,会影响卷收器35角度的电机仅包括第一电机31和第二电机32。如果还具有其他会影响卷收器35角度的电机,其可以与控制模块33连接以通过控制模块33来提取其转动信息。
应该理解,控制模块33采集第一电机31和第二电机32的霍尔信号,提取第一电机31和第二电机32的转动信息,通过计算坐垫调节的角度和靠背调节的角度后叠加计算座椅的姿态,转换为卷收器35随着座椅转动角度的数值,实时输出需要补偿卷收器35的角度信息和启动信号,控制模块33输出的角度信息和启动信号传递给第三电机34,第三电机34据此拉动拉索36,拉索36调整卷收器35内的车感装置351,使得安全带在该座椅全调节行程中都可以正常使用,该控制逻辑借助于现有技术很容易实现,在此不再赘述。
另外,第三电机34伴随着座椅的调节实时调节,速度与座椅调节的速度相当。而且,第三电机34提供自锁结构,该自锁结构在电机不工作或者断电情况下,保证卷收器35处于稳定状态。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于安全带卷收器的控制组件,其特征在于,该控制组件包括第一电机、第二电机,控制模块、第三电机和卷收器,控制模块分别与第一电机、第二电机和第三电机连接以采集第一电机和第二电机的转动信号并向第三电机输出补偿信号,第一电机和第二电机的转动均与卷收器的角度相关,第三电机与卷收器连接以直接补偿卷收器的角度。
