一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种混凝土浇筑模板,特别涉及一种斜面混凝土滚模。
二、背景技术
目前,斜面混凝土浇筑的方法大约有两种,即斜面混凝土摊铺机摊铺和人工振捣器直接浇筑混凝土。斜面混凝土摊铺机设备庞大,造价昂贵,施工工艺复杂,一般小工程难以使用;人工振捣器直接浇筑混凝土,由于在斜面上振捣后混凝土塌落,再摊铺,再振捣,再塌落,所以存在密实度差,表面平度差等特点。
三、发明内容
本发明提供了一种施工方法简单易行,浇筑混凝土的密实度、表面平整度都很高的斜面混凝土滚模。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种斜面混凝土滚模,包括六棱柱滚模、滚模牵引杆、以及订在滚模表面的尼龙布;边模有两组,由槽钢制成,设置在混凝土浇筑仓的两边,滚模的下边;一卷扬机通过定滑轮,油丝绳牵引滚模移动。

五、具体实施方式
附图为本发明的一种具体实施例,该实施例包括六棱柱滚模1,滚模牵引杆2,以及订在滚模表面的尼龙布,边模6设置在混凝土浇筑仓的两边,六棱柱滚模的下边,卷扬机5通过油丝绳3、定滑轮4牵引滚模移动。
本发明具体工作方式为:六棱柱滚模的一表面压置在两边模上,仓内浇满混凝土后,在卷扬机的牵引下,滚动滚模,滚模的另一表面压在两边模边上,浇满混凝土后,继续滚动滚模,如此反复,直至此段完成,移至另一混凝土段。
本发明用隔段法施工,施工中把需施工的坝斜坡划分为若干个连续段,连续段的编号为I、II、III、IV……施工顺序为I、III、V……,II、IV、VI……即先施工I、III、V……混凝土段、等到I、III、V混凝土段的强度达到一定数值时,再施工II、IV、VI段。施工I、III、V……混凝土段时两边需设置边模,施工II、IV、VI……混凝土段时,用已有一定强度的I、III、V……混凝土段的边做边模,压置六棱柱滚模后浇筑混凝土。
六棱柱滚模在斜面混凝土浇筑中作为混凝土浇筑仓的顶模且有压重的作用,因为混凝土在振捣过程中处于流体状态,六棱柱一表面挡住了混凝土的向下的流动。

1.一种斜面混凝土滚模,其特征在于:所述滚模为六棱柱滚模,滚模表面订有一层尼龙布,边模设置在混凝土浇筑仓的两边,六棱柱滚模的下边,六棱柱滚模一表面压置在两边模上,使用卷扬机通过油丝绳和定滑轮牵引滚模牵引杆、牵引滚模滚动。
