Abstract

本发明涉及一种无缆遥控自容式电源泳池自动清洁机，其包括通讯浮体、通讯脐带电缆、自容式直流电源、供电电缆和泳池水下清洁机与遥控器；通讯浮体漂浮在水面上，浮体上面露出水面接收遥控器发出的信号，通过脐带通讯电缆控制自容式直流电源工作；实现泳池清洁机行走、刷洗、过滤、爬壁及清洗水垢线全部功能。无缆遥控自容式电源泳池自动清洁机取消了较长的供电电缆，因而可不受电缆长度制约，到达泳池所有地方进行清洗，同时消除了电缆缠绕、挂卡等弊端。

无缆遥控自容式电源泳池自动清洁机
技术领域
本发明涉及水中可充电电源及泳池清洗设备，尤其是无缆遥控自容式电源泳池自动清洁机。
背景技术
目前，泳池清洁机大都是由岸上电源供电，电源与清洁机之间用电缆连接，这样清洁机在清洗泳池过程中，能到达的地方要受电缆长度制约，同时清洁机长时间转弯机动工作又会使电缆缠绕打结，需要专门设置转环释放扭矩来消除这些弊端。另外对于大型比赛泳池，都设置有泳道线，电缆有时会挂卡，影响清洁机正常工作。产生上述弊端的主要原因是由于有较长电缆存在，如若取消较长电缆，则可完全消除上述弊端。如若取消电缆，则不可能再利用岸上电源，必须有一个可在水中工作的可充电电源，为泳池自动清洁机供电。
近年来，随着科技进步、工业发展、高性能环保电池出现，为开发可在水中工作的高效、环保、安全电源提供了条件，进一步为研制无缆遥控泳池自动清洁机提供了技术基础。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于设计一种可在水中工作的环保安全的可充电自容式电源，并用此种电源作为泳池自动清洁机的供电电源，进一步设计一种无缆遥控自容式电源泳池自动清洁机。
本发明采用以下技术方案来实现：
一种无缆遥控自容式电源泳池自动清洁机，包括通讯浮体、通讯脐带电缆、可充电自容式直流电源、供电电缆和大型泳池水下清洁机与遥控器；其特征在于：通讯浮体漂浮在水面上，通讯浮体上面露出水面接收遥控器发出的信号，通过脐带通讯电缆控制可充电自容式直流电源工作，可充电自容式直流电源通过供电电缆为水下泳池清洁机供电，并控制其工作，实现水下泳池清洁机爬行、爬壁、刷洗、过滤及清洗水垢线的全部功能；
所述自容式直流电源包括密封盒盖、密封盒体、控制模块、电池管理电路和聚合物锂离子电池组；控制模块、电池管理电路和聚合物锂离子电池组置于由密封盒盖和密封盒体组成的密封盒内，输出直流电的供电电缆从密封盒密封引出。
所述通讯浮体包括浮体盖、浮体盒、通讯模块；通讯模块置于浮体盖和浮体盒组成的密封浮体内。
所述遥控器包括遥控器下盖、遥控器上盖、通讯电路、控制按键、电池和显示屏；通讯电路、电池安装在遥控器下盖和遥控器上盖组成的机壳内，控制按键和显示屏在机壳上盖的上表面。
所述密封盒上设置有充电接口。
无缆遥控自容式电源泳池自动清洁机还配有专用充电器。
一种置于水下设备里的可充电自容式电源，包括密封盒盖、密封盒体、控制模块、电池管理电路和聚合物锂离子电池组；其特征在于控制电路、电池管理电路和聚合物锂离子电池组置于由密封盒盖和密封盒体组成的密封盒内，输出直流电的供电电缆从密封盒密封引出。
所述自容式电源输出的直流电电压为24V。
所述密封盒上设置有充电接口。
本发明优越性在于：
1、本发明泳池专用直流可充电自容式电源，是一个系列产品，电压可选定，功率范围大，可与使用直流电机的各种型号的泳池水下清洁机配套使用，组成无缆遥控自容式电源泳池清洁机，实现泳池清洁机爬行、刷洗、过滤、爬壁、清洗水垢线等全部功能；
2、本发明无缆遥控自容式电源泳池自动清洁机，由于取消了较长供电电缆，因此可以不受电缆长度限制，到达泳池所有地方，尤其是可以清洗较大标池，同时消除了电缆缠绕和挂卡的弊端；
3、无缆遥控自容式电源泳池自动清洁机可多台同时清洗一个泳池，尤其是清洗大型泳池，大大地缩短泳池清洗时间；
4、无缆遥控自容式电源泳池自动清洁机没有较长的供电电缆，因此，减少电缆的功耗，本发明是一个节能产品。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，无缆遥控自容式电源泳池自动清洁机包括通讯浮体1、通讯脐带电缆2、自容式直流电源3、供电电缆4和泳池水下清洁机5与遥控器6；通讯浮体1漂浮在水面上，浮体上面露出水面接收遥控器6发出的信号，通过脐带通讯电缆2控制自容式直流电源3工作；
所述通讯浮体1包括浮体盖11、浮体盒12、通讯模块13；通讯模块13置于浮体盖11和浮体盒12组成的密封浮体内；
所述自容式直流电源3包括密封盒盖31、密封盒体32、控制模块33、电池管理电路34、聚合物锂离子电池组35、充电接口36；控制模块33、电池管理电路34、聚合物锂离子电池组35置于由密封盒盖31和密封盒体32组成的密封盒内，密封盒置于泳池水下自动清洁机5机体内；密封盒盖31上设置有充电接口36，充电器见图5，通过充电接口36为聚合物锂离子电池组35充电；从密封盒体密封引出供电电缆4与泳池水下自动清洁机5相连，为泳池水下自动清洁机5供电；自容式直流电源工作原理见图3；
所述泳池水下自动清洁机5是采用直流电机的大型泳池水下自动清洁机，泳池水下自动清洁机5能按设定程序工作，还能按遥控器6发出的信号控制大型泳池水下自动清洁机5进行清洗工作；
所述遥控器6包括遥控器下盖61、遥控器上盖62、通讯电路63、控制按键64、电池65和显示屏66；通讯电路63、电池65安装在机壳下盖61和机壳上盖62组成的机壳内，控制按键64和显示屏66在机壳上盖62的上表面；当操作者按动控制键64时，发出工作、停止及使大型泳池水下清洁机前进后退及转弯信号，控制泳池水下清洁机5的工作状态和行进方向。
无缆遥控自容式电源泳池自动清洁机还配有专用充电器，如图5所示：专用充电器包括充电器71、充电插头72和电源插头73。

Claims (5)

1.一种无缆遥控自容式电源泳池自动清洁机，包括通讯浮体、通讯脐带电缆、可充电自容式直流电源、供电电缆和泳池水下清洁机与遥控器；其特征在于：通讯浮体漂浮在水面上，通讯浮体上面露出水面接收遥控器发出的信号，通过通讯脐带电缆控制可充电自容式直流电源工作，可充电自容式直流电源通过供电电缆为泳池水下清洁机供电，并控制其工作，实现泳池水下清洁机爬行、爬壁、刷洗、过滤及清洗水垢线的全部功能；
自容式直流电源包括密封盒盖、密封盒体、控制模块、电池管理电路和聚合物锂离子电池组、充电接口；控制模块、电池管理电路和聚合物锂离子电池组置于由密封盒盖和密封盒体组成的密封盒内，输出直流电的供电电缆从密封盒密封引出；密封盒上设置有充电接口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无缆遥控自容式电源泳池自动清洁机，其特征在于：通讯浮体包括浮体盖、浮体盒、通讯模块；通讯模块置于浮体盖和浮体盒组成的密封浮体内。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的无缆遥控自容式电源泳池自动清洁机，其特征在于：遥控器包括遥控器下盖、遥控器上盖、通讯电路、按键、电池和显示屏；通讯电路、电池安装在遥控器下盖和遥控器上盖组成的机壳内，控制按键和显示屏设在机壳上盖的上表面。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的无缆遥控自容式电源泳池自动清洁机，其特征在于：密封盒盖上设置有充电接口。
5.根据权利要求3所述的无缆遥控自容式电源泳池自动清洁机，其特征在于：还配有专用充电器。
