Abstract

一种注射成型制造导光板的方法,包括:在2000至4000千克力/平方厘米的注射压力以及600至1000毫米/秒的注射速度下注射成型导光板。该方法在高的注射压力和注射速度注射成型导光板,高的注射速度和压力可以提高产品的尺寸精度,可制造出厚度较薄的产品。

注射成型制造导光板的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种制造导光板的方法,尤其涉及一种注射成型制造薄形导光板的方法。
背景技术
目前较为成熟的制造导光板的技术是采用注射成型(Injection Molding)机,将导光板材料熔融后推进注射成型机的模腔内,保持模腔的压力并冷却导光板材料,然后将成型的产品取出。
但是,传统的注射成型机的注射速度和注射压力较低,成型的导光板厚度较厚,使得采用该导光板的背光模组体积大、质量较大,不适应产品轻、薄的需要。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种注射成型制造薄形导光板的方法。
一种注射成型制造导光板的方法,包括:在4000至4500千牛的锁模力、2000至4000千克力/平方厘米的注射压力以及600至1000毫米/秒的注射速度下注射成型导光板。
本实施例在高的注射压力和注射速度注射成型导光板,高的注射速度和压力可以提高产品的尺寸精度,并可制造出厚度薄的产品;该方法不仅可制造较薄的导光板,也可以节约材料,降低采用导光板的背光模组的体积。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明实施例作详细描述。
如图1所示,本发明实施例注射成型制造导光板的方法主要包括以下步骤:
将动模与定模合模,形成模腔,动模和定模之间具有4000至4500千牛的锁模力;
以6000至1000毫米/秒的注射速度以及2000至4000千克力/平方厘米的注射压力向模腔内注射材料;
保持模腔的压力;
冷却;
开模,取出产品。
如图2所示,注射成型制造导光板的注射设备包括动模10和定模20,工作过程中,定模20相对固定,而动模10相对定模20运动。
如图3所示,动模10在驱动装置的驱动下靠近定模20,使得动模10和定模20之间形成一个模腔30。
本实施例中,采用伺服马达驱动的双曲轴式的合模装置将动模10和定模20合模,该合模装置可产生高达4000至4500千牛(kN)的锁模力,该伺服马达的功率为30至35千瓦。高的锁模力可保证在注射成型时,动模10和定模20之间不会发生溢料的现象。
曲轴的机械效能系数为35。
如图4所示,螺杆40以600至1000毫米/秒(mm/s)的注射速度以及2000至4000千克力/平方厘米(kgf/cm2)的注射压力将熔融的材料50注射入模腔30中。
注射压力优选3000至4000千克力/平方厘米,注射速度优选800至1000毫米/秒。
材料50为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)、聚碳酸酯(PC)或共聚环状烯烃(COC)。
如图5所示,保持模腔30内的压力并冷却一段时间后,在合模装置的带动下,动模10和定模20分开,然后将导光板60取出。
上述工艺可制造厚度为0.4至0.8毫米的导光板,尤其是厚度为0.4至0.6毫米的导光板。
以PC为例,当注射压力为4000千克力/平方厘米时,导光板60的厚度可达0.15至0.6毫米。
提高注射压力可成型薄形的产片,提高注射速度可成型形状复杂及厚度薄的产品,并有利于产品的稳定和提高尺寸精度。
另外,由于采用高的注射压力和注射速度可制造出厚度较薄的产品,从而可节约材料,减少使用导光板的产品的体积。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本发明精神内做其它变化,当然,这些依据本发明精神所做的变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围的内。

Claims (7)

1.一种注射成型制造导光板的方法,其包括:
在4000至4500千牛的锁模力、2000至4000千克力/平方厘米的注射压力以及600至1000毫米/秒的注射速度下注射成型导光板。
2.如权利要求1所述的注射成型制造导光板的方法,其特征在于:所述注射压力为3000至4000千克力/平方厘米。
3.如权利要求1所述的注射成型制造导光板的方法,其特征在于:所述注射速度为800至1000毫米/秒。
4.如权利要求1所述的注射成型制造导光板的方法,其特征在于:采用伺服马达驱动的双曲轴式锁模装置以产生锁模力。
5.如权利要求4所述的注射成型制造导光板的方法,其特征在于:所述伺服马达的功率为30至35千瓦。
6.如权利要求1所述的注射成型制造导光板的方法,其特征在于:所述导光板的厚度为0.4至0.8毫米。
7.如权利要求7所述的注射成型制造导光板的方法,其特征在于:所述导光板的厚度为0.4至0.6毫米。
