Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于数据调查和检验的设备,集成有防篡改系统,包括外壳,以及可用于检测对这种外壳篡改的装置,以证实对所收集到的数据的保护以及这些数据的可信赖性。
背景技术
已知有多种执行各种不同数据检验和识别的设备。该数据由数据签名加密以将其与可靠并获得授权的操作者的身份关联的识别操作。
所以,这种设备可用来支持警察巡逻和调查。
然而,极其重要的是保证该设备没有被以任何方式篡改,而且不会限制其操作性。因此,防篡改集成系统的目的是防止所收集并验证的数据掺假,还防止对这种设备不恰当的使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种装备有可靠的防篡改保护的集成设备。
这个目的通过上面指出的设备来实现,其中所述用于检测篡改的装置包括:
*用于存储和/或生成信息片段的装置,由安置在所述外壳内的电池通过电路提供电力;
*用于中断对所述用于测量时间的装置的电力供应的装置,其由打开所述外壳来启动。
上面限定的设备的主要好处在于实现可立即检测到外壳打开,形成对存储在该外壳本身内部的信息片段的检验。

具体实施方式
参照附图,一种设置为用于身份数据调查、检验和传输的设备总体上标识为1。
其包括刚性本体2,以抗震材料制成并且完全密封,从而保护其内部不受天气因素影响。该设备1的本体表面摸起来是软的并且是防滑类型。其甚至可以耐受冲击和撞击。具体地,该本体2可符合IP 54标准,即其可在有灰尘和喷水的情况下运行,并且其也不会被所指出的这些物品渗透。
根据其总体外观,该设备1是手持设备,适于由一只手握持并且在其正面设有图形界面。
在这样的表面上,该设备1包括触敏类型的屏幕3(触摸屏),因此可用作输入和输出装置。还在这个表面上,有显示开关的按键4,还有适于移动光标的键盘5,以及光标小键盘、中央输入键盘和另外两个功能键。
该设备1还包括声音检测和记录装置,以及扬声器,表现为该设备1的本体2上的麦克风口6。这个麦克风和该扬声器适于用作电话。
通过图形菜单上合适的功能图标,该屏幕3允许图形输出,还允许图形输入。当然,也可以显示传统的数字小键盘或字母数字键盘。
这种触敏屏3、该键盘5和该麦克风6总地构成该设备1的输入和输出装置。
进而,还有功能灯,总地标识为7,指示该设备1不同的运行功能。
在侧面,有多个插口,分别用于音频连接8、电源9和PC连接10,例如USB型。然而,意图是可提供任何适于以数字形式传输数据的数据传输插口。该音频连接插口8可优选地连接到上面提到的电话的耳机。
该设备还有更多的插口以及还可通过合适的扩充基座30(图2)来运转。
在底部侧面,该设备1包括插入卡片C的狭槽11,以及在设备内部设有用于读取微芯片的传感器。
这样一种传感器可运行用于验证装备有微芯片的文档,该芯片包含个人身份信息。总之,这个传感器可用作识别使用该设备以调查证据等的操作者的身份。
在相对的侧面,该设备1包括数字类型的获取图像的装置12,其能够摄像以及录制视频。
该设备1进一步包括获取指纹的装置,其包括硅类型的扫描表面16。显然,该装置可用作识别使用该设备1来调查证据等的操作者身份的装置,例如通过识别操作者的一个指纹。
具体地,该设备1仅在插入其中记录有该操作者身份资料(例如指纹)的芯片卡之后以及验证这样的资料之后(例如通过扫描表面16)才能运行。这样,该设备不只是与一个操作者相关联,而操作者在使用该设备之前必须识别其自身。也可以为验证所收集的数据而在同时采用多种预防措施。
以及,提供定位装置,即卫星类型的,包括受到适当保护的GPS天线18。
按照本实施例的该设备包括蜂窝通信装置,以及为此,该设备1内部包括一对容纳SIM卡的槽19,以便使得该设备处于像一个符合已知标准之一(例如,GSM,UMTS等)的移动蜂窝电话那样运行的状态。意图是,通过这样的通信装置,该设备可连接到网络。
该设备1的内部安装用于蜂窝通信的天线(例如GSM天线)、电池以及加密卡、存储卡和处理器。还可为所收集数据的传输提供移动存储卡。
该加密卡与该微处理器一起构成用于身份敏感数据的加密装置,以将它们以完全安全的方式无线传输。实际上,用作信息加密基础的编码包含在所述卡中,即在其存储元件中,并且其由该微处理器24采用以将所述信息片段转换到加密的文件中,从而保护其不受到进一步的修改,该信息可由包含同样的加密编码的设备读取。
具体地,该加密卡的任务是为文件分配数据签名,优选为不对称双密钥类型。
该设备1进一步包括存储和/或生成该信息片段的装置,由电池提供电力,在当前实施例中,其包括适于为所收集的数据分配采集时间的数字时钟。
最后,如之前提到的封闭在密封本体内的该设备包括用于检测对所述本体篡改的装置,以确保所收集的数据的安全。
这种装置指的是该外壳2的开口,其由一对半壳(half-shell)形成,正面24和后面25。
为了进入该设备内部,需要分开所述半壳。这种分开使得将电池21连接到由芯片22实现的数字时钟的电路20中的开关26(图3)打开。
该用于检测篡改的装置提供用于中断对所述用于存储和/或生成信息片段的装置的电力供应的装置,其由所述外壳2的打开(即由所述半壳24和25的分开)激活。
具体地,该用于存储和/或生成信息片段的装置包括由于连接到其的振荡器27和RAM存储器而像时钟那样工作的所述芯片。
所生成的该信息片段是时间,其可与当前时间或该设备内的第二时钟生成的时间对比。相反,该RAM存储仅在其通电时存储信息片段,例如密钥编码,否则将丢失同一信息片段。
所以,这种信息片段可与输入该设备1的数据比对,例如通过具有识别使用者的不对称密钥的微芯片卡,或者通过任何其他识别系统。
在当前的实施例中,使用信息片段存储和生成两者,它们的控制基本上构成该防篡改验证。
该芯片22通过门电路28初始化,在该RAM存储器中分配时间基准和数字密钥。如果通电,该振荡器27和该RAM存储器两者工作。这种电力是通过主电路提供的,其中在图3的图中,可识别出两个端子29、30。
该主电路仅当启动该设备1时提供电力。反之,当其关闭时,该电池21通过两个电路支路31、32提供电力,所述开关26形成其中之一上。考虑到非常低的耗电量,该电池可使得该芯片21的通电持续非常长的时间,甚至数年。
这种开关26是上面提到的用于中断该芯片22电力供应的装置的一部分,即该存储和/或生成信息片段的装置的一部分。除了该开关26,这些装置还包括旁通该芯片22的通电端子的装置。采用旁通(短接)是为了实现对该振荡器27和对该RAM存储器电力供应的立即中断。
事实上,凭借单独的开关26,这种中断可能不会是即时的,因为电路中的电容会为该芯片通电几分钟,即使该开关26打开。然而,在当前的情况下,为了使非常快速的篡改也不可能进行,必须保证电力供应绝对确定瞬时中断,甚至是该半壳24、25打开之后几个毫秒之内。
优选地,还有用于旁通该芯片22供电端子的装置通过该半壳24、25的打开运行,即在该开关26打开时。
这种激活是被动的,因为其本身是由该电池21驱动的,如下文详细说明的。
该电池21包括在封闭的电路中,其包含所述开关26、第一高电阻32和晶体管33,合宜地是P型MOSFET,连接到第一横向电路引脚34,该引脚连接该对电路支路31、32或对该芯片21提供电力的端子。这种引脚34进一步包括第二高电阻35。
当该开关26关闭,该第一P型MOSFET 33的栅极和源极处于相同电势,但是当该开关打开,栅极处于较低电压,并且该MOSFET33被极化。
该对电路支路31、32还连接到第二横向电路引脚36,包括第二晶体管37,合宜地是第二N型MOSFET,其当该开关26打开时由该电池21的电压关闭。事实上,该第一MOSFET 33的极化导致非常低的电流通过该电池21的所述关闭的电路,这个电流受到所述第一电阻32的限制。这个电路的一个接头38连接到变得导通的该第二MOSFET的栅极,通过所述第二横向引脚36旁通该芯片22。此时,重置该芯片。
这个安全系统还必须提供来自该半壳24、25打开的信号,即使当该设备开启以及该芯片通过所述端子29、30通电的情况下。为此,该设备连接到第三横向电路引脚39,其转而包括晶体管,特别是N型MOSFET,其栅极连接到包括该电池21的供电电路,并因此被极化,从而允许减少后的电流通过该第三引脚39。这种电流通过链接到该第三引脚39的管脚41检测。
在该半壳24、25打开的情况下,该开关26的打开中断极化该第三N型MOSFET的电流通道,关闭所述第三引脚39。这样,所述管脚41由状态0变为状态1,并允许检测到所发生的该半壳24、25的打开。
意图是使用按照上面所述的设备对于警察在公共秩序管理方面、在海关检查、收集法律证据等方面是特别有用处的。
然而,这样的设备也可用于平民、行政管理或私人场合,例如可使酒店设施的接待不限于固定的前台,用于检查民间、工业、检索设置等的专用进入许可。
对于上述用于调查和检查身份数据并集成有防篡改系统的设备,本领域的技术人员为了实现进一步以及视情况而定的目的,可引入额外的以及多种修改和变化,而它们都包含在如所附权利要求定义的本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (17)
1.一种用于数据调查和检验的设备(1),包括:
外壳;以及
用于检测对这种外壳篡改的装置,以验证所收集到的数据的保护和可信赖度,
其特征在于所述用于检测篡改的装置包括;
用于存储和/或生成信息片段的装置(22),其由容纳在所述外壳(2)内的电池(21)通过电路供电;
用于中断对所述用于存储和/或生成信息片段的装置的电力供应的装置(26),其由所述外壳(2)的打开激活。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备(1),其中该外壳(2)是由一对半壳(24、25)形成,所述半壳(24、25)的分开导致开关(26)的打开。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的设备(1),其中该用于存储和/或生成信息片段的装置包括数字时钟。
4.根据权利要求3所述的设备(1),其中所述数字时钟由设有振荡器(27)的芯片(22)实现。
5.根据前述任一权利要求所述的设备(1),其中该用于存储和/或生成信息片段的装置包括RAM存储器。
6.根据权利要求5所述的设备(1),包括用于识别操作者的装置。
7.根据权利要求6所述的设备(1),其中所述用于识别操作者的装置包括微芯片读取传感器。
8.根据权利要求1所述的设备(1),其中该用于存储和/或生成信息片段的装置在该设备(1)开启时由主电路供电。
9.根据前述任一权利要求所述的设备(1),其中该用于中断对所述用于存储和/或生成信息片段的装置的电力供应的装置(26)包括旁通该用于存储和/或生成信息片段的装置的供电端子的装置。
10.根据权利要求2或9所述的设备(1),其中该用于旁通的装置由该半壳(24、25)的打开激活,即由与之相关联的开关(26)的打开激活。
11.根据权利要求9或10所述的设备(1),其中该用于旁通的装置的激活是由供应该用于存储和/或生成信息片段的装置的电池(21)驱动的。
12.根据权利要求11所述的设备(1),其中该用于存储和/或生成信息片段的装置通过由横向电路引脚(36)连接的一对端子(31、32)供电,该横向电路引脚包括晶体管(37),其在对该用于存储和/或生成信息片段的装置的电力供应由于为该用于存储和/或生成信息片段的装置供电的该电池(21)的电压而中断时关闭该横向电路引脚。
13.根据权利要求12所述的设备(1),其中所述电池(21)包括在闭合电路中,其包含所述开关(26)和另一晶体管(33),其由于该电池(21)的电压而在该开关(26)打开时关闭,导致在所述闭合电路中的电流通路,这种通路使得所述横向电路引脚(36)上的所述晶体管(37)关闭。
14.根据权利要求13所述的设备(1),其中该晶体管(37)是N型MOSFET,其栅极连接所述闭合电路。
15.根据权利要求13所述的设备(1),其中所述另一晶体管(33)是P型MOSFET,其栅极连接到另一横向电路引脚(34),该引脚连接所述对该用于存储和/或生成信息片段的装置供电的端子(31、32)。
16.根据权利要求8所述的设备(1),其中该主电路的端子(29、30)通过横向电路引脚(39)连接,该引脚包括晶体管(40),其在该外壳(2)打开时运行导致电流通路中断而产生篡改信号。
17.根据权利要求16所述的设备(1),其中所述晶体管(40)是N型MOSFET,其栅极连接到包括所述电池(21)的该用于存储和/或生成信息片段的装置的通电电路,而保持其极化。
