Abstract

背景技术
在例如被构成设有一个可往复运动的、单侧被夹持的锯片的手持式线锯机的手持式工具机(DE 101 19 561 A1)的情况下,沿一个预先画在工件上的轮廓的锯削需要高度地训练。尽管如此也存在错误锯割的危险,因为由于锯削出现在锯片上的横向力使锯片倾向于跑偏。在此情况下锯片总是首先在工件下边缘上、即在下切割边缘上跑偏,而然后当操作者看出在工件上边缘上的跑偏时,在工件下边缘上已产生了离所需轮廓的一个相当大的偏移。当现在操作者看出工件上表面上的轨迹偏移而进行校正干预时,已在下切割边缘上形成明显的不再能补偿的误差。即使在工件表面上达到精确的线跟踪,也不能可靠地排除锯片在工件下边缘上的跑偏。
发明内容
根据本发明的具有权利要求1的特征的手持式工具机具有其优点,即通过上切割边缘上方及附近的横向力的测量并通过补偿横向力的执行机构——该执行机构引起动力刀具上的一些最小程度的补偿运动——的作用,使得横向力在其初始出现在锯片上时就被抵消,由此避免了动力刀具的跑偏,尤其避免了锯片在直线切割或以恒定半径切割时的跑偏。
通过其它权利要求中所述的措施可得到在权利要求1中给出的手持式工具机的有利的进一步构型及改进。

具体实施方式
图1中以侧视图概要表示的作为具有一个进行往复运动的动力刀具的手持式工具机的实施例的往复式线锯机具有一个机器壳体10,在该机器壳体中接收了一个可借助接通/关断开关进行开及关的电动机,该电动机通过一个传动装置驱动一个往复杆12做上下的往复运动。往复杆12在图2中概要表示的支承装置22中被垂直地导向。在往复杆12的下端部上设有一个刀具夹13,在该刀具夹中在端侧上夹持一个线锯片或往复锯片。该往复锯片14在相反的窄面的一个面上设有锯齿列141及在另一面上设有锯片背142。在往复锯片14往复运动时锯片背支撑在支撑滚子15上,该支撑滚子被保持在机器壳体10上。在机器壳体10上还固定了一个设在在机器壳体10之下的基板16,该基板用于使往复式线锯机放置在工件上及用于往复式线锯机的导向。可相对基板16垂直运动的往复锯片14穿过基板16中的一个空槽161。基板16在图1中仅被区段地表示。
在该往复式线锯机上设有一个导向机构17,借助该导向机构使往复锯片14在基板16的附近在侧面被导向。导向机构17由两个导向块18组成,其中,这些导向块18分别向着往复锯片14的两个相反的大的面143中的一个。
该往复式锯机还设有用于横向力补偿的装置,它可避免往复锯片14在直线切割或以恒定半径的切割时跑偏。该用于横向力补偿的装置包括两个力探测器19,一个调节器20及一个执行机构21。力探测器19,调节器20及执行机构21组成一个闭合的调节回路,如图3中所示。例如被构成压电元件的力探测器19被组合在导向机构17的各一个导向块18中及测量在往复锯片14上出现的、横向于往复方向地作用在锯片14上的横向力。两个力探测器19的输出信号输送给调节器20,该调节器在执行机构21上施加一个与力探测器信号相关的调节量,该执行机构本身则使往复锯片14进行这样的最小程度的扭转,以导致对当前作用在往复锯片14上的横向力进行补偿。执行机构21例如是一个压电式调节元件,在这里所示的实施例中该调节元件作用在刀具夹上或作用在往复杆12上及引起刀具接收器或往复杆12的一最小程度的扭转。为此往复杆12可在一定范围内转动地构成或仅利用往复杆12的一个现有的转动间隙。在刚性的往复杆12的情况下,该执行机构的力也可直接导入到往复锯片14上,例如通过导向块18或其它的侧面的导向辊来导入,这时这些导向块或侧面的导向辊可直线地移动或转动。变换地,也可在往复杆12上或在其下部的支承装置22上通过力探测器19或通过确定的支承装置变形来测量横向力。

Claims (10)

1.具有进行往复运动的动力刀具的手持式工具机,其特征在于:对该动力刀具配置了至少一个力探测器(19),该力探测器测量一在该动力刀具上出现的并横向于该动力刀具运动方向的横向力的大小,设置了至少一个根据该被测得的横向力的大小来作用在该动力刀具上并用于横向力补偿的执行机构(21)。
2.根据权利要求1的手持式工具机,其特征在于:所述动力刀具被夹紧在一可被驱动的刀具夹(13)中,所述至少一个力探测器(19)与所述刀具夹(13)隔开距离地与所述动力刀具相比被固定地设置。
3.根据权利要求1或2的手持式工具机,其特征在于:在所述动力刀具的相反的侧上各设有一力探测器(19),这两个力探测器(19)彼此相对地紧邻所述动力刀具地位于该动力刀具旁。
4.根据权利要求3的手持式工具机,其特征在于:所述动力刀具在与所述动力刀具相比为固定的、彼此相对地位于所述动力刀具旁的导向块(18)之间在侧面上被导向,在每个导向块(18)中组合一力探测器(19)。
5.根据权利要求1或2的手持式工具机,其特征在于:所述至少一个执行机构(21)被构造用于引起所述动力刀具绕其纵向轴线的一至少很小的扭转。
6.根据权利要求5的手持式工具机,其特征在于:所述执行机构(21)作用在所述刀具夹(13)上或作用在一个在端侧承载所述刀具夹(13)的往复杆(12)上。
7.根据权利要求1或2的手持式工具机,其特征在于:力探测器(19)与执行机构(21)设置在一调节回路中。
8.根据权利要求1或2的手持式工具机,其特征在于:所述力探测器(19)具有一压电元件。
9.根据权利要求1或2的手持式工具机,其特征在于:所述执行机构(21)是一压电式调节元件。
10.根据权利要求1或2的手持式工具机,其特征在于:所述手持式工具机是具有往复锯片(14)的往复式锯机。
