本发明涉及一种高速齿轮箱专用通气帽，特征是：采用底座与外套及上盖座依次焊接成一体，上盖通过螺栓紧固在上盖座上，透气帽焊接在上盖顶部；外套内腔中央装有气油分离器，并通过螺柱和螺母压紧在底座上，气油分离器和底座的接触面上安装有O形密封圈；底座的下方中央安装有回油管。所述外套与汽油分离器之间有一圆柱形空腔，圆柱形空腔与回油管接通。本发明既有一般透气帽的透气排热的功能，又能有效阻止夹杂在气流中的油雾排入大气，由于高温气流直接排入大气而不经过油箱，所以它不会引起油箱内油温和油品含气率的额外升高，确保了润滑油的各项性能指标，排除了已有技术中的潜在危险。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高速齿轮箱专用通气帽，具体地说是专用于高速齿轮箱上具有透气、排热、阻油作用的机械装置，属于机械结构技术领域。
背景技术
在已有技术中，高速齿轮箱的齿轮及可倾瓦轴承处一般采用压力油强制喷射的润滑方式，由于转速很高(高速轴可达2～3万转/分)，齿轮箱内的温度很高且气压不均，若使用一般的透气帽会使齿轮箱内的油雾夹杂在气流中排出箱外，造成环境污染。目前大多制造商为了平衡齿轮箱气压，将齿轮箱与油箱一端接通，而在油箱另一端装透气帽。这样的方法看似油雾很少排出，其实际上使油箱的油温升高了，且使齿轮箱的气流很容易掺杂在油箱的润滑油中，降低了油品的性能，对齿轮和可倾瓦轴承造成了潜在的威胁；同时，要使油温维持在设定的温度内，必须增大油冷却装置的容量和功率，提高成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处，从而提供一种高速齿轮箱专用通气帽，它不光具有透气、排热的功效，还能有效阻止油雾的外溢，实现空气和油雾的分离。
按照本发明提供的技术方案，高速齿轮箱专用通气帽包括透气帽，特征是：底座与外套及上盖座依次焊接成一体，上盖通过螺栓紧固在上盖座上，透气帽焊接在上盖顶部；外套内腔中央装有气油分离器，并通过螺柱和螺母压紧在底座上，气油分离器和底座的接触面上安装有O形密封圈；底座的下方中央安装有回油管。所述外套与汽油分离器之间有一圆柱形空腔，此圆柱形空腔向上通过透气帽与大气接通，向下与回油管接通；底座内腔与气油分离器的内腔相通。
本发明与已有技术相比具有以下优点：
本发明既有一般透气帽的透气排热的功能，又能有效阻止夹杂在气流中的油雾排入大气，由于高温气流直接排入大气而不经过油箱，所以它不会引起油箱内油温和油品含气率的额外升高，确保了润滑油的各项性能指标，排除了已有技术中的潜在危险。

具体实施方式
下面本发明将结合附图中的实施例作进一步描述：
如图1所示：本发明包括底座1、外套2、上盖座3、上盖4、螺栓5、透气帽6、气油分离器7、螺母8、螺柱9、O形密封圈10、回油管11等。
本发明采用底座1与外套2及上盖座3依次焊接成一体，上盖4通过螺栓5紧固在上盖座3上，透气帽6焊接在上盖4顶部；外套2内腔中央装有气油分离器7，并通过螺柱9和螺母8压紧在底座1上，气油分离器7和底座1的接触面上安装有O形密封圈10；底座1的下方中央安装有回油管11。所述外套2与汽油分离器7之间有一圆柱形空腔12，此圆柱形空腔12向上通过透气帽6与大气接通，向下与回油管11接通；底座1内腔与气油分离器7的内腔是相通的。
本发明的工作原理及过程如下：
如图1所示，本发明通过紧固件垂直紧固在高速齿轮箱顶部的凸台平面上，回油管11穿过齿轮箱接入油箱。在使用工况下，齿轮箱中的夹有油雾的高温气流沿图示箭头A方向经过底座1的内腔进入与其相通的气油分离器7的内腔中，由于气油分离器7中的过滤网的阻油透气作用，使油分子不能通过过滤网而只能回入齿轮箱内，空气流则能顺利通过过滤网而进入气油分离器外壁与外套2内壁形成的圆柱形内腔12内，再流经与其贯通的透气帽6内腔沿箭头B方向排入大气中(透气帽6上有若干个接通大气的通孔)，从而实现透气排热及阻油的目的。在整个过程中，由于分子的运动惯性和齿轮箱内的气流压力，会使很少一部分油分子吸附在过滤网上甚至渗透过滤网进入空腔12内，经过渗透的分子运动能量显著减小，油分子很难随空气排入大气中，此时的油分子通常都会吸附在空腔12的内外壁上，等吸附的油分子积聚到一定程度时，由于重力的作用，会滴入空腔底部并沿箭头C的方向流入回油管11内，继而进入油箱内(回油管11与油箱接通)。由于回入油箱的“渗透油”极少，在油品使用周期内，不会影响油品的性能指标。
本发明已在高速离心风机的增速齿轮箱上使用，从实际使用情况来看，其透气、排热、阻油的功效稳定可靠，完全符合环境要求。

Claims (4)

1.一种高速齿轮箱专用通气帽，包括透气帽(6)，其特征是：底座(1)与外套(2)及上盖座(3)依次焊接成一体，上盖(4)通过螺栓(5)紧固在上盖座(3)上，透气帽(6)焊接在上盖(4)顶部；所述外套(2)内腔装有气油分离器(7)，并通过螺柱(9)和螺母(8)压紧在底座(1)上，所述气油分离器(7)和底座(1)的接触面上安装有O形密封圈(10)；所述底座(1)的下方安装回油管(11)，所述外套(2)与气油分离器(7)之间有一圆柱形空腔(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高速齿轮箱专用通气帽，其特征在于所述的圆柱形空腔(12)与回油管(11)接通。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高速齿轮箱专用通气帽，其特征在于所述的底座(1)内腔与气油分离器(7)内腔相通。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高速齿轮箱专用通气帽，其特征在于所述的透气帽(6)上开有若干个通孔。
