本发明涉及石油化工产品净化处理设备技术领域,具体涉及一种用于有机物碱洗净化的设备。本发明要解决现有技术存在的脱酸效率不高、碱液利用率低和能耗高的问题,现采用的解决方案是提供一种用于有机物碱洗净化的设备,由依次密封叠放的、厚度为0.1~1.0毫米、长方形的九层薄板构成,所述的薄板包括上盖板、上密封板、碱分布板、碱分散板、反应板、原料分散板、原料分布板、下密封板和下盖板;与现有设备和技术相比,本发明的优点在于:1)有机物碱洗净化效率高;2)设备体积较小,空间利用率高;3)碱液利用率高,废水处理量少;4)操作能耗低;5)设备结构简单;6)设备为组合式结构。

用于有机物碱洗净化的设备
技术领域
本发明涉及石油化工产品净化处理设备技术领域,具体涉及一种用于有机物碱洗净化的设备。
背景技术
在石油化工生产中,经常需要对原料进行碱洗以脱除其中含有的少量有机酸杂质。如在石油的加工和生产中,环烷酸的存在会造成设备腐蚀、成品油稳定性降低等一系列问题,因此在加工过程中必须对原油和成品油进行脱酸精制。又如在硝酸异辛酯的生产过程中,由于醇的过度氧化,使得粗产品中含有少量的有机酸杂质,而该杂质的存在会给产品的质量和稳定性造成比较严重的影响,因此在后处理的过程中必须予以精制脱除。
目前工业上主要采用搅拌釜和静态混合器进行碱洗净化。在CN1869000A中介绍了一种有机物碱洗工艺,该工艺采用搅拌釜作为洗涤设备,搅拌釜主要由圆柱形的外壳和其内的电动搅拌桨组合而成。该设备的不足之处在于:1)混合及两相传质效果差,因此脱酸效率不高、碱液利用率低;2)需要强力搅拌,操作能耗高,生产成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种用于有机物碱洗净化的设备,以解决现有技术存在的脱酸效率不高、碱液利用率低和能耗高的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术解决方案是提供一种用于有机物碱洗净化的设备,其特殊之处在于:由依次密封叠放的、厚度为0.1~1.0毫米、长方形的九层薄板构成,所述的薄板包括上盖板、上密封板、碱分布板、碱分散板、反应板、原料分散板、原料分布板、下密封板和下盖板;
所述上盖板上穿设有相互密封隔绝的碱液进孔、原料进孔和产物出孔,碱液进孔和原料进孔位于同一侧;
所述上密封板上对应于碱液进孔、原料进孔和产物出孔穿设有碱液孔、原料孔和产物孔;
所述碱分布板上开有与碱液孔对应连通的三角形的碱液分布槽,且碱液分布槽的其中一个直边与长方形的短边平行,还设置有与上盖板上原料进孔和产物出孔位置对应的原料孔和产物孔;
所述碱分散板上设置有对应与碱分布板上碱液分布槽连通的碱液槽状通道,还设置有与上盖板上碱液进孔、原料进孔和产物出孔位置对应的碱液孔、原料孔和产物孔;
所述化学反应板上设置有多条等长槽状的混合反应通道,并开有三角形的收集槽;混合反应通道平行于长方形长边设置,一侧的端部均与碱分散板上的碱液槽状通道连通,另一端与收集槽相接通;反应板上还设置有与上盖板上碱液进孔和原料进孔位置对应的碱液孔和原料孔;
所述原料分散板上设置有位置与碱分散板上的碱液槽状通道对应的原料槽状通道,还设置有与上盖板上碱液进孔和原料进孔位置对应的碱液孔和原料孔;
所述原料分布板上开有与原料孔对应连通的三角形的原料分布槽,且原料分布槽中的一个直边与长方形的短边平行且与原料分散板上的原料槽状通道连通;原料分布板上还设置有与上盖板上碱液进孔位置对应的碱液孔;
所述下密封板上对应于上盖板上的碱液进孔和原料进孔设有碱液孔和原料孔。
上述原料分散板、原料分布板和下密封板上均设置有与上盖板上产物出孔位置对应的测量孔。若需测量液体温度,则可以将热电偶从测量孔中插入。
上述薄板的材质为不锈钢、聚四氟乙烯或有机玻璃。
上述薄板间可通过粘结、焊接及螺栓等方法进行密封连接。
本发明是一种微型高效的油水两相混合反应设备,其设计特点是将九片薄板中的八块分别加工成形状各异的镂空结构,叠加组合后形成各种不同功能的腔体和通道。与现有设备和技术相比,本发明的优点在于:1)有机物碱洗净化效率高,停留时间短;2)设备体积较小,空间利用率高;3)碱液利用率高,废水处理量少;4)设备压降低且无搅拌部件,操作能耗低;5)设备结构简单,易实现并进行放大;6)设备为组合式结构,易于拆卸清洗。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明予以进一步说明。
参见图1,一种用于有机物碱洗净化的设备,由依次密封叠放的、厚度为0.1~1.0毫米、长方形的、不锈钢材质制成的九层薄板构成,所述的薄板包括上盖板20、上密封板21、碱分布板22、碱分散板23、反应板24、原料分散板25、原料分布板26、下密封板27和下盖板28,所述薄板间通过粘结进行密封连接。
所述上盖板20上穿设有相互密封隔绝的碱液进孔1、原料进孔2和产物出孔3,碱液进孔1和原料进孔2位于同一侧;
所述上密封板21上对应于碱液进孔1、原料进孔2和产物出孔3穿设有碱液孔4、原料孔5和产物孔6;
所述碱分布板22上开有与碱液孔4对应连通的三角形的碱液分布槽7,且碱液分布槽7的其中一个直边与长方形的短边平行,还设置有与上盖板20上原料进孔2和产物出孔3位置对应的原料孔5和产物孔6;
所述碱分散板23上设置有对应与碱分布板22上碱液分布槽7连通的碱液槽状通道8,还设置有与上盖板20上碱液进孔1、原料进孔2和产物出孔3位置对应的碱液孔4、原料孔5和产物孔6;
所述化学反应板24上设置有多条等长槽状的混合反应通道10,并开有三角形的收集槽13;混合反应通道10平行于长方形长边设置,一侧的端部均与碱分散板23上的碱液槽状通道8连通,另一端与收集槽13相接通;反应板24上还设置有与上盖板20上碱液进孔1和原料进孔2位置对应的碱液孔4和原料孔5;

所述下密封板27上对应于上盖板20上的碱液进孔1和原料进孔2设有碱液孔4和原料孔5。
若需测量液体温度,则在原料分散板25、原料分布板26和下密封板27上设置与上盖板20上产物出孔3位置对应的测量孔9,热电偶从测量孔9中插入即可进行测量。
本设备的工作原理是:
(1)碱液自上盖板20上的碱液进孔1进入到上密封板21上的碱液孔4中,然后进入碱液分布板22上的分布槽7内延展分布,分布后的碱液经过碱分散板23上的碱液槽状通道8后分散成直径为几十到几百微米的碱液滴,碱液滴分散进入到化学反应板24上的多条混合反应通道10中。
(2)原料液自上盖板20上的原料进孔2进入,经密封板21,碱液分布板22,碱分散板23,化学反应板24,原料分散板25上的原料进孔2进入到原料液分布板26上的原料分布槽12内延展分布,分布后的原料液经过原料分散板25上的狭长通道11后分散成直径为几十到几百微米的原料液滴,原料液滴分散进入到化学反应板24上的多条混合反应通道10中。
(3)上述(1)和(2)的过程同时进行,然后在多条混合反应通道10中,原料液滴与碱液滴进行反应,混合后的反应液流入化学反应板24上的收集槽13中,然后依次进入碱分散板23,碱液分布板22,密封板21上三个产物孔6形成的产品流出通道,最终自上盖板20上的产品出口6流出。
具体的实施例:
实施例1:按上述方案设计制造的有机物碱洗净化的设备,其体积为10×10×10cm3。以酸值为0.2mgKOH/g的硝酸异辛酯为待处理有机物,浓度为20%的烧碱溶液为碱液体系,碱液和有机物的体积流量比为10∶1,反应停留时间0.4s,静置分层,水洗至中性,测得成品酸值0.02mgKOH/g。
实施例2:按上述方案设计制造的有机物碱洗净化的设备,其体积为10×15×10cm3。以酸值为2mgKOH/g的柴油为待处理有机物,浓度为10%的纯碱溶液为碱液体系,碱液和有机物的体积流量比为30∶1,反应停留时间1s,静置分层,水洗至中性,测得成品酸值0.15mgKOH/g。

1.一种用于有机物碱洗净化的设备,其特征在于:由依次密封叠放的、厚度为0.1~1.0毫米、长方形的九层薄板构成,所述的薄板包括上盖板(20)、上密封板(21)、碱分布板(22)、碱分散板(23)、化学反应板(24)、原料分散板(25)、原料分布板(26)、下密封板(27)和下盖板(28);
所述上盖板(20)上穿设有相互密封隔绝的碱液进孔(1)、原料进孔(2)和产物出孔(3),碱液进孔(1)和原料进孔(2)位于同一侧;
所述上密封板(21)上对应于碱液进孔(1)、原料进孔(2)和产物出孔(3)穿设有碱液孔(4)、原料孔(5)和产物孔(6);
所述碱分布板(22)上开有与碱液孔(4)对应连通的三角形的碱液分布槽(7),且碱液分布槽(7)的其中一个直边与长方形的短边平行,还设置有与上盖板(20)上原料进孔(2)和产物出孔(3)位置对应的原料孔(5)和产物孔(6);
所述碱分散板(23)上设置有对应与碱分布板(22)上碱液分布槽(7)连通的碱液槽状通道(8),还设置有与上盖板(20)上碱液进孔(1)、原料进孔(2)和产物出孔(3)位置对应的碱液孔(4)、原料孔(5)和产物孔(6);
所述化学反应板(24)上设置有多条等长槽状的混合反应通道(10),并开有三角形的收集槽(13);混合反应通道(10)平行于长方形长边设置,一侧的端部均与碱分散板(23)上的碱液槽状通道(8)连通,另一端与收集槽(13)相接通;化学反应板(24)上还设置有与上盖板(20)上碱液进孔(1)和原料进孔(2)位置对应的碱液孔(4)和原料孔(5);
所述原料分散板(25)上设置有位置与碱分散板(23)上的碱液槽状通道8对应的原料槽状通道(11),还设置有与上盖板(20)上碱液进孔(1)和原料进孔(2)位置对应的碱液孔(4)和原料孔(5);
所述原料分布板(26)上开有与原料孔(5)对应连通的三角形的原料分布槽(12),且原料分布槽(12)中的一个直边与长方形的短边平行且与原料分散板(25)上的原料槽状通道(11)连通;原料分布板(26)上还设置有与上盖板(20)上碱液进孔(1)位置对应的碱液孔(4);
所述下密封板(27)上对应于上盖板(20)上的碱液进孔(1)和原料进孔(2)设有碱液孔(4)和原料孔(5)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种用于有机物碱洗净化的设备,其特征在于:所述原料分散板(25)、原料分布板(26)和下密封板(27)上均设置有与上盖板(20)上产物出孔(3)位置对应的测量孔(9)。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种用于有机物碱洗净化的设备,其特征在于:所述薄板的材质为不锈钢、聚四氟乙烯或有机玻璃。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种用于有机物碱洗净化的设备,其特征在于:所述薄板间可通过粘结、焊接及螺栓进行密封连接。
