本发明是将微波加热技术运用到真空炉上,以求达到更好的加热效果及加热速度。传统的真空炉主要是依靠对流或接触型加热,如中频电源加热,石墨加热等。石墨加热污染大,加热效率低,且容易出现加热管碎裂等情况,无形中提高了成本,中频电源加热的时间也比较长,受热虽然比石墨加热均匀,可是还有很多不足,成本也比较高。本发明是根据上述问题及微波加热独特的优势,将真空加热炉加热室改装成微波加热室,这样有效的提高了加热的速度,并且受热均匀。

微波热能堪称智能型热能,因为和传统的对流或接触型加热方式相比,它具有明显的优势。就像一台大型的微波炉,受热由内而外,非常均匀。

背景技术:
传统的真空炉主要是依靠对流或接触型加热,如中频电源加热,石墨加热等。石墨加热污染大,加热效率低,且容易出现加热管碎裂等情况,无形中提高了成本,中频电源加热的时间也比较长,受热虽然比石墨加热均匀,可是还有很多不足,成本也比较高。
发明内容:
微波热能堪称智能型热能,因为和传统的对流或接触型加热方式相比,它具有明显的优势。就像一台大型的微波炉,受热由内而外,非常均匀。本发明是根据上述问题及微波加热独特的优势,将真空加热炉加热室改装成微波加热室,这样有效的提高了加热的速度,并且受热均匀。
具体实施方法:
将原由真空炉的加热室变形,设计成雷同真空炉原理的内加热室。在真空加热室炉体内部,采用耐高温的航空材料制造一个超微波加热室,内有超微波发射器,加热时可由PLC程序控制微波度的大小,根据工件工艺的要求准备的设定温度。由于微波加热由内而外的扩散,可大大减少原来加热需要的时间,且受热均匀。
