Abstract
本发明公开了一种可防止粉末颗粒到处飞扬的密炼机投料口的结构改良,包括:混炼室,在混炼室的侧上方设置有投料口,在投料口的顶壁上设置有向下喷射的喷嘴。由于在投料口的顶壁上设置了向下喷射的喷嘴,粉末颗粒类物料在经过投料口时被湿润,从而有效地防止了粉末颗粒到处飞扬,既使得工作环境更加洁净,又避免了资源浪费。

技术领域
本发明涉及到密炼机,尤其涉及到密炼机投料口的结构改良。
背景技术
目前的密炼机,其投料口处没有安装可防止粉末颗粒类物料到处飞扬的辅助设施。使得在将粉末状的橡胶原料从投料口投入混炼室时,粉末颗粒就会到处飞扬。长期处在弥漫着粉末颗粒的环境中工作,将会严重影响到操作工人的健康;而且,到处飞扬的粉末状的橡胶原料还造成了资源浪费。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种可防止粉末颗粒到处飞扬的密炼机投料口的结构改良。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:密炼机投料口的结构改良,包括:混炼室,在混炼室的侧上方设置有投料口,在投料口的顶壁上设置有向下喷射的喷嘴。
本发明的有益效果是:由于在投料口的顶壁上设置了向下喷射的喷嘴,粉末颗粒类物料在经过投料口时被湿润,从而有效地防止了粉末颗粒到处飞扬,既使得工作环境更加洁净,又避免了资源浪费。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,详细描述本发明的具体实施方案。
如图1所示,本发明所述的密炼机投料口的结构改良,包括:混炼室4,在混炼室4的侧上方设置有投料口8,在投料口8的顶壁上设置有向下喷射的喷嘴7。
使用时,气缸1通过其活塞杆2将重锺体3向上提,将混炼室4的进料口露出,然后,通过输送带6运输至投料口8处的粉末状的橡胶原料经过投料口8投入到混炼室4中,加料完毕,气缸1通过其活塞杆2将重锺体3向下推,在此过程中,喷嘴7喷出液体对飞扬的粉末进行湿润,从而既使得工作环境更加洁净,又避免了资源浪费;在重锺体3盖住混炼室4的进料口后,通过一对转子5对橡胶原料进行混炼。
