叶黄素是一种含氧的类胡萝卜素,泛存在于香蕉、猕猴桃、玉米和万寿菊中,具有多种生理功能,抗氧化、消除自由基、抗癌、减少心血管病的发病率和视觉保护等,尤其是在预防老年性白内障和老年黄斑变性等方面,受到广泛的关注.但叶黄素易在自然条件下发生氧化,使其应用受到一定的限制,本方法有效地解决了这一问题。

一种从叶黄素浸膏中制备叶黄素酯的方法,其工艺步骤为:①将一定量的一定含量的叶黄素浸膏装入一具有搅拌和加温功能的罐中,②再向罐中加入一定量的一定含量的酒精,③搅拌均匀,④加热到一定温度,再保温一定时间,⑤将保温后的叶黄素浸膏和酒精混合物用离心机分离后得含水叶黄素酯,⑥在常温下干燥一定时间后得叶黄素酯成品。

本发明所述的叶黄素浸膏的含量为13%,一次生产加入量为10kg。
本发明所述的酒精的含量为95%,叶黄素浸膏与酒精的质量比为1∶3。
本发明所述的加热温度为45℃,保温时间为两小时。
本发明所述的常温干燥时间为24小时。
本发明的有益效果是:
生产的产品易吸收、祛除了人体不可吸收的杂质、从原料到成品出素率为65%。
