Abstract

陶粒砼轻质隔墙板及其制备方法,其特点是:其组成成分为陶粒、水泥、矿渣、减水剂;其成分比例为(重量计)陶粒58-75%、水泥13-21%、矿渣10-21%、减水剂0.5-1.7%。它解决了目前在建筑中广泛使用的植物纤维强化板、加汽水泥板、炉渣粉煤灰板、粉煤灰石子水泥板、石膏板等隔墙板存在的吸水率高,易老化,易开裂,寿命短,遇冷遇热易变形,不可以钉、钻及横、纵向穿线,整体结构强度低,抗冲击、抗弯折荷载低等问题,适应于在建筑中作非承重隔墙板使用。

陶粒砼轻质隔墙板及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及建材领域,具体的说是一种以陶粒作为骨料,以矿渣为辅料的混凝土轻质隔墙板。
背景技术
目前,在建筑中广泛使用的非承重隔墙板主要有植物纤维强化板、加汽水泥板、炉渣粉煤灰板、粉煤灰石子水泥板、石膏板等。植物纤维强化板是化学原料及配料做成的,易老化、易开裂、寿命短,遇冷、遇热容易变形,与混凝土建筑连接1-3年自然分离;加汽水泥板吸水率高,粘贴瓷砖石材易开裂脱落,且不可以钉、钻及横、纵向穿线;炉渣粉煤灰板、粉煤灰石子水泥板吸水率高,易开裂,整体结构强度低,抗冲击、抗弯折荷载低;石膏板吸水率强,与水接触会导致石膏分解,厨房、卫生间等场所不能使用,也不能粘贴瓷砖、石材等,应用范围受到很大限制。
发明内容
本发明为解决目前建筑中使用的非承重隔墙板存在的吸水率高,易开裂,易变形,寿命短,抗冲击、抗弯荷载低,应用范围窄等问题,发明一种以陶粒为骨料,矿渣为辅料的陶粒砼轻质隔墙板及其制备方法。
本发明为解决上述技术问题,所采取的技术方案是,一种陶粒砼轻质隔墙板及其制备方法,其特殊之处包括:
1、组成成分为:陶粒、水泥、矿渣、减水剂。
2、成分比例为(重量计):陶粒58-75%、水泥13-21%、矿渣10-21%、减水剂0.5-1.7%。
3、工艺过程为:
(1)选料:按比例称取上述4种配料;
(2)搅拌:将按比例称取的配料置于搅拌机中加水搅拌2-3分钟;
(3)制作:在模具底部放置钢丝网片,把搅拌好的混凝土投进模具,用平板振动器振动整理,把混凝土的水泥浆振动出来,然后在模具的上面放置钢丝网片,继续用平板振动器振动,整理平整;
(4)脱模:根据环境温度和脱模操作规程,掌握合适脱模时间,进行脱模。
本发明的技术效果是,采用上述的技术方案,可以实现一种以陶粒为骨料、矿渣为辅料的陶粒砼轻质隔墙板,它具有隔音、保温、轻质、环保、吸水率低、抗老化、寿命长、抗冲击、抗弯荷载大等优点,在零下30度、零上30度内不变形,与水泥梁、柱、墙连接不变形、粘贴瓷砖、石材不开裂,可直接在墙板体上钉、钻、贴、开孔,板内可横纵向穿线,墙体外层可喷刷、刮各种涂料。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,按每平方米核算投料60Kg计算,对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1:
(1)选料:按比例称取陶粒35kg、水泥12kg、矿渣12kg、减水剂1kg;
(2)搅拌:将按比例称取的配料置于搅拌机中加水搅拌2-3分钟;
(3)制作:在模具底部放置钢丝网片,把搅拌好的混凝土投进模具,用平板振动器振动整理,把混凝土的水泥浆振动出来,然后在模具的上面放置钢丝网片,继续用平板振动器振动,整理平整;
(4)脱模:根据环境温度、施工选用的水泥规格和脱模操作规程,掌握合适脱模时间进行脱模。在0-15度,施工选用铝酸盐快硬水泥,脱模时间2-3小时;在15-20度,施工选用优质早强水泥,脱模时间3-4小时;在20度以上,施工选用优质水泥,脱模时间4-5小时。
实施例2:

(2)搅拌:将按比例称取的配料置于搅拌机中加水搅拌2-3分钟;
(3)制作:在模具底部放置钢丝网片,把搅拌好的混凝土投进模具,用平板振动器振动整理,把混凝土的水泥浆振动出来,然后在模具的上面放置钢丝网片,继续用平板振动器振动,整理平整;
(4)脱模:根据环境温度、施工选用的水泥规格和脱模操作规程,掌握合适脱模时间进行脱模。在0-15度,施工选用铝酸盐快硬水泥,脱模时间2-3小时;在15-20度,施工选用优质早强水泥,脱模时间3-4小时;在20度以上,施工选用优质水泥,脱模时间4-5小时。

(3)制作:在模具底部放置钢丝网片,把搅拌好的混凝土投进模具,用平板振动器振动整理,把混凝土的水泥浆振动出来,然后在模具的上面放置钢丝网片,继续用平板振动器振动,整理平整;
(4)脱模:根据环境温度、施工选用的水泥规格和脱模操作规程,掌握合适脱模时间进行脱模。在0-15度,施工选用铝酸盐快硬水泥,脱模时间2-3小时;在15-20度,施工选用优质早强水泥,脱模时间3-4小时;在20度以上,施工选用优质水泥,脱模时间4-5小时。
以上过程可以实现一种陶粒砼轻质隔墙板。由于陶粒和水泥一样是用上千度的高温烧制而成的不变形,矿渣是在炼铁过程中高温形成的,质硬、不变形,在制作中加上作为增强材料的钢丝网片,起到砼的受力筋作用,该陶粒砼轻质隔墙板抗冲击、抗弯荷载大,吸水率与混凝土吸水率相同,遇冷遇热不变形,与水泥梁、柱、墙连接不变形、粘贴瓷砖、石材不开裂,可直接在墙板体上钉、钻、贴、开孔,板内可横纵向穿线,墙体外层可喷刷、刮各种涂料。
