Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于机动车的燃油输送单元(2)的预滤器(3),该预滤器具有由支承边棱(12)张紧的滤网(11)。支承边棱(12)与用于连接到燃油输送单元(2)上的连接管(5)并且与横连接杆(13)以及支承筋条(14)一体制成。由此,预滤器(3)由特别少的需要安装的部件组成并可以特别价廉地制造。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于机动车的燃油输送单元的预滤器,该预滤器具有:滤网;用于连接到燃油泵上的连接管;和用于支撑滤网的支承件。
背景技术
这种预滤器在现代的机动车中经常用于过滤各种燃油,如柴油或者汽油,并且由实践是已知的。为了制造已知的用于过滤汽油的预滤器,由塑料织物中冲裁出与制成的预滤器的展开形状相适应的织物裁剪料(Gewebezuschnitt)。将这种织物裁剪料装入到塑料-喷射注塑模中。在喷射注塑模中,通常是多个支承件和连接管被喷射注塑到织物裁剪料上。为了能够将织物裁剪料固定在喷射注塑模中,还在织物裁剪料上设置有接片和凸出部。在喷射注塑过程之后,将织物裁剪料折叠向预滤器并且将边棱彼此焊上并加以修剪。
在设计用于柴油-燃油的过滤器中,通常从用于上部和下部的金属线网中拉深成形出各一个织物裁剪料。随后将该织物裁剪料单独放入喷射注塑模中并且对连接管和支承件进行喷射注塑。最后,将两个织物裁剪料以其边棱彼此重叠地放置并借助于框架来密封。
在这种已知的预滤器中不利之处在于,该预滤器的制造费用非常高并需要大量的加工步骤。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,对开头所述类型的预滤器这样来设计,从而使其可以特别简单地制成并具有高稳定性。
该目的根据本发明由此实现,即支承件与连接管一体制成。
通过这种设计方案可以在支承件的相应的模塑成型中,在制成支承件和连接管之后固定住滤网。由此不再需要将滤网压力注塑包封到具有支承件和连接管的喷射注塑模中。由连接管和支承件一体制成的部件可以可选地与塑料织网连接以用于汽油燃油或者与金属线网连接以用于柴油燃油。因此,根据本发明的预滤器在最简单的情况下具有两个部件并因此可以特别简单地安装。加工步骤的数量还可以保持特别少。
根据本发明的一个有利的改进方案,如果支承件具有支承边棱,以及如果支承边棱的端面中的至少一个固定在滤网上,那么用于收集燃油的腔室就可以简单地制成。此外,支承边棱具有简单的形状以用于固定住滤网。
如果在支承边棱的两个端面上分别密封地固定有一个滤网的部段,那么根据本发明的预滤器就具有特别大的滤网表面。
根据本发明的另一个有利的改进方案,如果滤网由支承边棱张紧,那么就可以简单地避免彼此相对的滤网的相互接近。此外根据本发明的预滤器由此具有特别高的自身稳定性。
支承边棱例如可以设计为U形。然而如果支承边棱设计为封闭的框架,那么就有助于进一步提高根据本发明的预滤器的稳定性。
根据本发明的另一个有利的改进方案,如果连接管通过连接杆与支承边棱连接,那么将连接管与支承边棱一体制成在结构上就设计得特别简单。
根据本发明的另一个有利的改进方案,如果支承边棱在其背向连接管的侧面上具有横连接杆用于支撑滤网,那么就有助于进一步提高根据本发明的预滤器的稳定性。
如果横连接杆相对于连接管偏移地布置,那么支承边棱就可以与连接管和横连接杆在轴向可脱模的工具模中制成。工具模的轴向可脱模性能可以实现将一个唯一的工具模用于整个预滤器。这种设计方案有助于实现根据本发明的预滤器的特别少的制造费用。
根据本发明的另一个有利的改进方案,如果连接管具有支承筋条用于支撑滤网,以及如果将支承筋条一直通至支承边棱的相对设置的端面的高度,那么就有助于进一步提高根据本发明的预滤器的稳定性。
如果连接管具有凸缘用于与滤网密封地连接,那么就有助于进一步简化根据本发明的预滤器的结构。
如果支承件由塑料以喷射注塑方法制成,那么就有助于进一步降低根据本发明的预滤器的制造费用。该设计方案的另一个优点在于,在制成支承件之后可以由此特别简单地以焊接方法将由塑料制成的滤网固定在支承件上。在焊接的情况下还可以将滤网在支承件上加以密封。由金属制成的滤网可以在支承件的连接点熔接后同样简单地材料配合地和密封地固定。

具体实施方式
图1示出了布置在机动车的储存容器4的底部1上的燃油输送单元2,该单元具有预滤器3。预滤器3靠近地布置在储存容器4的底部1上并通过连接管5与燃油输送单元2连接。储存容器4可以是指机动车的燃油箱。燃油输送单元2具有电动驱动的燃油泵6,燃油通过该燃油泵从储存容器4的底部1经过预滤器3被抽吸并输送到馈送管7中,该馈送管通至未示出的内燃机。
预滤器3在图2中放大示出。在此可以看到,预滤器3具有滤网11的两个布置在支承件8上的平坦的部段9、10。支承件8具有支承边棱12,在其端面上固定了滤网11的部段9、10。支承边棱12还张紧了滤网11的部段9、10。为了实现进一步的支承而将支承边棱12与横连接杆13一体制成。横连接杆13相对于连接管5偏移地布置。连接管5还与支承筋条14一体制成。支承筋条14延伸至滤网11的远离于连接管5布置的部段10。连接管5具有凸缘15,连接管利用该凸缘与滤网11的部段9密封地连接。
图3在沿着线III-III穿过图2所示的预滤器3的截面图中示出了:连接管5通过连接杆16与支承边棱12连接。支承边棱12设计为封闭的框架。为了加以说明,图4在沿着图2中的线IV-IV的截面图中示出了预滤器3。在此可以清楚地看出连接杆16与连接管5和横连接杆13的偏移的布置。
Claims (11)
1.一种用于机动车的燃油输送单元的预滤器,所述预滤器具有:
滤网;用于连接到燃油泵上的连接管;和用于支撑所述滤网的支承件,其特征在于,所述支承件(8)与所述连接管(5)一体制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的预滤器,其特征在于,所述支承件(8)具有支承边棱(12);以及所述支承边棱(12)的端面中的至少一个固定在所述滤网(11)上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的预滤器,其特征在于,在所述支承边棱(12)的两个端面上分别密封地固定有一个所述滤网(11)的部段(9、10)。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的预滤器,其特征在于,所述滤网(11)由所述支承边棱(12)张紧。
5.根据权利要求2至4中任一项所述的预滤器,其特征在于,所述支承边棱(12)设计为封闭的框架。
6.根据权利要求2至5中任一项所述的预滤器,其特征在于,所述连接管(5)通过连接杆(16)与所述支承边棱(12)连接。
7.根据权利要求2至6中任一项所述的预滤器,其特征在于,所述支承边棱(12)在所述支承边棱的背向所述连接管(5)的侧面上具有横连接杆(13)用于支撑所述滤网(11)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的预滤器,其特征在于,所述横连接杆(13)相对于所述连接管(5)偏移地布置。
9.根据权利要求2至8中任一项所述的预滤器,其特征在于,所述连接管(5)具有支承筋条(14)用于支撑所述滤网(11);
以及将所述支承筋条(14)一直通至所述支承边棱(12)的相对设置的端面的高度。
10.根据前述权利要求中至少一项所述的预滤器,其特征在于,所述连接管(5)具有凸缘(15)用于与所述滤网(11)密封地连接。
11.根据前述权利要求中至少一项所述的预滤器,其特征在于,所述支承件(8)由塑料以喷射注塑方法制成。
