Abstract

本发明涉及一种柜体框架三连通,包括本体和定位支柱,定位支柱上有供安装的螺纹孔,本体为一实体,本体两侧为三角形切角,本体顶部开有M12螺纹孔;定位支柱与十褶型材的内腔相配合,两个定位支柱成90度角,定位支柱上分别开有M6螺纹孔,M6螺纹孔与十褶型材的安装孔相配合;另外两个定位支柱与十五褶型材的内腔相配合,两个定位支柱相平行,定位支柱上分别开有M6螺纹孔,M6螺纹孔与十五褶型材的安装孔相配合。由于本发明本体上有与框架相对应的螺纹孔,用此三连通把两种柜体框架型材连接在一起,使框架焊接定位精确,加固了框架的强度使框架不易变形,减少了型材需要刻角的工序。焊接后柜体框架外形美观,便于柜体其他附件的安装。

柜体框架三连通
技术领域
本发明属于柜体框架组件领域。涉及一种柜体框架三连通,尤其适用于特定柜体框架的焊接组装。
背景技术
随着高、低压配电行业的发展,其在实用、安全等技术性能方面要求的提高,对机柜型材的性能要求也越来越高,进而对内部框架的形位和尺寸精度要求也越来越高,希望其性能精度得以完善。目前,用方块螺母,十褶型材刻角,拼装,十五褶型材组焊成形的框架,容易变形,定位差,安装尺寸不容易保证。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题在于,克服现有技术的不足,提供一种柜体框架三连通,采用四个定位支柱,保证了型材的位置精度,定位准确后将框架三连通和组成框架的型材焊接成一体,保证了框架的形位和尺寸精度。
本发明解决其技术问题是采取以下技术方案实现的:
依据本发明提供的一种柜体框架三连通,包括本体和定位支柱,定位支柱上有供安装的螺纹孔,所述的本体1为一实体,本体两侧为三角形切角2,本体顶部开有M12螺纹孔3,定位支柱4、5与十褶型材6的内腔相配合,定位支柱4与定位支柱5成90度角,定位支柱4、5上分别开有M6螺纹孔7,M6螺纹孔7与十褶型材6的安装孔相配合,定位支柱8、9与十五褶型材10的内腔相配合,定位支柱8与定位支柱9相平行,定位支柱8、9上分别开有M6螺纹孔11,M6螺纹孔11与十五褶型材的安装孔相配合,定位支柱4、5与定位支柱8、9互成90度角。
本发明与现有技术相比具有显著的优点和有益效果:
本发明采用一种与柜体框架型材材质一致的Q235B铸造而成,便于与柜体框架焊接,强度大,定位准,现场加工方便。它的本体上有与框架相对应的螺纹安装孔,用此三连通把两种柜体框架型材连接在一起,给型材精确定位,然后把柜体框架焊接成形,并用六方螺母将型材和三连通连接,顶部M12螺纹孔用于柜体吊环的安装。本发明使柜体框架焊接定位精确,加固了框架的强度使框架不易变形。另外节省了型材因做配合而需要刻角的工序。减少制作工序。焊接后柜体框架外形美观,并保证了柜体其他附件的安装。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图及较佳实施例,对依据本发明提供的具体实施方式、结构、特征及其功效,详细说明如后。
如图1~4,一种柜体框架三连通,包括主体和定位支柱,定位支柱上有供安装的螺纹孔,所述本体1为一实体,它的外形设计与柜体框架外形要求相符合,它两侧的三角形切角2保证了柜体框架焊接成形的外观,与十五褶型材相统一。在本体1顶部有M12螺纹孔3,方便柜体吊环的安装;定位支柱4、5与十褶型材6的内腔相配合,定位支柱4、5成90度角,使其精确的定位。定位支柱上的M6螺纹孔7与十褶型材6的安装孔相配合,保证了安装螺钉的安装要求,使柜体框架三连通与型材结合紧密牢固。定位支柱8、9与十五褶型材10的内腔相配合,两个定位支柱平行,分别定位使其精确定位,定位支柱上的M6螺纹孔11与十五褶型材的安装孔相配合,保证了安装螺钉的安装要求,框架三连通与型材结合紧密牢固。定位支柱4、5与定位支柱8、9互成90度角,由于本体上有与框架相对应的螺纹孔,用此三连通把两种柜体框架型材连接在一起,使型材精确定位,然后把框架焊接成形,并用六方螺母将型材和三连通连接,顶部M12螺纹孔用于柜体吊环的安装。

1.一种柜体框架三连通,包括本体和定位支柱,定位支柱上有供安装的螺纹孔,其特征在于:所述的本体(1)为一实体,本体两侧为三角形切角(2),本体顶部开有M12螺纹孔(3);定位支柱(4,5)与十褶型材(6)的内腔相配合,定位支柱(4)与定位支柱(5)成90度角,定位支柱(4,5)上分别开有M6螺纹孔(7),M6螺纹孔(7)与十褶型材(6)的安装孔相配合;定位支柱(8,9)与十五褶型材(10)的内腔相配合,定位支柱(8)与定位支柱(9)相平行,定位支柱(8,9)上分别开有M6螺纹孔(11),M6螺纹孔(11)与十五褶型材的安装孔相配合,定位支柱(4,5)与定位支柱(8,9)互成90度角。
