Abstract

一种发光二极管灯具,具有一灯架,若干主发光二极管模组安装于灯架中部区域,一辅发光二极管模组与主发光二极管模组相隔设置且安装于灯架前部区域,一驱动电路模组安装于灯架后部区域以电性连接所述主发光二极管模组及辅发光二极管模组。与现有技术相比,本发明发光二极管灯具具有一辅发光二极管模组和若干主发光二极管模组,该辅发光二极管模组在所述驱动电路模组的驱动下来补充发光二极管灯具因部分主发光二极管模组损坏而减少的亮度。

发光二极管灯具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别是指一种发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
发光二极管光源作为一种新兴光源,其具有工作寿命长、环保、省电、寿命长等诸多特点。而且,目前由发光二极管组成的模组即发光二极管模组为能产生大功率、高亮度的光源,因此将广泛地、革命性地取代传统的白炽灯等现有光源,进而成为符合节能环保主题的主要光源。
然而,目前所述发光二极管模组是由单个发光二极管组成的,在发光二极管的驱动电路模组的影响下,单个发光二极管会产生损坏,从而使得发光二极管组合不亮,以致于由若干个发光二极管组合构成的发光二极管灯具亮度不够而影响照明。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种具有光源补充功能的发光二极管灯具。
一种发光二极管灯具,具有一灯架,若干主发光二极管模组安装于灯架中部区域,一辅发光二极管模组与主发光二极管模组相隔设置且安装于灯架前部区域,一驱动电路模组安装于灯架后部区域以电性连接所述主发光二极管模组及辅发光二极管模组。
与现有技术相比,本发明发光二极管灯具具有一辅发光二极管模组和若干主发光二极管模组,该辅发光二极管模组在所述驱动电路模组的驱动下来补充发光二极管灯具因部分主发光二极管模组损坏而减少的亮度。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1和图2,本发明的发光二极管灯具大致呈椭圆形,包括一灯架10、安装于该灯架10一侧的灯壳20、一位于该灯架10和灯壳20之间的辅光源模组30、安装于该灯架10另一侧的一散热器40、贴设于该散热器40上的若干主光源模组50及安装于灯壳20一侧且用以遮罩主光源模组50的一透明灯罩60。
请参阅图2,该灯架10是一体成型的,其包括一呈椭圆形的固定架11及位于该固定架11一端的灯座12,该固定架11的中心处开设一矩形开口110,若干平行间隔设置的散热片13和一凸出部14分别位于该开口110的相对两侧。该凸出部14位于该开口110和该灯座12之间,该凸出部14由固定架11一端向上弧形凸伸形成。该灯座12用以与灯杆相连接。
请同时参阅图3,该灯壳20一体成型,其包括一安装架21,该安装架21的外部轮廓与所述灯架10的固定架11大致相同,该安装架21对应于该固定架11的开口110开设一开口210。该开口210的相对两侧分别设有一大致呈三角形的开口22和一背向灯架10的凸出部14凹陷的凹陷部23,该开口22与该灯架20的散热片13相对应,该凹陷部23的底部向下凹陷。该凹陷部23与该灯架20的凸出部14相对应且共同形成一收容空间以收容一驱动电路模组70。该驱动电路模组70与所述辅光源模组30和主光源模组50电性连接。
请同时参阅图3和图4,所述辅光源模组30安装于位于所述灯架10的散热片13的相对面130上。一导热片36夹置于该辅光源模组30与面130之间。该辅光源模组30大致呈三角形状,其包括一辅发光二极管模组32及供该辅发光二极管模组32安装的导光罩34。该辅发光二极管模组32包括一电路板320及若干贴设于该电路板320上的发光二极管322。该导光罩34包括一大致呈三角形的基板340及自该基板340的周缘向上延伸的侧板342,该侧板342的上端向外延伸有一折边344。该基板340开设有若干通孔346,这些通孔346与该辅发光二极管模组32的发光二极管322对应以供这些发光二极管322穿过其中。该导热片36为一板状结构,其由导热性能良好的材料制成。
请同时参阅图2和图3,所述散热器40由导热性能良好的材料一体成型,其包括一大致呈矩形的板体42、自该板体42上表面垂直向上延伸的若干散热鳍片44及自该板体42的下表面中部垂直向下延伸的若干固定件46。该板体42的两相对边与所述灯架10的固定架11的二相对内缘相适应而呈中部向外扩展的弧形。该板体42罩设于所述灯架10的固定架11的开口110上且其下表面与该开口110的边缘相抵靠。这些固定件46自该开口110的一侧穿出。该板体42的边缘与该开口110的边缘安装在一起进而将该散热器40固定至该固定架11上。
所述固定件46位于板体42的下表面中部,这些固定件46关于板体42的纵向中心线对称分布。每一固定件46包括自该板体42下表面垂直向下延伸的一矩形延伸板460及自该延伸板460末端倾斜延伸的一矩形安装板462。所述主光源模组50贴设于这些安装板462上。这些延伸板460平行间隔设置且具有相同的长度。每一延伸板460平行于所述散热鳍片44。其中,位于板体42中部的二延伸板460具有相同的延伸高度且较其他延伸板460高,位于该二较高延伸板460两侧的其他延伸板460具有相同的延伸高度。这些安装板462间隔设置且具有相同的长度。位于该板体42的纵向中心线一侧的安装板462朝向该侧。位于该板体42的纵向中心线一侧的每一安装板462与板体42之间形成的锐角角度由该板体42的中心向该板体42的一侧逐渐递增。如此,贴设于该安装板462上的主光源模组50所发出的光线可较好地向该散热器40两侧辐射。
请参阅图5,所述主光源模组50包括一呈长条矩形状的主发光二极管模组52及供该主发光二极管模组52安装的反光板54。该主发光二极管模组52包括一电路板520及若干贴设于该电路板520上的发光二极管522。这些发光二极管522间隔设置。该反光板54为一长条矩形壳体,其包括一顶壁540及自该顶壁540两端向下延伸的二侧壁542,该顶壁540向下凹陷形成一呈漏斗状的导光壁544,该导光壁544的底部开有通孔546以供该主发光二极管模组52的发光二极管522穿过。
请参阅图2和图3,所述灯罩60包括一外凸的透光部62及自该透光部62边缘向外延伸的安装部64。该透光部62与所述主光源模组50对应设置,该安装部64与所述灯壳20的安装架21的边缘相抵靠。一压条80抵压于该安装部64上,进而将该灯罩60安装于该灯壳20的安装架21上。该压条80的外形轮廓与该安装部64的外形轮廓相同。
请参阅图2,所述驱动电路模组70包括一与供电电源连接的电源连接端口72、分别与所述主光源模组50和辅光源模组30连接的二端口74及一具有自动检测与控制功能的芯片76。当主光源模组50的一个或几个主发光二极管模组52损坏时,该芯片76自动检测到本发明发光二极管灯具的亮度不够后自动控制所述辅光源模组30的启动,从而使发光二极管灯具的亮度达到照明的要求。
本发明发光二极管灯具装配过程中,首先将所述散热器40的板体42边缘与所述灯架10的开口110的边缘相抵并安装在一起进而将该散热器40固定至该灯架10上,此时,该散热器40的固定件46穿过该灯架10的开口110,然后,将所述主光源模组50安装于该散热器40的安装板462上,同时,将所述辅光源模组30安装于该灯架10的面130上。其次,将所述灯壳20的安装架21对应安装到该灯架10的固定架11上,此时,该灯壳20的开口22的边缘搭接于该辅光源模组30的折边344上。最后,将所述灯罩60的安装部64抵靠于该灯壳20的安装架21的边缘,所述压条80压于该安装部64上,并安装于该安装架21上,进而将该灯罩60安装于该灯壳20上。如此,本发明发光二极管灯具安装完成。
与现有技术相比,本发明发光二极管灯具具有辅光源模组30和主光源模组50,该辅光源模组30在所述驱动电路模组70的驱动下来补充主光源模组50因部分主发光二极管模组52损坏而减少的亮度。

Claims (13)

1.一种发光二极管灯具,具有一灯架,其特征在于:若干主发光二极管模组安装于灯架中部区域,一辅发光二极管模组与主发光二极管模组相隔设置且安装于灯架前部区域,一驱动电路模组安装于灯架后部区域以电性连接所述主发光二极管模组及辅发光二极管模组。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述驱动电路模组包括一检测主发光二极管模组亮度且根据所检测到的主发光二极管模组的亮度而控制所述辅发光二极管模组的启动的芯片。
3.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述辅发光二极管模组安装于所述灯架的一侧,一导热片夹置于所述辅发光二极管模组和所述灯架之间。
4.如权利要求3所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:还包括安装于所述灯架上且与所述辅发光二极管模组同侧的灯壳,该灯壳与所述灯架安装在一起形成一壳体,所述辅发光二极管模组和所述驱动电路模组分别位于该壳体内的两端。
5.如权利要求4所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯壳上具有二相隔设置的第一开口及第二开口,所述主发光二极管模组安装于所述第一开口内且与所述辅发光二极管模组同侧,所述辅发光二极管模组安装于所述第二开口内。
6.如权利要求5所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:还包括安装于所述灯壳第一开口内且位于所述灯架的另一侧的散热器,所述主发光二极管模组贴设于所述散热器上。
7.如权利要求6所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述散热器包括一板体及自所述板体下表面向下延伸并穿过所述第一开口的若干固定件,所述每一固定件包括一贴设所述主发光二极管模组的安装板,所述每一安装板与所述板体形成一锐角,且这些锐角自板体中部向相对两侧逐渐增大。
8.如权利要求7所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述每一固定件进一步包括自板体下表面向下延伸的一延伸板,所述安装板自延伸板的末端倾斜延伸形成,所述延伸板的高度自所述板体的中部向相对两侧逐渐减小,所述若干固定件关于所述板体纵向中心线对称分布。
9.如权利要求6至8任一项所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:还包括安装于所述壳体上与所述散热器相对一侧的灯罩,该灯罩罩设所述主发光二极管模组。
10.如权利要求6至8任一项所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯架另一侧于所述辅发光二极管模组相对应的位置处延伸有若干散热片。
11.如权利要求10所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述散热器包括自板体上表面向上垂直延伸的若干散热鳍片,所述散热鳍片与所述散热片平行设置。
12.如权利要求10所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:还包括供所述辅发光二极管模组安装的导光罩,该导光罩呈三角形状,该导光罩的上端延伸有折边。
13.如权利要求12所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述导光罩的折边与所述灯壳的第二开口的边缘搭接。
