技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于机动车的纵向传动轴,其用于传递转矩,所述纵向传动轴由两个或多个轴段以及接头组成,在所述接头中轴段通过中间轴或轴颈相互连接。
背景技术
这样的纵向传动轴通常是已知的并且因此用于传递转矩并且另一方面构成为使得在“碰撞事故”中,也就是说正面撞车事故中或在沿车辆的纵向方向的碰撞中,纵轴沿轴向方向变短,以便避免纵向弯曲并且贯穿机动车的内部并且因此同样最大程度地避免处于乘客车厢内的人员的受伤。借助DE 43 44 177 C1已知一种上述种类的用于机动车的纵向传动轴。

同样应该通过在接头外部件内的导向锥体或者在紧接着与接头外部件连接的底部上产生支撑。尤其有利的是,通过用于在通过接头内部件轴向塞入轴颈时和在导向锥体内吸收摩擦功或变形功的机构,能够借助受控制的能量吸收出现有针对性的、大于零的轴向力。
这个解决方案还存在的缺点是,在车祸时不排除这个纵向传动轴同样纵向弯曲并且贯穿乘客车厢,这能够导致处于乘客车厢内的人员的受伤。此外因为不能够选择任意长度的轴颈,所以具有该方案的碰撞距离的最大长度是非常不利的,因为在较长的轴颈中逐渐形成纵轴的弯曲临界转速,所述弯曲临界转速同样不利地影响这样地构成的纵轴的稳定系统。
此外应该指出一种在机动车中使用的具有纵向传动轴和中间轴承的传动构造,在DE 199 43 880 C1中说明了所述传动构造。
这个纵向传动轴由具有第一接头的第一轴段、具有第二接头的第二轴段以及具有等速滑动接头形式的第三接头组成,所述等速滑动接头连接第一轴段和第二轴段并且邻接等速滑动接头与第一轴段相关联的中间轴承包括滚动轴承。在这个传动构造中,接头外部件、第二轴管、接头的接头外部件和属于第二轴段的轴管的最小的内径大于第一轴段和中间轴承的滚动轴承的最大的外径。

通过传动构造的有关的功能件的不同的几何尺寸,为了能够相互地套缩,可靠地确保这些部分的相互移动,但是需要显著的力作用,以便开始这个套缩的过程并且同样不排除纵向传动轴的纵向弯曲。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是,继续改进一种用于机动车的纵向传动轴,使得在碰撞事故中纵向传动轴的各个功能确定部件相互可移动并且避免传动轴的轴段的不可控制的纵向弯曲。
根据本发明,该目的通过具有权利要求1的特征得以实现,在从属权利要求中指出特殊的实施形式和有利的解决方案。
因此提供用于机动车的纵向传动轴,所述纵向传动轴用于传递转矩并且由两个或多个轴段组成,所述轴段通过中间轴或轴颈相互连接,另一方面所述中间轴或轴颈与轴段固定地连接。
一方面通过借助第一轴段设置的等速滑动接头实现连接,在所述等速滑动接头的球形轴套中装配有中间轴/轴颈。另一方面中间轴安装在轴套内,所述轴套与第二轴段的管固定地连接。
在两个轴段之间设有的中间轴承结构形成和构成为使得中间轴或轴颈——在使用轴颈时——为中间轴承结构的支座。
纵向传动轴的第二轴段以及中间轴承结构——在这里中间轴承的滚动轴承,在其外部尺寸上如此确定和构成,使得其在正面碰撞、碰撞事故时能够套缩到第一轴段的内部并且因此保证整个纵向传动轴和各个部件不再纵向弯曲。

在使用轴颈代替中间轴时,轴颈相对于第一轴段与等速滑动接头连接并且相对于第二轴段直接与第二轴段固定地连接,这能够例如通过焊接实现。
在选择轴颈时,这个轴颈沿第二轴段的方向构成为使得其具有较大的外径,所述外径与第二轴段的管的外径相匹配并且借助于焊接达到固定的连接。
等速滑动接头一方面借助于密封盖和密封波纹管相对于大气密封并且另一方面配备有挡盖,所述挡盖能够防止引起污染并且因此导致故障的异物侵入等速滑动接头的内部,并且同样确保润滑剂不会从等速滑动接头的内部溢出。
这个挡盖不只是用于防止润滑剂溢出或有害物质进入等速滑动接头内,相反这个挡盖还构成为具有预定断裂点的安全元件,所述预定断裂点在发生车祸时遭到毁坏并且确保一个轴段自由地套缩到另一轴段中。
挡盖构成为漏斗状的成型件,具有带有随后的导向斜面的外凸缘,所述导向斜面逐渐转变为挡盖的圆柱形的部分,所述挡盖在端侧通过平面的部分封闭。
一方面通过挡盖与等速滑动接头或与第一轴段的管的内壁的固定形成挡盖的预定断裂点或者在另一个实施方案中在从挡盖的圆柱形部分过渡到平面的部分的区域内形成预定断裂点。
除了等速滑动接头的密封的功能和形成预定断裂点,挡盖在碰撞事故中还完成导向元件的功能,使得套缩的部分、中间轴或轴颈、中间轴承结构的滚动轴承和等速滑动接头的滚珠、保持架以及球形轴套导入挡盖的圆柱形的部分。
在此有利的是,等速滑动接头几乎无力地被分为单件并且设有的预定断裂点位于等速滑动接头外,使得除毁坏盖子外在广义上允许在碰撞事故中移动的功能件无阻碍地套缩,这在总体上对整个套缩过程起到积极的作用。

具体实施方式
在图1中示出纵向传动轴的构造的原理图。
所述纵向传动轴由第一和第二轴段1、2组成,所述轴段由相应的管3和4组成,所述管通过中间轴12或者构成为轴颈16相互连接。在两个轴段1、2之间设置有中间轴承结构6,所述中间轴承结构的滚动轴承7设置成支撑在中间轴12上,或者支撑在轴颈上——当使用轴颈16时。
以后只涉及中间轴。
第一轴段1由管3组成,在所述管内或在所述管上设置有等速滑动接头5。
等速滑动接头5由球形轴套8、接头外环9、保持架10和未详细示出的滚珠滚道组成,所述球形轴套设置在中间轴12上,所述滚珠滚道设置在接头外环9和球形轴套8内,滚珠13在所述滚珠滚道内滚动。
等速滑动接头5在右侧借助密封盖15和未示出的密封波纹管密封并且等速滑动接头5在左侧朝向等速滑动接头设置有起安全元件作用的挡盖11。
