Description
Claims (7)
- トルクを伝達するための自動車用長手方向ドライブ・シャフトであって、
それぞれがパイプ(3、4)として構成された第1のシャフト部(1)および第2のシャフト部(2)を含む少なくとも2つのシャフト部と、
前記2つのシャフト部(1、2)を互いに接続する中間シャフト(12)と、
ローラ・ベアリング(7)を有し、前記第2のシャフト部(2)の側で前記中間シャフト(12)によって支えられるセンタ・ベアリング(6)と、
前記中間シャフト(12)を前記第1のシャフト部(1)に接続するために前記第1のシャフト部(1)の前記パイプ(3)内にリジッドに配置されたホモカイネティック移動ジョイント(5)であって、外側ジョイント・リング(9)、ボール・ハブ(8)、前記外側ジョイント・リングおよびボール・ハブの複数のボール溝内を案内されて動く複数のボール(13)、ならびに保持器(10)を含むホモカイネティック移動ジョイント(5)と、
前記ジョイント(5)を前記第2のシャフト部(2)の方向で密封するための密封キャップ(15)および密封ベローズと
を有する長手方向ドライブ・シャフトにおいて、
前記ジョイント(5)が、案内および安全要素として構成された閉鎖蓋(11)であって、前記第1のシャフト部(1)に向かって配置され、且つ前記パイプ(3)の内側に突出している閉鎖蓋(11)を備え、前記閉鎖蓋(11)が複数の予定破壊点(14)を有しており、
クラッシュの間に動かされる前記センタ・ベアリング(6)の部分および前記第2のシャフト部(2)が、前記第1のシャフト部(1)の前記パイプ(3)の内径より小さく構成されており、また
前記外側ジョイント・リング(9)の内径が、前記ローラ・ベアリング(7)および前記第2のシャフト部(2)の前記パイプ(4)の外径より大きいことを特徴とする長手方向ドライブ・シャフト。 - 前記閉鎖蓋(11)が、前記外側ジョイント・リング(9)にリジッドに接続される請求項1に記載の長手方向ドライブ・シャフト。
- 前記閉鎖蓋(11)が薄肉材料から製造された成形部品であり、且つ取付鍔部(20)、円筒部(17)、平面部(18)および案内斜面(19)を有している請求項1または2に記載の長手方向ドライブ・シャフト。
- 前記外側ジョイント・リング(9)に対する前記閉鎖蓋(11)の接続点が、前記予定破壊点(14)として構成されている請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の長手方向ドライブ・シャフト。
- 前記閉鎖蓋(11)の前記円筒部(17)から前記平面部(18)への移行点が、前記予定破壊点(14)として構成されている請求項3に記載の長手方向ドライブ・シャフト。
- 前記閉鎖蓋(11)の前記円筒部(17)が、クラッシュの間、前記パイプ(3)の内部にはまり込む複数の構成要素を案内すること、および前記案内斜面(19)が導入コーンとして構成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の長手方向ドライブ・シャフト。
- 前記閉鎖蓋(11)が、前記パイプ(3)の内壁にリジッドに接続される請求項1に記載の長手方向ドライブ・シャフト。
