Abstract
一种组装装置,包括基座、固定安装于所述基座用来定位第一元件的固定组件、滑动安装于所述基座用来定位第二元件的滑动组件及固设于所述基座的驱动设备,使用时,所述驱动设备带动所述滑动组件相对所述固定组件滑动,使所述第二元件组装于所述第一元件,以实现组装自动化,不仅提高了组装效率,而且降低了工人的劳动强度,也减小了组装误差。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种组装装置,尤指一种将连接器组装于电路板的组装装置。
背景技术
在电子产品的元件的组装过程中(如将连接器组装于电路板),常采用人工手动的方式,即分别将连接器及电路板固定于组装装置的可发生相对运动的两部件上,人力推动其中的一部件向另一部件运动,而将连接器与电路板组装在一起。而后分开组装装置的这两部件,以取下装设有连接器的电路板。然而,人工手动方式不仅耗工费时、速度缓慢,无法满足流水线高效率、低成本的要求,而且由于施力不均及人为偏差,容易造成连接器的导电触脚与电路板的导电触点之间的接触误差超出其允许误差范围。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种组装效率及组装精度较高的组装装置。
一种组装装置,包括基座、固定安装于所述基座用来定位第一元件的固定组件、滑动安装于所述基座用来定位第二元件的滑动组件及固设于所述基座的驱动设备,所述驱动设备可带动所述滑动组件相对所述固定组件滑动,以使所述第二元件组装于所述第一元件。
本发明组装装置利用所述驱动设备带动所述滑动组件相对所述固定组件滑动,使所述第二元件组装于所述第一元件,实现了组装自动化,不仅提高了组装效率,而且降低了工人的劳动强度,也减小了组装误差。

具体实施方式
请参考图1至图3,本发明组装装置的较佳实施方式用于将若干连接器90一一对应地组装于若干电路板80,其包括基座10、安装于所述基座10的驱动设备、连接于所述驱动设备并受其驱动的连杆40、安装于所述基座10的若干滑动组件50和若干固定组件70。所述驱动设备可以是马达、气缸及液压缸等动力源设备,在本实施方式中,所述驱动设备是一气缸30。
所述基座10大致呈方形体,其包括长形顶板12及自所述顶板12四边缘向下延伸的四侧板14。所述顶板12沿其长度方向间隔设有若干通槽16。所述顶板12顶面于每一通槽16的两侧凸设一对相互平行的滑轨18。
所述气缸30安装于所述顶板12底面。所述连杆40连接于所述气缸30的活塞杆(相当于驱动设备的驱动轴)。所述连杆40对应设有若干滑动收容于所述顶板12的通槽16内并凸出于所述顶板12顶面的结合件42。
每一滑动组件50包括滑动块52及设于所述滑动块52两端的两边块54、两弹簧螺丝紧定60及两锁紧螺母62。所述滑动块52包括相互垂直设置的水平部522及竖直部524;所述滑动块52与所述两边块54一起形成容置空间56,用于收容并定位一连接器90。所述水平部522于远离所述竖直部524的一侧设有支撑臂58,且所述支撑臂58与所述水平部522平齐。所述滑动块52通过螺丝固定于对应的结合件42,并且设有与所述基座10的对应滑轨18相配合的滑槽(图未示)。这样,当所述气缸30驱动所述连杆40作往复运动时,所述连杆40便可通过这些结合件42带动相应的滑动块52沿着相应滑轨18在所述顶板12的顶面滑动。每一弹簧螺丝紧定60包括开设有容纳孔的螺丝、设置于所述容纳孔内的弹簧及钢珠,所述弹簧弹性抵顶所述钢珠,使所述钢珠凸出于所述容纳孔。由于所述弹簧螺丝紧定60可通过商业渠道购得,在此不再图示其结构。所述两弹簧螺丝紧定60分别螺设于所述两边块54上,所述两锁紧螺母62则螺锁于所述两弹簧螺丝紧定60。
每一固定组件70上固定有若干支撑柱72,用于支撑并定位电路板80。每一固定组件70于一侧缘处设置有抵接块74,所述抵接块74包括台阶部742。
在正式组装连接器与电路板之前,需对该组装装置进行调试。即,让所述气缸30驱动所述连杆40伸出,从而带动这些滑动组件50滑动而离开对应的固定组件70。将这些电路板80一一放置于这些固定组件70上,使这些支撑柱72分别穿过对应电路板80的相应通孔,而这些电路板80的一边缘则抵顶于相应抵接块74的台阶部742,从而让这些电路板80一一对应地定位于这些固定组件70。将这些连接器90一一放置于这些滑动组件50的水平部522及相应的支撑臂58上,这些滑动组件50的弹簧螺丝紧定60弹性夹持对应连接器90的两侧缘,这样,这些连接器90便定位于相应的容置空间56内。让所述气缸30驱动所述连杆40缩回以带动这些滑动组件50向对应的固定组件70运动,使固定于这些滑动组件50的连接器90插接于相应的电路板80。
再次使所述气缸30驱动所述连杆40伸出,以使这些滑动组件50与对应的固定组件70分开,而这些连接器90脱出相应滑动组件50的容置空间56而组装于对应的电路板80。这些支撑臂58用于支撑相应连接器90,防止这些滑动组件50离开相应的固定组件70时,对应的连接器90由于自重发生倾斜而造成这些连接器90的导电触脚与对应电路板80的相应导电触点接触不良。
取下这些组装有连接器90的电路板80,并测试这些连接器90的导电触脚与相应电路板80的导电触点之间的接触误差是否超出了其允许误差范围,并相应地调节这些滑动组件50的两边块54上的弹簧螺丝紧定60,从而调节这些连接器90与相应电路板80之间的相对位置,经过多次试调及测试,使这些连接器90的导电触脚与相应电路板80的导电触点间的接触误差符合其允许误差范围的要求。待将所述两弹簧螺丝紧定60调节好后,即用所述两锁紧螺母62分别将它们锁固于相应的边块54上。此外,每两弹簧螺丝紧定60均弹性夹持相应连接器90,当这些连接器90组装于相应的电路板80,这些滑动组件50与相应固定组件70分开时,这些连接器90可很容易地从相应容置空间56内脱出。然后即可利用调试好的该组装装置来组装连接器与电路板。
Claims (10)
1.一种组装装置,包括基座、固定安装于所述基座用来定位第一元件的固定组件及滑动安装于所述基座用来定位第二元件的滑动组件,其特征在于:该组装装置还包括固设于所述基座的驱动设备,所述驱动设备可带动所述滑动组件相对所述固定组件滑动,以使所述第二元件组装于所述第一元件。
2.如权利要求1所述的组装装置,其特征在于:所述驱动设备的驱动轴上连接有连杆,所述连杆上安装有结合件,所述滑动组件固定于所述结合件。
3.如权利要求1所述的组装装置,其特征在于:所述滑动组件设有用于收容所述第二元件的容置空间,所述容置空间内安装有用于弹性夹持所述第二元件的两弹簧螺丝紧定。
4.如权利要求3所述的组装装置,其特征在于:所述滑动组件包括滑动块及固定于所述滑动块两端的两边块,所述容置空间由所述滑动块与所述两边块一起形成,所述两弹簧螺丝紧定分别螺锁于所述两边块。
5.如权利要求4所述的组装装置,其特征在于:所述滑动块包括相互垂直设置的水平部及竖直部,所述水平部于远离所述竖直部的一侧设有支撑臂,所述支撑臂与所述水平部平齐,用于支撑所述第二元件。
6.如权利要求2所述的组装装置,其特征在于:所述基座包括顶板,所述顶板上凸设两相互平行的滑轨,所述滑动组件通过滑槽与所述两滑轨的配合而滑动安装于所述顶板。
7.如权利要求6所述的组装装置,其特征在于:所述顶板于所述两滑轨之间开设有通槽,所述驱动设备及连杆安装于所述顶板下面,所述结合件滑动收容于所述通槽内并凸出于所述顶板顶面。
8.如权利要求1所述的组装装置,其特征在于:所述驱动设备是一气缸。
9.如权利要求1所述的组装装置,其特征在于:所述固定组件上固定有若干用于定位所述第一元件的支撑柱。
10.如权利要求9所述的组装装置,其特征在于:所述固定组件设有用于卡抵所述第一元件的抵接块。
