一种刮刀片表面检测系统,由半导体激光器、柱面透镜、柱形圆筒、圆筒底座、定位磁铁、三维调节平台、安装刮刀的载物台、光学平板组成,以半导体激光器作为光源,以柱面透镜作为光束整形器件得到扇形光束,以三枚成三角形排列的磁铁将激光单元固定在三维调节平台上,以三维调节平台作为激光单元方位微调器。扇面光束投射到刮刀片上的杂质或缺口等缺陷时发生漫反射,检测者能够从不同方向看到清晰明亮的漫反射光线,从而看到微小的杂质和缺陷。本发明结构简单实用、调节方便、适用于刮刀片整个表面的清洁与缺损状况的快速检测。

刮刀片表面检测系统
技术领域
本发涉及光检测技术领域,尤其涉及一种利用光的漫反射效应对刮刀片表面污染物和缺陷进行快速检测的方法。
背景技术
刮刀片是激光打印机硒鼓的关键组件之一,刮刀片在被安装在硒鼓上之前都要经过表面清洁度和表面缺损程度的检测,这是因为刮刀片的表面清洁与缺损的状况决定了打印品质的好坏。
硒鼓制造企业一般采用光学显微镜对刮刀片表面清洁与缺损状况进行检测。它存在两方面的缺点:一是显微镜视野小,对整个检测刮刀片表面进行检测时必须慢慢移动刮刀片,操作不方便,检测速度慢;二是长时间注视显微镜易造成视觉疲劳。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种对刮刀片表面污染物及缺陷快速检测的装置,其具有结构简单、调节方便、对整个刮刀片表面的清洁与缺损状况的检测迅速等特点。
技术方案:刮刀片表面污染物及缺陷快速检测系统包括半导体激光器、整形透镜、柱形圆筒、圆筒底座、底座定位磁铁、三维调节光学平台、刮刀片、载物台、光学平板。柱形圆筒用以容纳激光器、整形透镜,使激光器和整形透镜构成一个统一的整体激光单元便于整体移动。其中激光器功率可调节,以便调解漫反射光线的亮度。
整形透镜是一根用K9玻璃做成的圆柱体的柱面透镜,其直径约4毫米,当激光束经过此圆柱体后先在弧矢方向上聚焦,后发散成扇面状光束。将该玻璃圆柱体装入柱形圆筒时要调整其方位使其弧矢方向与圆柱筒底座平行,以便得到与圆柱筒底座相平行的扇面光束。
圆柱筒底座上嵌入三枚永久磁铁,固定这三枚磁铁呈三角形排列,使激光单元稳定的吸附铁质的三维调节平台上。因为三枚磁铁的磁力有限,可以很方便的调整激光单元的大致方位。
激光单元放在三维调节平台后先大致调整它的方位,然后调节三维调节平台的竖直和水平旋钮微调激光单元的方向,使出射的扇面激光束准确地投射到刮刀片的整个表面。
当扇面激光束投射到刮刀片上的杂质或缺口等缺陷时发生漫反射,检测者能够从不同方向看到清晰明亮的漫反射光线,如果漫反射光线不够明亮,可以适当增大半导体激光器的功率使漫反射光足够亮,从而观测到这些微小的杂质和缺陷。
本发明的优点是:利用该设备可以对整个刮刀片的清洁状况和缺陷进行快速检测,其具有调节方便、光照范围大、漫反射光亮度高,检测快捷等特点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,柱形圆筒13、三维调节平台2、载物台4均放置于光学平板5上;柱形圆筒13及其内部的半导体激光器和整形透镜12共同组成激光单元1,激光单元1放置于三维调节平台2上,其对面设有载物台4,刮刀片3置于载物台4之上。
刮刀片3表面检测系统是一种无损光探测装置,如图1所示。首先将刮刀片3置于载物台4上,将半导体激光器11和整形透镜12依次放入柱形圆筒13,整形透镜12的弧矢方向与圆筒底座平行,将激光单元1放置在三维调节平台2上,并调整好大致的方向。然后开启半导体激光器11,所发射出来的激光束经经整形透镜12得到扇形激光束,如图3所示,调节三维平台2上的竖直旋钮6和水平旋钮7可使扇面激光束投射到整个刮刀片3的表面上。质量好的刮刀片表面是镜面,无漫反射效应,如图5所示,当激光束射到刮刀片3上时,顺着光线的方向看不到明亮的反射线;如果刮刀片上有杂质或缺口等缺陷,光束投射在微小污染物或缺口上将发生漫反射,如图6所示,观测者顺着光路看过去或在侧面观测时将会看到非常明亮的光点,若污染物或缺口的反射光线不够亮可适当增大激光器11的输出功率,这样就可以通过观测明亮的漫反射光的有无判定污染物及缺陷的有无。

Claims (4)

1.一种刮刀片表面清洁及缺损状况光检测装置,其特征在于由半导体激光器、整形透镜、柱形圆筒、定位磁铁、三维调节平台、载物台和光学平板组成,柱形圆筒、三维调节平台、载物台均放置于光学平板上,其中柱形圆筒内部依次容纳半导体激光器和整形透镜,柱形圆筒底座上嵌入排列呈三角形的三枚定位磁铁,激光器和整形透镜构成一个统一的整体激光单元,激光单元放置于三维调节平台上,其对面设有载物台,载物台上放置刮刀片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的检测装置,其特征在于整形透镜为柱面透镜,柱面透镜的弧矢方向与圆筒底座平行。
3.根据权利要求1所述的检测装置,其特征在于利用铁质的三维调节平台对激光单元的方向进行微调。
4.根据权利要求1所述的检测装置,其特征在于半导体激光器功率可调。
