技术领域

背景技术
现有化妆技术以及它们的缺点

发明内容
本发明满足了这些及其他需求。下列说明通过示例而非限制地描述了本发明。
在此专利说明书中,短语“喷墨(inkjet)技术”一般是指“液滴控制”技术,从而,可以由施与器控制每一滴正在被施与的物质,如本领域技术人员公知的。一个对于本发明特别有用的技术是使用“按需滴液(drop on demand)”技术,这是滴液控制技术的分项技术。在此说明书中,短语“喷墨式打印机(inkjet printer)”用于简要代表任何形式的喷墨技术。

具体实施方式
实施例的详细描述-静电施与反射率修改剂以改善人类皮肤的视觉美观度。
本发明包括通过计算机控制系统和方法施与一个或多个静电充电的反射率修改剂,该系统和方法扫描人类皮肤区域,识别不美观的属性,并典型地利用喷墨式打印机施与RMA,以改善皮肤区域的外观。
由本发明的申请人于2006年8月14日提出的美国专利序列号11/503,806要求计算机控制系统和方法的权利,该系统和方法扫描人类皮肤区域,识别不美观的属性,并典型地利用喷墨式打印机施与RMA,以改善皮肤区域的外观。
施与静电充电的RMA
图1示出了静电充电RMA 264的效果。在一个实施例中,使用静电充电器700来对RMA 264充电,以如下所述用于施与到皮肤区域302。RMA 264作为微滴发出,由液滴702表示。典型地,由于静电充电的结果,每个液滴702带负电荷。皮肤区域302典型地带正电荷。因此,带负电荷的液滴702被带正电荷的皮肤区域302吸引,这样使得液滴702趋向于沿直线704移动到皮肤区域302。
皮肤区域302上的毛发304典型地作为不导电的绝缘体或者是带正电荷。因此,毛发304不会吸引带负电荷的液滴702,也不会沿另一方向706拉着液滴702与其粘附。
此外,如果毛发304的确与带负电荷的滴液702相接触,于是毛发304会变成带负电荷,由此它们趋向于排斥与其它滴液的后续接触。
该过程的益处在于提高了向诸如老年斑708等期望位置喷墨式施与RMA 264的精度。RMA 264可以被喷墨打印通过毛发,而不粘附到毛发上或被拉向毛发。
图2示出了在交叉引用的申请US 11/503,806中参考图1说明的施与系统200的实施例,所述系统包括静电充电器700。
化妆品的操作环境
图2示出了包括静电充电器700的施与系统200的实施例。在该实施例中,使用施与系统200来向皮肤区域302施与RMA 264。一方建立包括以下部件的施与系统200,这在下文中更详细地说明:

图8关于交叉引用的申请US 11/503,806中图32所述的步骤,示出了在一个实施例中施与静电充电的RMA的一般过程。在步骤6060中将可打印美化图像234发送到施与装置246之后,在步骤6062中将静电充电器700用于对RMA 264充电。接着在步骤6070中喷墨式打印机242用于施与带电荷的RMA 264以打印可打印美化图像234。
在一个实施例中,静电充电器700不仅对RMA 264充电,也对交叉引用的申请US 11/503,806中的图7中所示的一个或多个打印头244以及由容器262表示的一个或多个墨盒以及驱动器和本领域技术人员公知的其它相关联的设备充电。例如,这些部件能以2千伏以上的电压充电,而随后能以5000伏保存电荷。
在一个实施例中,可使用试验和计算机计算来确定用于定位施与装置246上的多个喷嘴以便施与静电充电的RMA 264的最佳配置。这可用于减少多个带负电荷的液滴彼此排斥并由此致使其轨迹畸变的影响。例如,每个喷嘴可以离开目标不同的距离处独立地发射,并且结果可以被跟踪。于是喷嘴可以在那些不同的距离处同时发射,并且这些结果可以被跟踪。计算机计算于是就可以对跟踪结果进行比较以确定用于喷嘴位置的最佳配置。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于改善人类皮肤区域的视觉美观的设备,所述设备包括
外壳;
至少一个光源,所述光源可以打开和关闭;
至少一个图像接收部件;以及
至少一个反射率修改剂施与部件,所述反射率修改剂施与部件根据frexel的反射特性选择性地向特定frexel施与静电充电的反射率修改剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述反射率修改剂施与部件还包括静电充电器,所述静电充电器包括:
电源;
电极,以及
接地装置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述反射率修改剂施与部件还包括液滴控制装置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的设备,其中所述液滴控制设备还包括至少一个喷墨打印头。
5.一种用于改善人类皮肤区域的视觉美观的方法,所述方法包括:
提供至少一种反射率修改剂;
将所述皮肤区域分配成多个frexel;
测量所述多个frexel中每一个的反射特性;
从所述多个frexel中每一个的反射特性确定包括要施与到特定frexel上的反射率修改剂的期望剂量的校正方案;以及
执行所述校正计划,其中执行所述校正方案包括:
在所述皮肤区域上引导扫描仪和打印机单元;
使用所述扫描仪来确定位置;
从所述位置确定期望校正;以及
将至少一部分静电充电的校正施与到所述皮肤上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中执行所述校正方案还包括:
依照所述多个frexel中每一个的反射特征,将至少一部分静电充电的校正施与到所述皮肤上。
7.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中执行所述校正方案还包括:
与所述多个frexel中每一个的反射特征相反,将至少一部分静电充电的校正施与到所述皮肤上。
