Abstract

一种贴片机吸嘴,包括一吸取部,其内设一抽真空气道,该吸取部于该抽真空气道的一端设有可紧贴一元器件表面的接触面,该贴片机吸嘴还包括至少一设置在该吸取部侧向的定位部,该定位部可抵接该元器件。该定位部可以辅助该吸嘴口对该元器件施力,防止将该元器件在贴装到印刷电路板的过程中发生歪斜或者错位。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种贴片机的附件,特别涉及一种贴片机吸嘴。
背景技术
现有表面贴装工艺中,贴装过程是由贴片机通过其贴装头末端的吸嘴将各种元器件从元器件托盘带或托盘中吸取下来并带到所需贴装的印刷电路板的正确位置上。该吸嘴的吸嘴口的前端为一平整、光滑的接触面,其中部开设一抽真空气道。该吸嘴口的接触面紧贴一元器件的表面,该抽真空气道产生一抽吸力将该元器件吸起来。通常,该吸嘴口的接触面作用于该元器件的中央。将该元器件贴装到印刷电路板时,该元器件的一侧受到该吸嘴的推力,其另一侧受到该印刷电路板的反作用力,由于该吸嘴作用于该元器件的中央,该元器件受力均匀,不易歪斜或者错位。但是对于形状不是很规则的元器件,如接口等,其中央没有足够大的平整表面,相应的吸嘴不能够作用在其中央吸取,该吸嘴口的接触面只能作用于该元器件的一端,这样,在贴装过程中,该元器件容易歪斜或者错位,影响产品品质及生产效率。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种可平稳吸取不规则元器件的贴片机吸嘴。
一种贴片机吸嘴,包括一吸取部,其内设一抽真空气道,该吸取部于该抽真空气道的一端设有可紧贴一元器件表面的接触面,该贴片机吸嘴还包括至少一设置在该吸取部侧向的定位部,该定位部可抵接该元器件。
该定位部可以辅助该吸嘴口对该元器件施力,防止将该元器件在贴装到印刷电路板的过程中发生歪斜或者错位。

具体实施方式
请参考图1及2,本发明贴片机吸嘴的较佳实施方式,用于吸取一元器件10,其包括一吸取部21及一自该吸取部21的一侧延伸的定位部27。该吸取部21包括一吸嘴口22、一抽真空气道23及一安装部25。该吸嘴口22及该安装部25分别设置在该抽真空气道23的下端及上端。该吸嘴口22的下端为一接触面222。该抽真空气道23连通该吸嘴口22。该安装部25内设有与该抽真空气道23连通的螺纹孔251,用以将该贴片机吸嘴装设于一贴片机。该定位部27包括一突起272。该突起272的端部设一定位面,该定位面与该接触面222间隔一定距离且相互平行。
请再参考图2,该元器件10包括间隔一定距离且相互平行的一第一表面11及一第二表面12,吸取该元器件10时,该吸嘴口22作用于该元器件10的第二表面12,且该定位部27的突起272的定位面抵靠在该元器件10的第一表面11。将该元器件10贴装到一印刷电路板(图中未示出)上时,该吸嘴口22的接触面222及该定位部27的突起272的定位面同时对该元器件10施加向下的力,使该元器件10两端同时受力。这样,在贴装过程中,该元器件10不易发生歪斜或者错位。
该元器件10为其他结构时,该贴片机吸嘴可在该吸取部21的侧向设置相应结构的定位部,以与该吸取部21共同平稳地贴装该元器件。

Claims (2)

1.一种贴片机吸嘴,用于吸取一元器件并将该元器件贴装于一印刷电路板上,该贴片机吸嘴包括一吸取部,其内设一抽真空气道,该吸取部于该抽真空气道的一端设有接触面,其特征在于:该贴片机吸嘴还包括至少一设置在该吸取部侧向的定位部,该定位部的端部设有一定位面,该定位面与该接触面间隔一定距离且相互平行,当该贴片机吸嘴吸取一电子元件时,该吸取部的接触面及该定位部的定位面同时贴紧于该元器件。
2.如权利要求1所述的贴片机吸嘴,其特征在于:该吸取部包括一吸嘴口,该接触面设置在该吸嘴口的端部。
