Abstract

一种隧道专用高韧性防水防火板及其制备方法,本发明是以中碱玻璃纤维布、无纺布中的一种或两种为基材与防水防火成分经压制而成;所述防水防火成分包括氧化镁48.7%~29.8%,膨胀珍珠岩2.4%~7.4%,填充骨料为4.4%~19.9%,氯化镁43.9%~37.2%,中碱玻璃纤维丝0.12%~3.89%、聚丁二烯环氧树脂0.24%~1.07%、磷酸二氢铝抗水剂0.24%~0.74%,均以重量计。本发明通过采用以上各成分的有效配合,可大大地提高板材的耐火极限及韧性,使其可能很好地适用于隧道的使用。

Description

一种隧道专用高韧性防水防火板及制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于环保建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种隧道专用高韧性防水防火板的建筑材料。
背景技术
近年来随着我国经济建设的发展,国家加大了公路、铁路、和地铁等交通基础设施的建设力度。隧道不仅承担着交通运输的任务,还起着光缆、电缆甚至是输油管、输水管通道的功能。作为隧道主体内建筑的钢筋混凝土构件是防火材料,目前建筑市场上所用的防火材料中板材较少,板材韧性差、耐水性差,施工困难,性能不稳定。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种隧道专用高韧性防水防火板,要解决的技术问题是提高防火板材的韧性和耐水性能。
本发明采用以下技术方案:
以中碱玻璃纤维布、无纺布中的一种或两种为基材与防水防火成分经压制而成;所述防水防火成分包括氧化镁48.7%~29.8%,膨胀珍珠岩2.4%~7.4%,填充骨料为4.4%~19.9%,氯化镁43.9%~37.2%,中碱玻璃纤维丝0.12%~3.89%、聚丁二烯环氧树脂0.24%~1.07%、磷酸二氢铝抗水剂0.24%~0.74%,均以重量计。
填充骨料为锯木屑和滑石粉,分别占防水防火成分的重量百分比的1.5%~10.4%和2.9%~9.5%。
膨胀珍珠岩可为膨胀蛭石、玻化微珠。膨胀珍珠岩应选择颗粒均匀、白度好、细度在50-70目之间。质量符合JC/T209-96标准之规定。不得含有杂质和烧结块,等级选用一级品
所述的锯木屑可为粉碎的麦秸、稻壳,必须选用不腐朽霉变、变质的原材料并且细度不可过细,应保证具有纤维状特征,不得含有泥土和杂质,含泥量不得大于5%。
所述的氧化镁的质量须符合WB/T10109-2002标准,氯化镁的质量须符合WB/T1018-2002标准。
中碱玻璃纤维质量符合JC561-1994、JC/T576、JC/T281的规定。无纺布质量标准不低于16g/m2且表观厚度均匀无稀疏和硬纱现象。中碱玻璃纤维丝细度最优选为6mm。
所述的滑石粉为200目~400目。
本发明通过采用以上各成分的有效配合,可大大地提高板材的耐火极限及韧性,使其可能很好地适用于隧道的使用。
本发明配比中的膨胀珍珠岩可增加整个板材的强度,并同时减轻容重,起到减少吸水、降低导热系数等作用,很好地提高了板材的防火性能;采用的氧化镁作为胶凝剂,主要起到胶凝作用;氯化镁与氧化镁充分拌和后,强度高,硬化快,主要起促进固化作用。发明人还加入增强增韧剂聚丁二烯环氧树脂以及抗水剂磷酸二氢铝抗水剂等成分,使防火板的韧性、耐水性得到有效地提升。
另外,本发明的填充料选自锯木屑可为粉碎的麦秸、稻壳,不但节能环保,还可进一步提高防火保温板的韧性。
本发明的防火板通过以上原料及含量的精心配比,可以使得本发明板材不燃烧,不腐蚀,耐低温,更不会受白蚁、盐、污染空气及气体,蒸汽、阳光所影响。在不同的温度下,板材的物理性能不受影响。板内成分绝对不含石棉等有害物质,符合国家绿色环保产品要求,可广泛用于公路、铁路、地铁等隧道的混泥土结构的防火保护。
所述的防火板具有以下特性:
耐火性能好,10MM厚板材,耐火2H后,混泥土底表面温度为246℃(标准为380℃),板内钢筋网温度为161℃(标准为250℃);
柔韧性好,轻质、防潮;可随隧道形状弯曲。
防撞、耐磨、可做机械清洗,容易更换及拆卸。
板材强度高,用金属紧固件与隧道二衬连接,不会发生脱落,无安全隐患;
经久耐用,使用期特长,本发明防火板可提供至少25年的保用期。
所述的隧道专用高韧性防水防火板制备方法,可连续生产,包括如下步骤:
①、将上述原料按上述配比称重配料;
②、配制氯化镁水溶液,玻镁度为20-30度,搅拌均匀;
③、将上述原料(除玻璃纤维布、无纺布外)投入搅拌机中搅拌均匀称为搅拌料;
④、将搅拌料放入料斗内,在压力机的防火板模具内铺好玻璃纤维布、无纺布,在玻璃纤维布上铺匀搅拌料;
⑤、在搅拌料上再铺一层玻璃纤维布、无纺布,经压力机压制成型;
⑥、常温自然干燥、养护;
⑦、切割、包装。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例,进一步阐明本发明。应理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。下列实施例中未注明具体条件的实验方法,通常按照常规条件,或按照制造厂商所建议的条件。百分比基于重量组分,除非特别说明。
实施例1:
一种隧道专用高韧性防水防火板按氧化镁48.7%,膨胀珍珠岩2.4%,锯木屑1.5%,滑石粉2.9%,氯化镁43.9%,中碱玻璃纤维丝0.12%、聚丁二烯环氧树脂0.24%(分子量(M)为2000,官能度(f)为2.3,环氧值为0.36,外观黄色粘稠液体)、磷酸二氢铝抗水剂0.24%称重配料,得到产品按现有国家标准测试,RABT温升曲线,15-18mm厚时耐火极限为200-230分钟,板材表面初始裂纹挠度值为10.2%。
实施例2:
一种隧道专用高韧性防水防火板按氧化镁36%,膨胀珍珠岩5.0%,锯木屑6.4%,滑石粉6.5%,氯化镁37.2%,中碱玻璃纤维丝3.89%、聚丁二烯环氧树脂1.07%、磷酸二氢铝抗水剂0.74%称重配料,得到产品按现有国家标准测试,RABT温升曲线,15-18mm厚时耐火极限为200-230分钟;板材表面初始裂纹挠度值为11.6%。
实施例3:
一种隧道专用高韧性防水防火板按氧化镁35.8%,膨胀珍珠岩7.4%,锯木屑7.5%,滑石粉9.5%,氯化镁36.3%,中碱玻璃纤维丝2.0%、聚丁二烯环氧树脂0.98%、磷酸二氢铝抗水剂0.52%称重配料,得到产品按现有国家标准测试,RABT温升曲线,15-18mm厚时耐火极限为200-230分钟,板材表面初始裂纹挠度值为11.2%。
本发明的范围不受所述具体实施方案的限制,所述实施方案只欲作为阐明本发明各个方面的单个例子,本发明范围内还包括功能等同的方法和组分。实际上,除了本文所述的内容外,本领域技术人员参照上文的描述可以容易地掌握对本发明的多种改进。所述改进也落入所附权利要求书的范围之内。

Claims (7)

1.一种隧道专用高韧性防水防火板,以中碱玻璃纤维布、无纺布中的一种或两种为基材与防水防火成分经压制而成;其特征在于,所述防水防火成分包括氧化镁48.7%~29.8%,膨胀珍珠岩2.4%~7.4%,填充骨料为4.4%~19.9%,氯化镁43.9%~37.2%,中碱玻璃纤维丝0.12%~3.89%、聚丁二烯环氧树脂0.24%~1.07%、磷酸二氢铝抗水剂0.24%~0.74%,均以重量计。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种隧道专用高韧性防水防火板,其特征在于,填充骨料为锯木屑和滑石粉,分别占防水防火板成分的重量百分比的1.5%~10.4%和2.9%~9.5%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种隧道专用高韧性防水防火板,其特征在于,锯木屑选自粉碎的麦秸、稻壳中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种隧道专用高韧性防水防火板,其特征在于,膨胀珍珠岩细度在50-70目之间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种隧道专用高韧性防水防火板,其特征在于,无纺布质量标准不低于16g/m2,且表观厚度均匀无稀疏和硬纱;中碱玻璃纤维丝细度为6mm。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种隧道专用高韧性防水防火板,其特征在于,滑石粉为200目~400目。
7.制备权利要求1所述的一种隧道专用高韧性防水防火板的方法,包括如下步骤:
①、将所需原料称重配料;
②、配制氯化镁水溶液,玻镁度为20-30度,搅拌均匀;
③、将除了玻璃纤维布、无纺布外的原料投入搅拌机中搅拌均匀称为搅拌料;
④、将搅拌料放入料斗内,在压力机的防火板模具内铺好基材,在基材上铺匀搅拌料;
⑤、在搅拌料上再铺一层基材,经压力机压制成型;
⑥、常温自然干燥、养护;
⑦、切割、包装。
