Abstract

发明领域
本发明涉及一种丝束(连续的细丝)捆包的制造方法,例如:具有平坦或基本平坦表面的醋酸纤维丝束。
发明背景
醋酸纤维(素)丝束是一种以捆包装运的原料。“丝束”是指,纤维的连续细丝带(或捆)。通常,丝束直接从捆包抽出(即,解包),以用于后续加工。因此,将丝束毫无困难地从捆包中抽离很重要。此外,这些捆包应该是可叠起堆放的,这通常意味着这些捆包应该具有平坦或基本平坦的表面。
在制造丝束捆包时,需要将丝束束紧(或压缩),从而形成捆包。在压缩机上进行的束紧丝束会带来几个问题。一个问题是捆包的顶部和底部是圆形的(即,不平坦的或拱形的)。这是个问题存在于储存、搬运、和运输过程中,因为圆形的捆包有可能不易于堆放,且有倾斜的趋势。在束紧过程中产生的另一个问题是,丝束会被缠绕(即,丝束层间混合)。这个问题出现在丝束解包时,因为被缠住的丝束可能不易从捆包上抽离。
最近,几个醋酸纤维产业已经提出了圆形捆包的问题。
在美国专利公开文献No.2005/0161358中,具有基本上平坦表面(即,顶部和底部)的捆包由被压缩丝束采用密封包装技术进行包装的技术制成。当丝束膨胀时,在丝束上的压力释放之后,丝束回弹,在某种程度上,在密封包装内形成真空。真空形成的内压足以保持丝束表面是基本平坦的。

发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种醋酸纤维丝束捆包的制造方法,该捆包具有基本平坦的表面并且丝束易于解包。
为此,本发明提供了一种醋酸纤维丝束捆包的制造方法,包括以下步骤:将醋酸纤维丝束平放在圆筒中;用带有第一个压盘和第二压盘的压缩机压缩平放的丝束,压盘之间面对面地设置,每个压盘具有棱锥形状,该棱锥的每个侧面是轮廓表面,各轮廓表面具有至少两个线性斜面部分,第一线性斜面部分具有第一斜度,与压盘外周边缘邻接;第二线性斜面部分具有第二斜度,与第一线性斜面部分邻接,其中,第一斜度的范围为5°至40°,第二斜度的范围为5°至20°,第一斜度大于第二斜度;以及包装并固定被压缩丝束,由此制成具有基本平坦表面的被压缩丝束。
优选地,每个所述压盘都没有排气孔。
优选地,每个轮廓表面具有第三线性斜面部分,具有第三斜度,与第二线性斜面部分邻接,第三斜度的范围为0°至15°,第二斜度大于第三斜度。
优选地,每个压盘的高度均大于7.6cm。
优选地,每个压盘的高度范围在7.6至12.7cm之间。
优选地,压缩周期的范围是0.1至5分钟。
优选地,每个所述压盘由选自木材、合成材料、或金属的材料制成。

对本发明的详细说明
参照附图,图中相似的附图标记表示相似的部件,图1中所示为丝束捆包10。捆包10放置在托架12之上。捆包10优选地用包裹材料14缠绕。捆包10也可以包括捆包带16。
醋酸纤维丝束捆包尺寸规格的范围是,高76cm(30英寸)至152cm(60英寸)、长117cm(46英寸)至142cm(56英寸)、和宽89cm(35英寸)至114cm(45英寸)。通常,醋酸纤维丝束捆包的重量范围是408Kg(900磅)至953Kg(2100磅)。
参见图2,图中所示为压捆机30的示意图。压捆机30可以是能够给丝束施以4.92149到49.2149Kg/cm2(70到700每平方英寸)磅压力的任何常规压缩机。压捆机30包括一个下压盘36和一个上压盘38。上压盘和下压盘都没有排气孔(即,贯穿压盘的通孔,当纤维被压缩时,空气可以通过该通孔从纤维中排出),但可以有捆扎槽(即,压盘的表面上刻有槽,当压缩时捆包带可以穿过槽包裹在捆包上)。
通常,丝束32放置在远处的罐中(图中未示出)。然后,将丝束32从罐中转移,并且固定至压捆机30内,放入压捆机侧壁34和两个包皮压盘(“包皮”是指包裹材料14或包裹材料14的一部分)之间。丝束32的下表面放置在包皮下压盘36上。当压盘38降低压缩丝束32时,在罐34中的丝束32的上表面被包皮上压盘38挤压。下文详细论述压盘36和38。可以理解的是,下压盘36可以是活动的压盘,而上压盘38可以是固定的压盘。然后,压捆机30在给定的时间内压缩丝束(下文中详细论述)。在压缩后,释放捆包上的压力(例如:收起压盘),并且允许压缩后的捆包膨胀最大压缩高度的2至25%。将膨胀后的捆包进行完全包裹并捆扎。经包裹捆扎后的捆包具有平坦或基本平坦的表面,并且丝束可易于解包。
已经确定,具有平坦或基本平坦的表面并易于解包的丝束捆包可以按照如下步骤制造:
参照图3,在第一实施例中,压盘的高度用H3表示,2.5≤H3<7.6cm(1≤H3<3英寸)。在目标压力下的压缩周期为2-8分钟之间。压盘的轮廓为连续曲线。
参照图5,在第二实施例中,压盘的高度用H5表示,7.6≤H5<12.7cm(3≤H5<5英寸)。在目标压力下的压缩周期为0.1-5分钟之间。压盘的轮廓为具有至少2个线性斜面部分的轮廓表面,优选为至少3个线性斜面部分。图5所示为这种轮廓表面的一个例子。第一(或初始)斜面部分42与压盘的外围的边缘相邻接。第二(或中间)斜面部分44与斜面部分42相邻接。第三(或最后或最高)斜面部分46与第二斜面部分44相邻接,并被定义为压盘的最高表面。第一斜面的斜度可以是大于5°但小于40°。第二斜面的斜度可以是大于5°但小于20°。第三斜面的斜度是0°至15°。如果压盘是对称的(或正方形);每个部分的斜度是相等的。如果压盘是非对称(或矩形);每部分的两各边的侧面斜度就是不相等的(相对的侧面是相等的)。在非对称的情况时,在侧面与具有不同斜度的侧面斜面间,要注意避免尖锐的过渡,这些过渡不应该形成锐利的边缘。取而代之,这些过渡必须是逐级的,从一个侧面到一个侧面的角度不小于175°。对角线角的过渡(或线)没有尖端。
在前文对第二实施例的说明中,压盘36和38由木材制成(例如:松木)。然而,压盘也可以由其他原料制造,例如:合成材料(例如:尼龙,聚酯)或金属(例如:钢)。如果压盘是由后者这些材料制造,那么高度(H5)可以为7.6cm(3英寸)或更低。
前文所述可以用以下例子进一步说明:
如下文详细论述,准备几个纤维捆包样品,测量每个纤维捆包样品上表面的增高的量,以确定与参照物相比捆包拱形减少的百分比。用平坦的压盘制作的参照捆包和用中凸的压盘制造的试验捆包的高度差来计算减少的百分比。捆包的高度是以捆包表面的最高点的高度进行测量,从地面测量距离。然后,捆包被打开,并检测纤维的移动性能。然后,统计移动过程中的疵点数,并给出疵点参数等级。疵点参数等级是在纤维在加工前解包时过程中的一个目测质量检查。在设定好的一段时间内,例如:5-10分钟,可观察到纤维在进入下游加工设备之前离开捆包的情况。通常,在高速下进行测试,这样可以放大潜在的疵点,例如:600米/分钟。该等级基于疵点的长度乘以乘数。表1中表示的是尺度和乘数。

优选的捆包应该具有最高的中凸减少百分比和最低的疵点指数。上述测试的结果见下文的表II。制造纤维捆包样品的条件随生产率和所需的在目标捆包压力下的时间而变化。纤维捆包样品1是使用标准的平坦压盘制造,纤维捆包样品2-8是使用按照本发明制造的捆包压盘(木制)制造。

Claims (7)
1.一种醋酸纤维丝束捆包的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
将醋酸纤维丝束平放在圆筒中;
用带有第一个压盘和第二压盘的压缩机压缩平放的丝束,压盘之间面对面地设置,每个压盘具有棱锥形状,该棱锥的每个侧面是轮廓表面,各轮廓表面具有至少两个线性斜面部分,第一线性斜面部分具有第一斜度,与压盘外周边缘邻接;第二线性斜面部分具有第二斜度,与第一线性斜面部分邻接,其中,第一斜度的范围为5°至40°,第二斜度的范围为5°至20°,第一斜度大于第二斜度;以及
包装并固定被压缩丝束,
由此制成具有基本平坦表面的被压缩丝束。
