Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于喷射系统的体积流调节的方法和装置。座阀(3)被用于体积流调节。为此目的,在体积流调节中考虑了座阀(3)上游中存在的压力的影响。
Description
本发明涉及一种按照权利要求1或4的前序部分的特征所述的用于喷射系统的体积流调节的方法和装置。
用于运行内燃机的燃料喷射装置一般地自多年以来就为人所知。在一种所谓的共轨喷射系统中通过喷射器尤其是通过压电喷射器向内燃机的各燃烧室中供给燃料。在此情况下燃烧质量取决于高压蓄压器的压力。为了使内燃机达到尽可能高的比功率和同时实现低的有害排放物,必须调节高压蓄压器的压力。此时在使用高压泵和蓄压器的情况下燃料的喷射压力可以到达1600至1800巴。
高压蓄压器的压力调节此时可以采用不同的方式实现。依据喷射系统的结构的不同情况,这可以利用高压区中的压力调节阀和位于高压泵的低压侧的体积调节阀实施,或者仅仅由位于高压泵的低压侧的体积调节阀实施。以下仅仅讨论第二种情况,即依据体积调节阀的压力调节。此时是通过调节在高压泵的低压区中的体积流对高压蓄压器压力实施调节的。这种体积流的调节不仅取决于系统的需要,这种系统的需要由喷入燃烧室中的燃料量确定,而且取决于由于转换泄漏损失从喷射器中出来的燃料量。
此时可以借助于滑阀实施体积流调节。但是它们不适合用于体积流调节,因为它们受原理限制具有在活塞上的间隙泄漏损。这种间隙泄漏损失大于喷射系统在空转或惯性运行时的消耗量。
在利用座阀进行体积流调节情况下,一个截止机构,例如一个压在座上的球,完全截断体积流通流和由此阻止出现的间隙损失。但是在座阀情况下作用于截止机构上的压力对阀的必要的通流具有影响。因此压力的改变导致存储的阀特性曲线位移。此时在阀的特性曲线中与要调整的体积流相关联地记载对阀的必要的电流供给。
本发明的任务在于考虑在阀特性曲线中作用在截止机构上的压力的变化。
按照本发明该任务通过权利要求1和4的特征解决。本发明的有利的实施例记载在从属权利要求中。
由本发明获得的优点尤其在于考虑了作用于截止机构的压力变化,由此可以获得喷射系统的提高的调节质量。
此时针对作用于截止机构上的不同的压力确定依据电流供给调节的体积流并且记录在发动机特征曲线族中。
本发明的细节依据附图进行描述。附图所示:

图1示出了用于调节燃料喷射量的喷射系统的方块图。此时该喷射系统由输送燃料的低压泵2,具有通向燃料箱1的回流管5的体积流调节阀3,将燃料供到高压蓄压器6中的高压泵4,测量体积流调节阀3之前的压力的测量单元8,和用于将燃料喷射到的内燃机燃烧室中的喷射器7,7′和7″组成,该内燃机燃烧室在附图中没有示出。已经证明是非常有利的是将一个阀座应用于该体积流调节阀3。
利用低压泵2将燃料从燃料箱1输送出来和通过体积流调节阀3供到高压泵4。高压泵4接着将由低压泵2供给的燃料供到高压蓄压器6。此时在高压蓄压器6中可以建立起直至1800巴的压力。最后通过喷射器7,7′和7″将燃料从高压蓄压器6喷入燃烧室。设置在低压泵2和高压泵4之间的具有通向燃料箱的回流管5的体积流调节阀3,例如座阀,用来调节高压蓄压器6内的压力。此时依据在测量单元8中测量的压力,通过对体积流调节阀3的执行元件的电流供给实施体积流调节阀3的调节。借助于体积流调节阀3调节低压泵2抽吸体积和由此确定高压蓄压器6中的压力。
图2示出了一个座阀的剖面图。在该实施例中设置的球元件1用于截断流入室12和流出室13之间的体积流的通流。此时燃料从低压泵2被供到流入室12。燃料通过流出室13经回流管达到燃料箱。球元件1此时在初始位置上通过弹簧11保持在关闭的位置上,从而截断从流入室12进入流出室13的体积流。借助于执行元件10可以将球元件1压入流入室12。此时对执行元件10的电流供给越大,球元件1被压入流入室12中的距离就越大。基于流入室12中的压力p1和流出室13中的压力p2之间的压力差可以调节体积流。此时球元件被压入流入室12中越远和/或在流入室12和流出室13体之间的压力差越大,则体积流就越大。
如果流入室12中的压力p1升高,则必须对执行元件10提供更强的电流供给,以便将球元件1逆着形成的流动方向压到与压力没有被升高的情况下相同的位置上。对于球元件11在流动方向上被打开的这种没有示出的情况,当流入室中的压力升高时需要减小对执行元件的电流供给,以便将球元件压到与压力没有被升高的情况下相同的位置上。
图3示出了依据作用于截止机构上的压力的情况产生的阀特性曲线图的位移。此时体积流的变化趋势Q与对执行元件的电流供给I相关联地示出。
此时体积流变化V1相应于在流入室中的初始压力p1下的变化。一旦流入室中的压力p1升高,就需要提高对执行元件的电流供给I,使得相同的体积流Q能够通过座阀流动。此时在流入室中的更高的压力p1情况下形成一个新的体积流变化V1′。
Claims (3)
1.借助于体积流调节单元(3)在内燃机的喷射设备的喷射系统中进行体积流调节的方法,所述体积流调节单元设计成座阀并且设置在所述喷射系统的低压泵(2)和高压泵(4)之间,所述座阀具有可以通过供给电流操作的、作用于一个截止机构上的执行元件(10),
其中依据对喷射系统供给的燃料量和由于转换泄露损失从该喷射系统中出来的燃料量进行体积流调节,
其特征在于:
在进行体积流调节中,包括在体积流调节单元(3)的面对低压泵(2)的输入端上测量的各当前的压力值作为另外的调节参数,其中依据测量的压力值对执行元件(10)如此地供给电流,使得作用于截止机构上的压力对体积流的影响被考虑。
2.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,依据在体积流调节单元(3)的面对低压泵(2)的输入端上的所述测量的压力,借助于储存的特征曲线族,该特征曲线族包含针对作用于截止机构上的用于不同的压力的、依据所述供给电流调整的体积流,识别用于所述供给电流的要被调整的调节单元值并且通过对体积流调节单元(3)的相应的供给电流来调节要被调整的体积流。
3.用于实施按照权利要求1或2所述方法的装置,该装置具有一个用于体积流调节的体积流调节单元(3),其特征在于,所述体积流调节单元设计成座阀,所述座阀具有可以通过供给电流操作的、作用于一个截止机构上的执行元件(10),其中所述截止机构设计成球元件,所述球元件为了打开阀座被执行元件(10)在克服一个弹簧的作用下移开。
