技术领域
本发明涉及一种尤其用于汽车的风挡玻璃刮水装置(windscreenwiper device)，所述风挡玻璃刮水装置包括弹性的、长形的载体部件和长形的、柔性材料的刮水片，所述刮水片可以与待被刮擦的风挡玻璃紧靠设置，并且所述刮水片是平叶片类型的且包括至少一个槽，在所述槽中布置有载体部件的纵向条，其中所述风挡玻璃刮水装置还包括安装头，用于向所述刮水片传递往复运动。
背景技术
应注意，本发明不限于汽车，而是也涉及有轨客车和其它(快速)车辆。
这种风挡玻璃刮水装置从欧洲专利公开no.1514752(Federal-mogul S.A.)中已知。在该欧洲专利公开中所说明的风挡玻璃刮水装置包括可安装在驱动轴上的安装头和借助枢转销可枢转地连接到所述安装头的臂构件，其中所述臂构件在包括两个侧壁的所述枢转销附近具有基本U形横截面，其中安装头的一部分在侧壁之间延伸并且超出所述枢转销。
从上述欧洲专利公开中已知的风挡玻璃刮水臂的缺点是它包括许多具有专用形状的复杂部件，其中参考该专利中所述的摆动臂，其由塑料臂构件构成，该塑料臂构件在其一端处借助枢转销可枢转地连接到安装头且在其另一端处绕杆状部件折叠。显然，这需要复杂的机械、工具以及包含的所有费用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是消除该缺点，使成本最小化而不使用复杂的机械和额外的工具，提出一种配合在各种不同汽车上的简单而有效的风挡玻璃刮水装置。
根据本发明，在前序中所提及的风挡玻璃刮水臂的特征在于，所述风挡玻璃刮水装置还包括用于将所述刮水片可拆卸地直接连接到所述安装头的连接装置，其中所述连接装置定位在所述刮水片的一端附近。优选地，所述风挡玻璃刮水装置还包括定位在所述刮水片的另一端附近且连接到所述纵向条的一端的连接块。本发明的要点是设法不使用中间摆动臂，由此避免摆动臂与刮水片之间以及安装头与摆动臂之间的关节。这样不但确保在制造所述风挡玻璃刮水装置中可以在包含所有优点(诸如较便宜、较轻、较少的对UV-光敏感的塑料材料)的情况下使用较少的部件，而且也可以消除诸如磨损的缺点。另外，通过将所述连接装置直接连接到安装头，所述刮水片安装成较接近待被刮擦的风挡玻璃，以便改善刮擦特性。有利地，所述连接装置和所述连接块在所述刮水片的相反端部处连接到所述刮水片。
所述连接装置和所述安装头各自都优选地由一个部件制成。本发明的风挡玻璃刮水装置尤其设计成用在汽车的后窗处。
优选地，所述风挡玻璃刮水装置在其纵向侧面上包括相对的纵向槽，在所述纵向槽中布置有载体部件的间隔开的纵向条，其中所述纵向条的相邻端部通过在所述刮水片的一端处的所述连接装置并通过在所述刮水片的另一端处的所述连接块而相互连接。所述连接装置可以胶合、软焊、夹持、咬合或焊接到所述纵向条上。
在根据本发明的风挡玻璃刮水装置的优选实施例中，所述纵向条以在连接装置附近的曲率大于在所述刮水片的另一端附近的曲率的方式被偏压，全部都可以在拆卸位置中看到。换句话说，沿着与待被刮擦的风挡玻璃垂直的中间横向平面看到，在拆卸位置中所述刮水片具有不对称的形状。因而，当所述刮水片用足够的力加压到所述待被刮擦的风挡玻璃上以增强刮擦特性时，所述刮水片能够跟随待被刮擦的风挡玻璃的任何曲率。
在根据本发明的风挡玻璃刮水装置的又一优选实施例中，安装头与刮水片之间的相互连接不允许任何枢转运动。换句话说，在安装位置中所述安装头与所述连接装置不能相对于彼此运动，即，相对于彼此是静止的。
在根据本发明的风挡玻璃刮水装置的又一优选实施例中，所述安装头为了转动而固定到轴，其中所述轴可顺时针和逆时针交替地转动，携带所述安装头转动。因而，所述安装头继而使连接装置加入转动，并由此使刮水片运动。在可替代方案中，所述安装头为了平移而固定到托架(carriage)，其中所述托架可以沿一个直线方向和沿着另一相反直线方向交替地平移，携带所述安装头平移。本发明因此可以用于所述安装头的圆形或直线运动。

Claims (9)

2.根据权利要求1所述的风挡玻璃刮水装置(1)，其中所述风挡玻璃刮水装置(1)还包括定位在所述刮水片(2)的另一端附近且连接到所述纵向条(4)的一端的连接块(6)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的风挡玻璃刮水装置(1)，其中所述纵向条(4)以在所述连接装置(7)附近的曲率大于在所述刮水片(2)的所述另一端附近的曲率的方式被偏压。
