Abstract

一种压滤机滤板分组拉开振打装置,其结构由固定支架、移动车架、振打气缸、套筒弹簧装置和滤布支撑架组成,固定支架横梁和竖梁组成框架式,横梁上端安装移动车架,设齿条与移动车架的齿轮相配合,在固定支架横梁的侧面设有托链盒内安装托链,高压进气软管安装在托链内,高压进气软管外接外来气源,内接气源分流阀连接气源三联件,通过气管道连接气缸体,移动车架安装有套筒弹簧装置和振打杆,滤布支撑架安装在滤板两侧,移动车架两端设限位器复回原位。本发明结构简单容易操作,工人减少劳动强度,达到滤板分组拉开卸除滤饼效果,从而提高生产效率。

Description

压滤机滤板分组振打装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种压滤机振打装置。具体地说,涉及一种压滤机滤板分组拉开卸除滤饼的振打装置。
背景技术
压滤机是固液分离行业中的主要过滤设备,滤液经过滤后滤饼留在滤板的滤室中,压滤机自动拉板装置把滤板拉开卸除滤饼,达到过滤的目的。在现有技术中,由于压滤机过滤面积大滤板数量多,逐块拉板时间长,采用把数块滤板分组拉开卸除滤饼来提高生产效率。
其不足之处在于,由于过滤行业不同滤饼成分复杂,有的含有微小颗粒,有的滤饼还有粘性,使滤板分组拉开后滤饼不能自动坠落,使滤板分组拉开卸除滤饼出现难题,如果采用人工铲除工作效率低,而且清除速度又很慢,同时很容易损坏滤布,增加生产成本,影响过滤效率,使工人增加劳动强度,从而使生产受到影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种使滤板自动分组拉开的振打装置,以克服背景技术中存在的缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的滤板分组拉开振打装置安装在压滤机主体上端,分组振打装置由PLC程序控制运行,振打装置结构由固定支架、移动车架、振打气缸、套筒弹簧装置和滤布支撑架组成,固定支架设支撑腿安装在压滤机上端,由固定支架横梁和竖梁组成框架式,前支撑腿与压滤机止推板连接,后支撑腿与油缸座连接,固定支架横梁上端安装移动车架,两横梁设齿条与移动车架安装的驱动齿轮相配合,在固定支架横梁的侧面设有托链盒内装托链,高压进气软管安装在托链内,高压进气软管外接外来气源,内接气源分流阀,由气管道连接气源三联件,再由气管道连接气缸体,移动车架定位安装有接近开关两端设限位器。
所述的移动车架它由横梁和竖梁组成框架式,移动车架的上端安装移动滑轮下端安装移动抱道轮;
所述的移动车架装有减速制动电机,在减速制动电机的减速箱内安装有对称的驱动轴;
所述的套筒弹簧装置,它主要由套筒、弹簧和芯轴组成,套筒内的弹簧与芯轴法兰连接,芯轴的上端与移动车架的横梁连接,套筒连接振打杆;
所述的滤布支撑架,安装在滤板上端,定位座中心安装芯轴,在芯轴的中心装有弹簧,芯轴的上端安装支撑座,滤布的套筒安装在支撑杆;
压滤机在进料完成滤室充满滤饼后,拉板装置采用把数块滤板分为几组,使第一组滤板拉开,振打装置的移动车架由减速制动电机驱动齿轮传动到振打位置,通过安装在滤板上的接近开关停止,根据PLC程序的控制气源分流阀打开,通过气源三联件使气缸开始锤击振打杆,由程序控制气缸振打的次数,振打杆由套筒弹簧装置自动缩回,滤布支撑杆受到振打杆振动滤饼自动脱落,完成第一组振打后,程序控制开始拉开第二组滤板,依次分组振打完成,最终端设有限位器使移动车架复回原位。
由本发明的实施,解决了压滤机滤板分组拉开滤饼不坠落的不足之处,使卸除滤饼有效地实施,使滤布保持足够的透气量,降低成本达到过滤的目的,结构简单容易操作,使工人减少劳动强度,实现全自动化的控制,达到滤板分组拉开卸除滤饼的理想效果,从而提高生产效率。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1、至图6所示,本发明提供的滤板分组振打装置,固定支架的支架横梁24和支架主梁1组成框架式,支架腿23安装在压滤机止推板和油缸座上面,支架横梁24和支架主梁1使用的材料为长方形管材,材质为Q235焊接而成,支架主梁1上端面安装有齿条2与齿轮18连接,在支架主梁1的侧面设有拖链架体,拖链17安装在拖链架体上,气源主管道20安装在拖链17上面,气源主管道20一端与气源分流阀19连接,另一端设有气源接口22连接。
移动车架由移动横梁16和竖梁15组成框架式,横梁16和竖梁15使用的材料为槽钢,材质为Q235焊接而成,减速制动电机8(公知的技术,不在描述)安装在移动车架的竖梁15上面,驱动轴14安装在减速制动电机8的孔内,另一端安装滑轮12和齿轮18与齿条2连接,气源三联件13(公知的技术,不在描述)安装在移动车架的竖梁15上面,气源分管道21一端连接气源三联件13另一端与气源分流阀19连接,气源分流阀19的底座焊接支架与移动车架横梁16连接,气缸总成6安装在移动车架横梁16的下面,气缸总成6与套筒弹簧装置5振打杆11同轴直线安装,气缸总成6通过气源分管道21与气源三联件13连接。抱道轮7设有轮架安装在移动车架的横梁16的下面。
套筒弹簧装置5上端安装在移动车架的横梁16的下面,套筒弹簧装置5的下端与振打杆11连接,套筒底板33焊接在振打杆11上面,套筒底板33上面用螺栓与套简体30连接,套筒芯轴31下端设有法兰盘35与套筒弹簧34连接,套筒芯轴31上端设有螺纹和法兰盘35用螺母36紧固在套筒吊板32的下底板,套筒吊板32再用螺栓与移动车架横梁16连接。
滤板4安装在压滤机的主梁上,滤布弹簧支架25安装在滤板4的上端两侧,滤布弹簧芯轴28中间装滤布弹簧26与滤布弹簧支架25连接,滤布弹簧芯轴28下端为螺纹螺母与滤布弹簧支架25连接,滤布弹簧芯轴28上端为方形滤布架杆套29设有两孔,滤布架杆27安装在方形架杆套29的孔内,两端用卡簧固定,滤布3制作成套筒式进入滤布架杆27固定,滤布3的中心进料孔用滤布夹布器紧固在滤板4的进料孔上。

Claims (5)

1.一种压滤机滤板分组拉开振打装置,其特征在于:它安装在压滤机主体上端,振打装置结构由固定支架、移动车架、振打气缸、套筒弹簧装置和滤布支撑架组成,固定支架设支撑腿安装在压滤机上端,由固定支架横梁和竖梁组成框架式,前支撑腿与压滤机止推板连接,后支撑腿与油缸座连接,固定支架横梁上端安装移动车架,两横梁设齿条与移动车架安装的驱动齿轮相配合,在固定支架横梁的侧面设有托链盒内装托链,高压进气软管安装在托链内,高压进气软管外接外来气源,内接气源分流阀,由气管道连接气源三联件,再由气管道连接气缸体,移动车架振打定位安装有接近开关两端设限位器。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种压滤机滤板分组拉开振打装置,其特征在于:移动车架它由横梁和竖梁组成框架式,移动车架的上端安装移动滑轮下端安装移动抱道轮。
3.如权利要求1所述的移动车架,其特征在于:移动车架装有减速制动电机,在减速制动电机的减速箱内安装有对称的驱动轴。
4.如权利要求1所述的套筒弹簧装置,其特征在于:,它主要由套筒、弹簧和芯轴组成,套筒内的弹簧与芯轴法兰连接,芯轴的上端与移动车架的横梁连接,套筒连接振打杆。
5.如权利要求1所述的滤布支撑架,其特征在于:安装在滤板上端,定位座中心安装芯轴,在芯轴的中心装有弹簧,芯轴的上端安装支撑座,滤布的套筒安装在支撑杆。
