灵芝虫草酱油的制备方法,包含如下步骤
a、将原料灵芝、虫草、桑黄、木豆粉碎:将原料灵芝、虫草、桑黄及木豆,按照重量比灵芝∶虫草∶桑黄∶木豆=(3-5)∶(1-3)∶(1-3)∶(1-3)备料,以粉碎机粉碎为粉末,以100-200目筛过筛;
b、制备灵芝、虫草、桑黄、木豆水浸液:将经过步骤a粉碎的原料粉末加入重量比为100-150、温度为70℃-80℃的水中,浸泡1-2小时;
c、制备灵芝、虫草、桑黄、木豆水浸液与酱油的混合液:将步骤b所得的灵芝、虫草、桑黄、木豆水浸液与重量为该水浸液100倍、比重为1-1.5克/毫升的酱油混合,得到灵芝、虫草、桑黄、木豆水浸液与酱油的混合液;
d、灭菌装瓶:将步骤c所得的灵芝、虫草、桑黄、木豆水浸液与酱油的混合液,以紫外线灭菌,装瓶,成为成品。

实施例二
灵芝∶虫草∶桑黄∶木豆∶水∶比重为1.16克/毫升的酱油=4∶2∶2∶2∶120∶13000。
实施例三
灵芝∶虫草∶桑黄∶木豆∶水∶比重为1.16克/毫升的酱油=5∶3∶3∶3∶150∶16400。

1.灵芝虫草酱油,其特征在于其原料为灵芝、虫草、桑黄、木豆、水及比重为1-1.5克/毫升的酱油;各原料的重量比为,灵芝∶虫草∶桑黄∶木豆∶水∶酱油=(3-5)∶(1-3)∶(1-3)∶(1-3)∶(100-150)∶(10600-16400);所述的灵芝、虫草、桑黄、木豆以粉碎机粉碎为粉末,以100-200目筛过筛;将粉碎的原料粉末加入重量比为100-150、温度为70℃-80℃的水中,浸泡1-2小时制成水浸液,再将水浸液与重量为该水浸液100倍、比重1-1.5克/毫升的酱油混合。
2.灵芝虫草酱油的制备方法,其特征在于其制备步骤如下:
a、将原料灵芝、虫草、桑黄、木豆粉碎:将原料灵芝、虫草、桑黄及木豆,按照重量比灵芝∶虫草∶桑黄∶木豆=(3-5)∶(1-3)∶(1-3)∶(1-3)备料,以粉碎机粉碎为粉末,以100-200目筛过筛;
b、制备灵芝、虫草、桑黄、木豆水浸液:将经过步骤a粉碎的原料粉末加入重量比为100-150、温度为70℃-80℃的水中,浸泡1-2小时;
c、制备灵芝、虫草、桑黄、木豆水浸液与酱油的混合液:将步骤b所得的灵芝、虫草、桑黄、木豆水浸液与重量为该水浸液100倍、比重1-1.5克/毫升的酱油混合,得到灵芝、虫草、桑黄、木豆水浸液与酱油的混合液;
d、灭菌装瓶:将步骤c所得的灵芝、虫草、桑黄、木豆水浸液与酱油的混合液,以紫外线灭菌,装瓶,成为成品。
