技术领域
本发明涉及一种电互连系统,更具体地说,涉及用于安装在屋瓦系统中的光电能阵列的电互连系统。
背景技术
光电(PV)模块或者阵列从太阳能产生电力。通过PV模块产生的电力降低不可再生资源例如化石燃料和核能需要的能量的量。显著的环保效益还可从太阳能发电中获得,例如,降低燃烧化石燃料带来的空气污染,降低发电厂的水和土地的使用,并且降低废物副产品的存储。太阳能不产生噪音,并具有较少的运动部件。由于其可靠性,PV模块还降低消费者的住宅和商业用电成本。
PV电池实质上是大面积的晶体二极管。由于光电效应,当PV电池通过光源例如日光进行照射时,光子的能量在PV电池内转变为电力。PV电池一般被互连到具有高达100瓦或者更大功率范围的太阳能模块中。对于大的PV系统,专门的PV模块产生有高达数百瓦的一般功率范围。光电模块是光电发电系统的基本元件。根据期望的电压和电流参数,PV模块具有串联或者并联的太阳能电池。PV电池被连接并布置在底部的聚乙烯板和顶部的钢化玻璃之间。PV电池被互连于半导体材料的上侧上的薄的触头。典型的晶体模块功率范围从几瓦直到200瓦/模块。
在正面或者屋顶系统的情形中,可以在构建过程中安装光电系统,或者在建好后加入到建筑物中。屋顶系统通常是低功率的系统,例如10kW,以满足一般的住宅负荷。屋顶集成光电系统可以包括不同的模块类型,例如晶体和微孔非晶模块。一部分自然日光通过模块转移到建筑物中。屋顶集成光电系统被集成到屋顶内;以使得其整个屋顶或者一部分屋顶被光电模块覆盖,或者其在后来被加入到屋顶。PV电池可以与屋瓦结合起来。
PV模块/阵列需要专门设计的装置,该装置适于彼此互连各PV模块/阵列以及互连于配电系统。PV连接系统用于容纳PV阵列的串联和并联连接。除了接线盒之外,PV连接系统包括连接器,这些连接器允许快速现场安装或者高速制造制成一定长度的电缆组件。
现有的PV屋瓦采用电连接器系统,其需要定制的工具用于制造端子。该工具类似螺丝刀或者具有末端分叉的扳手,其与连接器主体内的槽配合。当接合在连接器主体槽中时,通过枢转或者旋转所述工具以使槽选择性地对齐在打开或者闭合位置,线接头被锁定在连接器内部或者在连接器内被解开。然而,除了需要屋顶安装者携带昂贵的额外的工具的不便性之外,这些分叉件在现场容易损坏,因为当施加力矩时将其折断仅需相对小的力。再者,当插入到连接器主体中的导体被预先镀锡时,工具可能对不准连接器。因此,待解决的问题是需要一种用于PV屋瓦的电互连系统,其在屋瓦和电缆导体之间提供牢固、可靠的机电连接。
发明内容
解决方案通过用于屋瓦系统的PV阵列的电连接器系统提供。该电连接器系统包括主体部分和插头组件。主体部分和插头组件可锁定地接合。主体部分具有柔性锁定件、形成开口于一端的凹槽的周边末端和肋。一对阴腔体从邻近凹槽的周边末端向内延伸。阴腔体都被配置成以接收集成在主体部分内的导体部分。边缘连接器部分沿着与顶部边缘相对的主体部分的一部分周边定位。锁定件从主体部分的顶部边缘向外延伸并包括远端,突起形成在远端用于保持性地接合插头组件。每个插头组件包括用于保持地接收远端的突起的第一槽口和用于接收肋部分的第二槽口。插头组件每个还包括一对环形的阳突起,其从插头组件的周边末端向外延伸。每个阳突起被配置成以将电缆导体的末端端子接收在其中。电缆导体延伸过插头组件并从相对末端出来。该对阳突起被配置成以密封连接方式接合该对阴腔体。当主体部分和肋部分配合时,导体部分的每一个通过相关电缆导体末端端子形成电连接。锁定件突起保持地接合在第一槽口内,插头组件通过操控锁定件突起件而脱离。
本发明的优点在于,其提供低成本的端子方案,其具有良好的对齐、密封、锁定和散热,并且其实现不需要使用用于制造端子的工具。
本发明的另一优点在于,其包括传统的可靠的端子接口,其具有正向锁扣锁定特征的平的阳推动式(push-on)端子。
本发明的另一优点在于,其采用具有推动式刀端子的可靠的端子接触接口。
本发明的又一优点在于,一种具有电缆正锁扣锁定特征的过模制连接器瓦组件。
本发明的再又一优点在于,整个插头组件具有配合在屋瓦系统的有限范围内的小截面。

具体实施方式
参照图1和2,电互连系统一般用10表示。连接器主体12罩住内部导体部分14、16和18;二极管组件20以及孔22、24和26。孔22、24设置在连接器主体12的背面或者朝下的侧面上以使得能够焊接凸片到PV板上,并且孔26设置在连接器主体12的背面或者朝下的侧面上以便为二极管提供通风孔用于散热。优选地,导体部分14、16和18以及二极管20插入模制在连接器部分12中。一个接触部分16或者18可包括在二极管20周围形成直角的一体的板状部分16a,用于接触二极管20的散热片20c。板部分16a提供具有散热片20c的额外的散热表面。
导体部分14、16和18分别延伸到连接器主体12的末端40、38处的凹槽30和32或者34和36中。凹槽30、32、34和36被布置成以接收阴端子主体42、42a,其从插头组件14突起,与导体部分44、44a电连通。通过非限定性的例子,阴端子体42、42a可以是压接型的端子,例如由宾夕法尼亚中部城市的Tyco Electronics公司制造的250连接器。
连接器主体12具有从顶部边缘50延伸的一对锁定部分46、48,并且一对保持肋或者锁定件52、54与锁定部分46、48相对布置。锁定部分46、48和保持肋52、54在一端形成凹槽56、58用于接收插头组件60。每个插头组件60包括一对绝缘的或者过模制的阴连接器部分62、64。阴接触部分62、64通过与导体部分14、16和18摩擦接触而服贴地配合到凹槽30、32、34和36中。当与凹槽30和32或者34和36接合时,柔性过模塑件96提供围绕阴接触部分62、64的防水密封。
每个插头组件60具有沿着顶部边缘68的槽口66,其适于接收连接器主体12的锁定部分46、48。再者,插头组件60中的槽口70位于沿着底部边缘72与槽口66相对,用于接收连接器主体12的肋52和54。插头组件60的槽口66和槽口70通过分别与锁定部分46、48和肋部分52、54咬合配合而保持地结合连接器主体12。锁定部分46或者48通过沿着插头组件60的向前边缘78分别折曲锁定部分46、48的倾斜边缘74、76而接合插头组件60的槽口66。锁定部分46、48形成在连接器主体顶部边缘50的延伸件80、82的远端。延伸件80、82是足够弹性的以允许锁定部分46、48在前边缘78上面偏斜倾斜边缘74的边框部分84,并咬合到槽口66中。同时,延伸件80、82是足够刚性的以当显著的横向力施加时维持锁定部分46、48在槽口66内,也就是在插头组件上用力拔拉时不应当使锁定部分46、48从槽口66脱离。锁定部分46、48具有延伸端86、88,其从接合的插头组件60和槽口66的表面对角线地向外突起,以允许锁定部分46、48从插头组件60脱离。当压力例如通过手指操控或者通过支点力例如平的螺丝起子、刀口等被施加到延伸端86、88时,锁定部分46、48从槽口60柔性地缩回。肋部分52、54提供防止插头组件60意外脱离的补充保证。通过上述安置,插头组件60可通过人手的相对小的嵌入力而保持地接合连接器主体12。孔90优选地为椭圆形状以允许指端插入和握持以施加插入或者拆除力到插头组件60和连接器主体12。插头组件60/连接器主体12结构能使PV屋瓦104(参见图5)通过人手连接和拆开,也就是不需要专门工具,并且优选地不需要工具。接合和/或脱离插头组件60和连接器主体12需要的力优选地通过用手抓住两个部分并将两个部分按压在一起直到锁定部分46或者48与插头组件60的槽口66接合而实现。
极性标记92、94施加到插头组件60和连接器主体12的过/插入模以防止错误连接。优选地,极性标记将模制在插头组件60和连接器主体12内。如图1所示,插头组件60的极性标记92、94呈现为相反的,因为当安装时后表面面对屋瓦。除了极性标记92、94之外,锁定部分70、66提供保证插头组件60不会插入到错误的极中的极性特征。
接着参照图3-5,示出连接系统的替代实施例。插头/电缆组件100集成到安装在屋瓦104上的连接器主体12内。插头/电缆组件100包括在一端的插头组件60和通过导体44、44a互连的连接器主体12。锁定部分46和48、凹槽38和40以及肋部分52和54在该构型中设置在连接器主体12的一端上,导体44、44a通过连接技术例如焊接或者压接而过模制为与内部导体部分14或者16和散热片16a接触。
连接器主体12具有边缘部分102,其覆盖连接器主体12和PV屋瓦104之间的连接(参见图5)。优选地,边缘部分102是由塑料材料制成,但是,可使用任何适当的材料。边缘部分102防止湿气进入PV屋瓦104和连接器主体12之间的接口。PV屋瓦104被配置成以将太阳能转换为直流电。连接器部分12优选地通过模制导热树脂例如PPO(聚苯醚树脂)而制成。
接着参照图6,示出本发明的替代实施例,与图1和2中描述的连接器主体12相比,其中锁定部分47设置在插头组件60上并从插头组件60的向前边缘78向外延伸。连接器主体12包括槽口49和51,其被配置成以保持地接合锁定部分47。

Claims (10)
1.一种用于互连光电屋瓦系统的电气元件的连接器系统(10),其特征在于:
主体部分(12)和插头组件(14),所述主体部分(12)和插头组件(14)能够锁定地接合,以及
所述主体部分(12)具有柔性锁定件(46,48)、形成开口于一端的凹槽(56,58)的周边末端和肋(52,54),以及一对从与所述凹槽(56,58)相邻的所述周边的末端向内延伸的阴腔体(30,32,34,36);所述锁定件(46,48)从所述主体部分(12)的顶部边缘(50)向外延伸并具有远端,一突起形成在所述远端上;所述阴腔体(30,32,34,36)都被配置成以接收导体部分(14,16,18),其中所述导体部分(14,16,18)集成在所述主体部分(12)内;边缘连接器部分(102)沿着所述主体部分(12)的一部分周边;

9.如权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述多个导体的一个导体还被焊接到二极管(20)的散热片(20c)并被配置成以通过热传导提供额外的散热,同时维持所述光电屋瓦电路的电绝缘。
10.如权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述电缆导体是压接的线缆250Faston连接器和250Faston凸片。
