Abstract
本发明提供一种内圈的内径在9mm以下,且可确保较高额定动载荷的极小尺寸的圆锥滚子轴承。通过将圆锥滚子3的平均直径DRAVE与内圈1的内径DIi的比DRAVE/DIi设为0.45~0.70,能够以内圈1的内径DIi为9mm的极小尺寸的圆锥滚子轴承来确保较高的额定动载荷。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及极小尺寸的圆锥滚子轴承。
背景技术
在安装于各种机器人的机械臂或手等的减速器中,作为滚动轴承使用能够承受径向载荷和轴向载荷的角接触球轴承或圆锥滚子轴承(例如参照专利文献1)。对于在安装于精密加工用或医疗用等的小型机器人上的减速器等中使用的滚动轴承而言,其内圈的内径需要是9mm以下的极小的尺寸。以往,这种尺寸极小的滚动轴承只有球轴承,且将角接触球轴承用于此用途。
专利文献1:日本专利特开2005-240997号公报
近年来,有要求精密加工用或医疗用等机器人小型且高输出的倾向,而此类减速器等中使用的滚动轴承,在使用以往的尺寸极小的角接触球轴承方面存在载荷能力不足的问题。而众所周知,通常情况下圆锥滚子轴承比角接触球轴承的载荷能力高。因此,在这种用途上也期望出现一种能够确保足够的载荷能力、即额定动载荷的极小尺寸的圆锥滚子轴承。
发明内容
于是,本发明的课题在于提供一种内圈的内径在9mm以下,且能够确保较高额定动载荷的极小尺寸的圆锥滚子轴承。
为了解决上述壳体,本发明是一种在内圈与外圈的滚道面间将多个圆锥滚子保持排列在保持器上的圆锥滚子轴承,其采用了将上述内圈的内径DIi设为9mm以下,将上述圆锥滚子的平均直径DRAVE与上述内圈的内径DIi的比DRAVE/DIi设为0.45~0.70的构成。圆锥滚子的平均直径DRAVE是刨除圆锥滚子两端的倒角部的有效长度的最小直径和最大直径的总和的1/2。
众所周知,普通的滚子轴承的额定动载荷Pc如图3(a)、(b)所示,相对于滚子的直径DR及个数N,分别与DR29/27与N3/4成比例地增大(JIS B 1518)。另外,由于受制于在节圆直径的圆周上排列滚子,因此在滚子直径DR与个数N之间,存在(1)式的关系。

这里,C是滚子间的周向间隙,DIO是内圈滚道面的外径。
因此,根据图3(a)、(b)所示的滚子的直径DR及个数N相对于额定动载荷Pc的关系和由(1)式制约的滚子的直径DR和个数N的关系,可用(2)式来表示滚子轴承的额定动载荷Pc。

这里,a是比例常数。
本发明人认为根据(2)式的关系,为了提高圆锥滚子轴承的额定动载荷Pc,相对增加圆锥滚子的个数N而言,增大直径DR更为有利,以将(2)式中的滚子直径DR作为圆锥滚子的平均直径DRAVE、将内圈滚道面的外径DIO作为内圈滚道面的平均外径DIOAVE的方式来适用于圆锥滚子轴承,且如对后面的实施例进行说明的图2所示,针对内圈内径DIi为9mm以下的极小尺寸的圆锥滚子轴承,计算了当圆锥滚子的平均直径DRAVE与内圈的内径DIi之比DRAVE/DIi变化时的额定动载荷Pc。根据该计算结果,得出如下结论,即、与以往的标准圆锥滚子轴承中的该比DRAVE/DIi为0.02~0.44相比,将比DRAVE/DIi设为0.45以上能够大大增大额定动载荷Pc。
基于这种考虑和根据计算所得出的结论,通过将内圈的内径DIi在9mm以下的极小尺寸的圆锥滚子轴承的圆锥滚子的平均直径DRAVE与内圈的内径DIi之比DRAVE/DIi设为0.45~0.70,就能够提供一种可确保较高额定动载荷Pc的极小尺寸的圆锥滚子轴承。另外,将比DRAVE/DIi的上限设为0.70是因为,当超过该上限时,圆锥滚子的个数N就会减少,轴承周向的平衡就会变差。
本发明将内圈的内径DIi设为9mm以下,将上述圆锥滚子的平均直径DRAVE与内圈的内径DIi的比DRAVE/DIi设为0.45~0.70,因此,能够获得一种可确保较高额定动载荷Pc的极小尺寸的圆锥滚子轴承。

具体实施方式
以下,结合附图对本发明的实施方式进行说明。该圆锥滚子轴承,如图1所示,在内圈1与外圈2的滚道面1a、2a之间经由保持器4保持有多个圆锥滚子3,内圈1的内径DI为5mm的极小尺寸,圆锥滚子3的平均直径DRAVE与内圈1的内径DIi的比DRAVE/DIi为0.58。
基于将上述(2)式适用于圆锥滚子轴承的以下的(3)式,针对将内圈1的内径DIi设为5mm的极小尺寸的圆锥滚子轴承,分别对圆锥滚子3的平均直径DRAVE与内圈1的内径DIi之比DRAVE/DIi为0.45~0.70(实施例)与以往的标准圆锥滚子轴承即、DRAVE/DIi为0.44以下(比较例)求出额定动载荷Pc。

这里,a1是比例常数。
图2的坐标图示出将内圈1的内径DIi设为5mm,将与之相对应的滚道面1a的平均外径DIOAVE设为7.87,将圆锥滚子3间的周向间隙C设为1.3mm时的计算结果。在坐标图的横轴上还示出相对应的圆锥滚子3的平均直径DRAVE,坐标图中的描绘点上还标注了由(1)式规定的圆锥滚子3的个数N。
从该计算结果可知,上述比DRAVE/DIi越大,圆锥滚子3的个数N越少,但圆锥滚子轴承的额定动载荷Pc显著增加,比DRAVE/DIi为0.45~0.70的实施例的额定动载荷Pc比0.44以下时的比较例的额定动载荷Pc大。因此,通过将比DRAVE/DIi设为0.45~0.70,能够得到一种极小尺寸的、可确保较高的额定动载荷Pc的圆锥滚子轴承。
产业上的可利用性:
本发明的圆锥滚子轴承是一种具有较高额定动载荷Pc的极小尺寸的圆锥滚子轴承,因此,适合用作小型且高输出的机器人的减速器用、小型且高输出的电动钻头、电动改锥等电动工具的驱动轴支承用或小型机床的主轴支承用。
Claims (4)
1.一种圆锥滚子轴承,其在内圈与外圈的滚道面间将多个圆锥滚子保持排列在保持器上,其特征在于,将上述内圈的内径DIi设为9mm以下,将上述圆锥滚子的平均直径DRAVE与上述内圈的内径DIi的比DRAVE/DIi设为0.45~0.70。
2.根据权利要求1所述的圆锥滚子轴承,其特征在于,其用于机器人的减速器用。
3.根据权利要求1所述的圆锥滚子轴承,其特征在于,其用于电动钻头、电动改锥等电动工具的驱动轴支承用。
4.权利要求1所述的圆锥滚子轴承,其特征在于,其用于小型机床的主轴支承用。
