技术领域
本发明涉及轴承技术领域,主要涉及一种凹球面圆柱滚子轴承。
背景技术
常规圆柱滚子轴承设计的零件包括外圈、内圈、圆柱滚子、保持架等,外圈滚道呈内圆柱面,内圈滚道和滚子滚动面呈外圆柱面,保持架通常由尼龙或黄铜材质制成,可承受径向载荷,受结构设计限制,该类轴承不允许存在主轴的不对中,主轴不可避免的会受到重力作用,因此不对中现象在实际应用中普遍存在,在此工况下运转的圆柱滚子轴承会出现受力不均匀进而造成轴承过早疲劳失效;外圈或/和内圈可有一到两个挡边,用来对滚子进行轴向限位,并提供部分轴向承载能力,为防止与滚子倒角产生干涉以及方便磨加工滚道,在挡边与滚道相交处,必须加工相应的越程槽,当轴向载荷较大时,极易在挡边越程槽位置出现裂纹,甚至挡边局部断裂现象,加大了加工难度,降低了可靠性。
发明内容
发明的目的是提供一种凹球面圆柱滚子轴承,内圈可以相对外圈组件进行自由调心,且可取消挡边的设置,其具有高转速、易加工、高可靠性、具备主轴不对中补偿功能等显著优点。
本发明的目的可采用如下技术方案来实现:本发明的凹球面圆柱滚子轴承,包括外圈、内圈、滚子、保持架。
所述外圈为圆环形结构,外径为外圆柱面,外滚道为凸球面形状;所述内圈为圆环形结构,内径为圆柱面,内圈滚道为凸球面形状;所述滚子滚动面为凹球面形状,材质为轴承钢或陶瓷;所述保持架为环形结构,尼龙材质或黄铜材质。
所述内圈滚道凸球面圆心与轴承几何中心相聚为一点。
所述滚子滚动面凹球面曲率半径与内圈滚道曲率半径相匹配,前后两者半径曲率比值为1.01~1.03,滚子两侧平面可设置有滚子凹穴。
所述外圈滚道凸球面曲率半径与内圈滚道曲率半径相一致,两者曲率圆心在同一径向平面内,外圈滚道左极限交圆与外圈滚道右极限交圆直径大小相等,且圆心均在轴承回转中心轴线上。
所述外圈滚道可根据实际需求,在滚子两端面位置设置一或两个挡边。
所述保持架兜孔直径与滚子滚动面直径相匹配,两者比值为1.006~1.009。

本发明的有益效果是:
外圈滚道1.2由原来的圆柱面改为了凸球面、内圈滚道2.1由原来的圆柱面改为了凸球面、滚子滚动面3.1由原来的圆柱面改为了凹球面,配合合理的外圈滚道1.2曲率半径、内圈滚道2.1曲率半径和滚子滚动面3.1曲率半径,使内圈2可以相对外圈1组件进行自由调心,使原本不具备主轴不对中补偿功能的圆柱滚子轴承变成了具备主轴不对中补偿功能,从根源上杜绝了原设计中因主轴不对中造成的轴承过早失效的问题;因为外圈滚道1.2凸球面和滚子滚动面3.1凹球面的设计,使得外圈1具备了滚子3的轴向定位功能,可取消原设计的外圈挡边1.3的设置,减少了挡边及越程槽的加工工序,规避了轴承运转时滚子3端面与挡边1.3之间的摩擦阻力,加工难度和启动转矩显著降低,滚子3两侧平面的滚子凹穴3.2的设置,进一步降低了滚子3平面与保持架4之间的摩擦阻力,进而提高了轴承极限转速;滚子滚动面3.1凹球面的设置,使得保持架4的两兜孔4.1之间的梁宽进一步得到了加强,因此,可适用比标准设计更大尺寸、更多数量的加强型设计。综上所述,本发明的凹球面圆柱滚子轴承具有高转速、易加工、高可靠性、具备主轴不对中补偿功能等显著优点。
