[0003] 目前废水处理中使用的气浮机主要有涡凹气浮、溶气气浮、电气浮等几种类型。 涡凹气浮采用高速旋转的叶轮将吸入的空气打碎而产生气泡,由于气泡大于100 μ m的占 85%以上,对浮选无效,且大气泡上升过快,破坏絮体,处理效率低;溶气气浮虽然可产生 20-80 μ m的微气泡,浮选效果比涡凹气浮好,但它需要复杂的溶气装置如溶气灌、储气罐、 空气压缩机、高压泵等,噪声大;电气浮产生的微气泡也小,但能耗大,每处理lm3废水需 1-3度电,处理费用高,因此应用较少。

[0027] 实施例:参见图1、2,本实施例的旋溶气浮净水机,以大致呈长方体状的箱体1为基体,根据其处理水量,尺寸可设为为:长X宽X高=(2-30m) X (l-5m) X (1. 5_3m),它是由碳钢、塑料、合金或不锈钢材料制成。箱体的一端具有污水进水口 2,另一端具有清水出水口 3。旋溶器4位于进水口处的箱体内部或外部,它由上部的可形成过饱和高压溶气水的圆桶状溶气灌和具有入水口、进气口及叶轮的下部构成,旋容器的上部和下部为一体式或分体式结构,叶轮高速旋转时在旋溶器内部形成负压,从而由进气口吸入空气,由入水口吸入清水,在溶气灌内形成过饱和高压溶气水,压力为0. 1-0. 5Mpa,旋溶器的出水口 /管连通至少一个设置于进水口处箱体底部采用无堵塞失压释放结构的释放器5,在箱体的进水口处底部释放大量的大小为0. 25-2. 5μπι的特细微气泡,与加有混凝剂的废水相混合,由这些微气泡做载体,将废水中的固体悬浮物、固体颗粒和油脂吸附在上面而上浮,形成浮渣,浮渣漂浮至刮渣器处,被刮渣器6刮入排渣器7排出,清水由箱体的清水出水口流出。
[0028] 图1、2所示,刮渣器6设置于箱体的上部,位于接近箱体的清水出水口处,其包括:分别处于一矩形四个顶点位置的四个齿轮61,各齿轮的轴固设于箱体侧板上,处于箱体同侧的每两个齿轮之间有一链条62相连接同步转动,分处于箱体两侧的两根链条外缘之间固连有垂直于箱体侧板的刮渣板63,多根刮渣板沿箱体的长度方向间隔设置,为了能使链条持续转动从而带动刮渣板不停地刮去水面上的浮渣,该四个齿轮中应至少有两个齿轮是由动力机构驱动的主动齿轮,齿轮带动链条再带动括渣板移动,移动速度为l_5m/分钟,将浮渣通过括渣板和挡渣板8的水平段刮入集渣槽。
[0029] 排渣器7的结构如图1、2所示,其设置于箱体上部位于清水出水口与所述刮渣器的端部之间且在空间位置上总体处于刮渣器的下方,排渣器包括沿箱体宽度方向设置的U 形集渣槽71和可在集渣槽内转动(转速为5-60转/分钟)的螺旋状推渣器72,所述集渣槽以及推渣器的两端分别处于箱体的两侧板上或略延伸出箱体两侧板。推渣器的尺寸与集渣槽大小相配套。
[0030] 为获得更佳的浮渣效果,在箱体内靠近释放器的侧部设置隔板9,隔板的底部及侧部分别与箱体的底部及侧部密封连接,隔板的高度低于箱体的高度,释放器所释放的气泡吸附废水中的固体悬浮物、固体颗粒和油脂上浮形成浮渣,这些浮渣翻越隔板9后在水面上朝着刮渣器6的方向漂浮,最终经排渣器7排出箱体外。当然,会有少量杂物没有被充分浮起而沉淀在箱体底部,为使得这些杂物被再次浮起形成浮渣,在箱体的底部设置多根不等长的回流管10,各回流管的一端穿过隔板处于所述释放器处,各回流管的另一端沿箱体的长度方向向箱体的中部延伸,沉淀下来的悬浮物经回流管再次回到释放器5所在处,再一次被气泡浮起形成浮渣。
[0031] 旋溶器4内形成过饱和溶气水所需的清水可有外部供给,也可有箱体内经处理的清水供给,如2所示,在箱体内部或外部设置清水回流管11,其一端连通于所述旋溶器的入水口,另一端延伸至箱体的清水出水口 3处。
[0032] 图2所示,为避免没有被刮渣板刮到的少量浮渣向清水出水口处流动,设置一大致呈倒L形的挡渣板8,挡渣板水平段的端部连接于所述集渣槽71的上沿边缘,挡渣板竖直段的端部延伸至接近箱体底部处,挡渣板整体处于所述刮渣器6的下方,被挡渣板挡落的悬浮物可经回流管返回至释放器处,再次形成浮渣被排出。
[0033] 图1所示,在箱体的侧部及端部设置工作平台12,为工作人员操作、检查、观察水处理时用,由平台和护栏构成,平台宽0. 6-1. 2m,护栏杆高1-1. 5m,其材料为碳钢或不锈钢制成。
[0034] 本发明旋溶气浮净水机安装在水泥砼或钢结构的基座上,工作时,旋溶器的潜水电机带动叶轮旋转通过清水回流管供水吸入清水,通过进气管吸入空气,利用高压紊流结构在溶气罐内形成过饱和高压溶气水,通过管路系统由无堵塞释放器失压释放,形成大量 0. 25-2. 5 μ m的微气泡,与加有混凝剂的废水相混合,由这些微气泡做载体,将废水中的固体悬浮物、固体颗粒和油脂吸附在上面而上浮,形成浮渣,然后由链条式括渣板将浮渣刮入集渣槽,由集渣槽内螺旋推渣器将浮渣排出,通过重力作用而流入污泥池,实现固液分离和液液分离。净化后的水经过出水堰后流入清水出水口排放,从而使废水达到净化的目的。
[0035] 本发明旋溶气浮净水机适用性强,可主要用于印染、制革、炼油、油漆、化工、乳品加工、酿造、生活污水等行业废水的悬浮物、油脂等污染物的去除。
Claims (7)
1.旋溶气浮净水机,其特征是包括:一具有污水进水口(¾及清水出水口(¾的长方体状箱体(1); 一设置于箱体内部或外部的可形成过饱和高压溶气水的旋溶器; 一设置于进水口处箱体底部采用无堵塞失压释放结构的释放器(5),该释放器与旋溶器的出水管连通;一设置于箱体上部用于刮除水面上浮渣的刮渣器(6);以及设置于箱体上部位于清水出水口(3)与所述刮渣器(6)端部之间的排渣器(7); 所述旋溶器由上部的可形成过饱和高压溶气水的圆桶状溶气灌和具有入水口、进气口及叶轮的下部构成,旋溶器的上部和下部为一体式或分体式结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的旋溶气浮净水机,其特征在于,所述刮渣器(6)设置于箱体的上部,包括:分别处于一矩形四个顶点位置的四个齿轮(61),各齿轮的轴固设于箱体侧板上,处于箱体同侧的每两个齿轮之间有一链条(6¾相连接,分处于箱体两侧的两根链条外缘之间固连有垂直于箱体侧板的刮渣板(63),多根刮渣板沿箱体⑴的长度方向间隔设置,所述的四个齿轮中至少有两个相对的同轴齿轮是由动力机构驱动的主动齿轮。
3.根据权利要求1所述的旋溶气浮净水机,其特征在于,所述排渣器(7)设置于箱体上部位于清水出水口(3)与所述刮渣器(6)的端部之间且在空间位置上处于刮渣器的下方, 排渣器包括沿箱体宽度方向设置的U形集渣槽(71)和可在集渣槽内转动的螺旋状推渣器 (72),所述集渣槽以及推渣器的两端分别处于箱体的两侧板上或略延伸出箱体两侧板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的旋溶气浮净水机,其特征在于,在所述释放器(¾朝向箱体清水出水口一侧的侧部设置隔板(9),所述隔板的底部及侧部分别与箱体(1)的底部及侧部密封连接,隔板的高度低于箱体的高度。
5.根据权利要求4所述的旋溶气浮净水机,其特征在于,在箱体(1)的底部设置多根不等长的回流管(10),各回流管的一端穿过隔板(9)处于所述释放器(5)所在处,各回流管(10)的另一端沿箱体的长度方向向箱体的中部延伸。
6.根据权利要求1所述的旋溶气浮净水机,其特征在于,在箱体内设置清水回流管(11),其一端连通于所述旋溶器(4)的入水口,另一端延伸至箱体(1)的清水出水口(3)所在处。
7.根据权利要求3所述的旋溶气浮净水机,其特征在于,设置一大致呈倒L形的挡渣板(8),挡渣板水平段的端部连接于所述集渣槽(71)的上沿边缘,挡渣板竖直段的端部延伸至接近箱体⑴底部处,挡渣板⑶整体处于所述刮渣器(6)的下方。
