Abstract
本发明的三组件滑动轴承,其由较硬轴承合金制成的中间层(12)配置在轴承的轴向边缘部分。在受高负载的轴承中心,摩擦层(13)直接由钢制成的支承壳层(11)支承。从而可以避免轴承中心中的中间层产生疲劳断裂。
Description
本发明涉及三组件滑动轴承,具有由钢制成的支承壳层、由较硬轴承合金制成的中间层和由较软轴承合金制成的薄摩擦层,例见MTZ杂志(42,1981,No.9,P.381)。
这种三组件滑动轴承在高负载时的缺点在于由较硬轴承合金制成的中间层在轴承中心承受高负载时容易造成疲劳断裂,引起轴承脱落。
本发明的任务在于提供一种在轴承中心承受高负载时可防止中间层疲劳断裂的轴承结构。
本发明任务的解决是通过将由较硬轴承合金制成的中间层配置在受侧向压力作用的轴承的轴向边缘部分、在钢制支承壳层的圆周槽内,而轴承中间部分的薄摩擦层直接叠置在钢制支承壳层上。与二组件轴承相比,这种三组件滑动轴承的优点在于能够保持弹性承受侧向压力,而在轴承中心由较软轴承合金制成的薄摩擦层直接由钢制支承壳层支承。
能防止侧向压力的三组件滑动轴承的另一个结构是涂有摩擦层的较软轴承合金的中间层,其表面呈球面状。
附图给出本发明的一个实施例并详述如下:
在部分截面图示中,三组件滑动轴承具有钢制成的支承壳层11、由较硬轴承合金(例如AlSn6)制成的中间层12和由较软轴承合金(例如PbSn18Cu2)制成的薄滑动层或薄摩擦层13的结构。中间层12配置在轴承轴向边缘部分的钢制成的支承壳层11的两个圆周槽内。为了避免侧向压力,中间层12的表面呈半径R的球面状,其与钢制支承壳层11的轴承中心部分都涂有(例如电镀)摩擦层13的较软轴承合金。
Claims (2)
1、三组件滑动轴承,具有钢制支承壳层、由较硬轴承合金制成的中间层和由较软轴承合金制成的薄摩擦层,其特征在于,由较硬轴承合金制成的中间层(12)配置在受侧向压力作用的轴承的轴向边缘部分、在钢制支承壳层(11)的圆周槽内,而轴承中间部分的薄摩擦层(13)直接叠置在钢制支承壳层(11)上。
2、按权利要求1的三组件滑动轴承,其特征在于中间层(12)的表面呈球面状,其与钢制支承壳层11的轴承中心部分都涂有摩擦层(13)的较软轴承合金。
