Claims (1)
- 一种全功能食品质感性能测试仪,它由机械部分、力敏传感器、位移传感器、激光读码器、计算机控制和数据处理部分组成。机械部分包括机架、工作台、加载杆、传动机构和伺服电机等。其特征在于:1.加载装置(探头)上印有条码,仪器相应位置设有激光读码器,仪器T作前,激光读码器自动读码并将信息传给计算机。2.计算机内置了加载装置(探头)的信息,它使运动控制和数据处理实现智能化;。3.工作台可以按照试验要求实现旋转运动;。4.加载杆既能实现垂直等速运动,也能实现垂直变速运动;。5.加载杆的垂直变速运动可以按照以下三种方式进行:(1)按照相关位移-时间函数运动;(2)按照相关载荷-时间函数运动;(3)模拟人类咀嚼过程中的下颌运动。
