Abstract

本发明公开一种电连接器组件,其包括第一、第二电路板、与前述第一、第二电路板电性连接的两端子模组、以及安装于第一、第二电路板间且与端子模组电性相连的中间模组,中间模组包括一设有收容腔以收容前述端子模组的连接件。中间模组包括装于第一、第二电路板间的加强件、以及将加强件电性连接至第一、第二电路板的固持件,前述加强件装于连接件的一侧,加强件一侧的上下边缘设有凸檐以抵靠于第一、第二电路板。其中中间模组的加强件装于连接件一侧,其由一对固持件直接固定于第一、第二路板间,使得电连接器组件的组装容易且减少制作成本。

电连接器组件
【技术领域】
本发明是有关一种电连接器组件,尤其涉及一种电连接器组件中位于两电路板间的中间模组。
【技术背景】
在2006年5月16日公告的美国专利US 7,044,748中,发明人公开了一种位于两电路板间的电连接器,其包括一加强件,一对分别装于加强件两侧面的连接件、收容于连接件上下端且与前述上下电路板电性连接的两组端子模组。所述加强件为支架结构,其包括底座以及一安装面。连接件由若干螺栓固定于安装面上,加强件的底座由若干螺栓固定于电路板以将加强件固持于两电路板间。
然而在该结构中,采用大量螺栓将加强件固定于两电路板间,不仅使得安装过程复杂,并且会增加制作成本。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种电连接器组件,其包括一位于两电路板间的中间模组,中间模组的结构简单,使得电连接器组件的组装容易且减少制作成本。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种电连接器组件,其包括第一、第二电路板、与前述第一、第二电路板电性连接的端子模组、以及安装于第一、第二电路板间且与端子模组电性相连的中间模组,中间模组包括一设有收容腔以收容前述端子模组的连接件。中间模组包括装于第一、第二电路板间的加强件、以及将加强件电性连接至第一、第二电路板的固持件,前述加强件装于连接件的一侧,加强件一侧的上下边缘设有凸檐以抵靠于第一、第二电路板。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本电连接器组件的加强件装于连接件一侧,其由固持件直接固定于两电路板间,使得电连接器组件的组装容易且减少制作成本。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1-2,本发明为一种电连接器组件100,该电连接器组件100包括第一电路板22、第二电路板12、与第一、第二电路板22、12电性连接的第一、第二端子模组21、11,以及安装于第一、第二电路板22、12间且与第一、第二端子模组21、11电性相连的中间模组3。
请参阅图2-4,第一、第二端子模组21、11包括第一、第二基体211、111以及若干安装于第一、第二基体211、111中的第一、第二端子212、112,所述第一、第二端子212、112分别与第一、第二电路板22、12电性连接。第二基体211、111设有第一、第二扣持臂213、113。
中间模组3包括连接件33、装于第一、第二电路板22、12间的加强件31、以及将加强件31电性连接至第一、第二电路板22、12的固持件32。所述连接件33设有一收容腔331的矩形壳体,其用以收容第一、第二端子模组21、11,连接件33上下端设有第一、第二扣持孔333、332以与第一、第二扣持臂213、113扣持配合。
前述加强件31为矩形片状结构,其装于连接件33的一侧,加强件31的相反一侧上下边缘设有凸檐312以抵靠与第一、第二电路板22、12。加强件31向连接件33一侧凸伸有一对第一凸片313以及第二凸片314。前述第一、第二凸片313、314设于加强件31的四角处,且分别抵靠于第一、第二电路板22、12。第一、第二凸片313、314分别设有槽孔315。所述固持件32设有凸柱321,第一电路板22包括若干第一配合孔221,凸柱321穿出第一凸片313的槽孔315、第一配合孔221以将固持件32固持于第一电路板22。固持件32的底部凹设有螺纹孔,第二电路板12还包括与螺纹孔(未图示)对应的第二配合孔121;电连接器组件100还包括若干螺栓(未图示),其穿出第二配合孔121、第二凸片的槽孔315以与固持件32的螺纹孔锁固配合,从而将固持件32固持于第二电路板12。
组装时,本电连接器组件100的加强件31装于连接件33一侧,其由一对固持件32直接固定于第一、第二路板22、21间,使得电连接器组件100的组装容易且减少制作成本。

Claims (8)

1.一种电连接器组件,其包括:第一、第二电路板、与前述第一、第二电路板电性连接的两端子模组、以及安装于第一、第二电路板间的中间模组,中间模组包括一设有收容腔以收容前述端子模组的连接件,其特征在于:中间模组包括装于第一、第二电路板间的加强件、以及将加强件电性连接至第一、第二电路板的固持件,前述加强件装于连接件的一侧,加强件一侧的上下边缘设有凸檐以抵靠于第一、第二电路板。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述加强件向连接件一侧凸伸有凸片,凸片设有一槽孔,前述固持件的一端设有凸柱以穿出槽孔与第一电路板连接。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述凸片抵靠于第一、第二电路板。
4.如权利要求2所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述加强件为矩形片状结构,前述凸片设于加强件的四角处。
5.如权利要求2所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述第一电路板包括若干第一配合孔,固持件的凸柱穿出第一配合孔以将连接间固持于第一电路板。
6.如权利要求5所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述第二电路板包括第二配合孔,固持件的另一端凹设有螺纹孔,电连接器组件还包括若干螺栓,其穿出第二配合孔与螺纹孔锁固配合,以将固持件锁固于第二电路板。
7.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述端子模组包括一基体以及若干安装于基体中的端子。
8.如权利要求7所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述基体设有扣持臂,连接件设有若干扣持孔以与扣持臂扣持配合。
