Abstract

本发明公开一种电连接器组件,其包括第一、第二电路板、与前述第一、第二电路板电性连接的两组端子模组、以及安装于第一、第二电路板间的中间模组,中间模组包括一设有收容腔以收容端子模组的连接件。所述中间模组包括一设有收容空间的加强件,连接件收容于前述加强件的收容空间中,加强件设有固持部,固持部与第一、第二电路板配合以稳定第一、第二电路板的位置。中间模组的加强件将连接件收容于其设有的收容空间中,且加强件还设有固持部与第一、第二电路板相连接,以有效的稳定第一、第二电路板的位置。

电连接器组件
【技术领域】
本发明是有关一种电连接器组件,尤其涉及一种电连接器组件中位于两电路板间的中间模组。
【技术背景】
在2006年5月16日公告的美国专利US 7,044,748中,发明人公开了一种位于两电路板间的电连接器,其包括一加强件,一对分别装于加强件两侧面的连接件、装于连接件上下端且与前述上下电路板电性连接的两组端子模组。所述加强件为支架结构,其包括底座以及一安装面。连接件由若干螺栓固定于安装面上,加强件的底座由若干螺栓固定于电路板以将加强件固持于两电路板间。
然而在该结构中,采用大量螺栓将加强件固定于两电路板间,不仅使得安装过程复杂,并且会增加制作成本。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种电连接器组件,其包括位于两电路板间的中间模组,其结构简单且可有效的稳定两电路板的位置。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种电连接器组件,其包括第一、第二电路板、与前述第一、第二电路板电性连接的两组端子模组、以及安装于第一、第二电路板间的中间模组,中间模组包括一设有收容腔以收容端子模组的连接件。所述中间模组包括一设有收容空间的加强件,连接件收容于前述加强件的收容空间中,加强件设有固持部,固持部与第一、第二电路板配合以稳定第一、第二电路板的位置。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本电连接器组件,其包括一设有收容空间的加强件,其可将连接件收容于收容空间,加强件设有固持部可与第一、第二电路板相连接,可有效的稳定第一、第二电路板的位置。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1-2,本发明为一种电连接器组件100,该电连接器组件100包括第一电路板22、第二电路板12、安装于第一、第二电路板22、12间的第一、第二端子模组21、11以及中间模组3。第一电路板22、第二电路板12分别设有若干第一、第二贯穿孔221、121。
请参阅图2-5,第一、第二端子模组21、11包括第一、第二基体211、111以及若干安装于第一、第二基体211、111中的端子212,所述端子212分别与第一、第二电路板22、12电性连接,以将第一、第二电路板22、12电性导通。第二基体211、111设有第一、第二扣持臂213、113。
中间模组3包括连接件32以及装于第一、第二电路板间22、12的加强件31。所述连接件32设有一收容腔321的矩形壳体以收容第一、第二端子模组21、11,连接件32的上下端设有第一、第二扣持孔333、332以与第一、第二扣持臂213、113扣持配合。
前述加强件31为矩形中空壳体,其包括两侧壁311以及一对相对设置的固持部314,前述侧壁311与固持部314共同围设成一收容空间313。固持部314设有一通孔315,电连接组件100包括若干第一、第二螺栓(未图示),其分别穿过第一、第二贯穿孔221、121以与固持部314的通孔315锁固配合。
组装时,本电连接器组件100的连接件32装于加强件31的收容空间313中;第一、第二螺栓穿出第一、第二贯穿孔221、121并与通孔315锁固配合,从而将中间模组3固持于第一、第二电路板22、12间。所述中间模组可有效的稳定第一、第二电路板22、12的位置。

Claims (7)

1.一种电连接器组件,其包括:第一、第二电路板、与前述第一、第二电路板电性连接的两组端子模组、以及安装于第一、第二电路板间的中间模组,中间模组包括一设有收容腔以收容端子模组的连接件,所述端子模组配合部的前端完整的收容于连接件的收容腔内,其特征在于:所述中间模组包括一设有收容空间的加强件,连接件套设于前述加强件的收容空间中,加强件设有固持部,固持部与第一、第二电路板配合以稳定第一、第二电路板的位置。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述第一、第二电路板分别设有第一、第二贯穿孔。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述电连接器组件包括若干第一、第二螺栓,所述固持部设有若干通孔,第一、第二螺栓分别穿出第一、第二贯穿孔与固持部的通孔锁固配合。
4.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述加强件为一矩形中空的壳体,其包括两侧壁以及相对设置的前述固持部,侧壁与固持部共同围设成前述收容空间,所述固持部在与两端子模组配合的方向延伸超出两侧壁,使得固持部与第一、第二电路板相接触时,两侧壁与第一、第二电路板之间还有间隙。
5.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述两组端子模组分别收容于连接件的收容腔且与第一、第二电路板连接,以将第一、第二电路板电性相连接。
6.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述端子模组包括一基体以及若干安装于基体中的端子,所述端子与对接件电性连接。
7.如权利要求6所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述基体设有扣持臂,连接件上下端设有扣持孔以与扣持臂扣持配合。
