Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种带有位置传感器的容器夹持器。 
本文所使用的术语“容器”是指,容纳生物样品并且具有可供内容物进入的管状开口的物品,例如试管。 
背景技术
在自动化临床化学实验室中,常常必须使用夹持器来操作样品容器。 
控制装置必须检查夹持器是否已经夹持住容器,还要检测容器的横向尺寸。 
已知的容器夹持器的例子在US4,809,191、US4,730,861、US5,945,798中示出。 
发明概述 
本发明的目的是提供一种带有位置传感器的容器夹持器,它能向控制装置传送表示容器夹持器位置的电信号。 
为此,本发明提供了一种带有位置传感器的容器夹持器,其包括:主架;可移动的支撑件,所述支撑件用于可在打开位置与闭合位置之间移动的夹持器指状物;和指状物位移检测装置,其响应所述夹持器指状物的瞬时位置,其特征在于,所述主架容纳气动活塞,楔形件可滑动地接合安装了夹持器指状物的支撑件,所述气动活塞用于通过支撑件的斜壁和楔形件的斜壁之间的凸轮式连接致动被插入的楔形件,并且所述主架在打开位置与闭合位置之间以同步方式移动所述夹持器指状物,磁体固定于其中一个可移动的支撑件,可相对于固定于所述主架上的霍耳效应传感器移动,所述指状物检测装置由霍耳效应组件组成,所述组件包括与霍耳效应传感器相互作用的磁体。 
优选地,所述楔形件可在夹持器指状物闭合的上升位置和该夹持器指状物打开的下降位置之间移动。 
优选地,所述指状物位移检测装置是光学编码器。 
优选地,所述光学编码器包括光学标尺和光学计数器。 
优选地,包括四个夹持器指状物,它们两个乘两个地固定于可同步移动的支撑件。

具体实施方式
容器夹持器1包括主架2,该主架装纳有气动活塞5(图7-8),用于通过在内腔12内滑动的支撑件7致动楔形件6,在打开位置(图2)与闭合位置之间(图7)同步移动两个乘两个安装的指状物8-9。 
所述指状物的支撑件7与楔形件6接合,这样,如果楔形件6被活 塞5向下推动,由于楔形件6与支撑件7之间的斜壁的凸轮式连接,所述支撑件7打开指状物8-9。 
所述主架2支撑指状物位移检测装置20,该装置由固定于主架2并带有霍耳效应传感器4的电路板3、和固定于两个指状物支撑件7之一并因此可相对于霍耳效应传感器4(图3、5、7和8)移动的磁体10形成。 
传感器4与磁体10之间的距离不同意味着霍耳效应传感器4所检测的磁场不同。 
当被驱动的活塞5向下推动楔形件6时(图8),指状物8-9被打开,磁体10远离固定的霍耳效应传感器4移动。 
反之,当被驱动的活塞5与楔形件6一起向上移动时(图7),指状物8-9向闭合位置移动,以夹持容器,并且磁体10朝着固定的霍耳效应传感器4移动。 
当指状物相对于容器的侧壁停止闭合运动时,霍耳效应传感器4检测被夹持的容器的横向尺寸,并且传送表示所检测的横向尺寸或直径的电信号。 
由磁体10和霍耳效应传感器4形成的检测装置20可以被光学编码器21代替,该编码器由固定于一个指状物支撑件7并带有数个平行光路23的平板或光学标尺22、和能够计算累计光学计数器的光路23的数量的C形光学计数器24形成,所述数量反应出被夹持容器的横向尺寸。 

Claims (5)

1.一种带有位置传感器的容器夹持器,其包括:主架(2);可移动的支撑件(7),所述支撑件用于可在打开位置与闭合位置之间移动的夹持器指状物(8,9);和指状物位移检测装置(20,21),其响应所述夹持器指状物(8,9)的瞬时位置,
其特征在于,
所述主架(2)容纳气动活塞(5),楔形件(6)可滑动地接合安装了夹持器指状物(8,9)的支撑件(7),所述气动活塞(5)用于通过支撑件(7)的斜壁和楔形件(6)的斜壁之间的凸轮式连接致动被插入的楔形件(6),并且所述主架(2)在打开位置与闭合位置之间以同步方式移动所述夹持器指状物(8,9),
磁体(10)固定于其中一个可移动的支撑件(7),可相对于固定于所述主架(2)上的霍耳效应传感器(4)移动,
所述指状物检测装置由霍耳效应组件组成,所述组件包括与霍耳效应传感器(4)相互作用的磁体(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的容器夹持器,其特征在于,所述楔形件(6)可在夹持器指状物(8,9)闭合的上升位置和该夹持器指状物打开的下降位置之间移动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的容器夹持器,其特征在于,所述指状物位移检测装置是光学编码器。
4.根据权利要3所述的容器夹持器,其特征在于,所述光学编码器包括光学标尺(22)和光学计数器(24)。
5.根据上述任一权利要求所述的容器夹持器,其特征在于,包括四个夹持器指状物(8,9),它们两个乘两个地固定于可同步移动的支撑件(7)。
