First and second embodiment have described the washing machine of adjusting the sprinkling direction of laundry water by the shape of spray nozzle 100 and position respectively.On the other hand, the 3rd embodiment has described a kind of washing machine of the direction by adjusting the laundry water that sprays from spray nozzle 100 such as the driver part 150 of motor.That is, in the present embodiment, do not spray laundry water along different directions simultaneously, but utilize driver part 150 to change the sprinkling direction of laundry water continuously.
As shown in Figure 9, spray nozzle 100 comprises the driver part 150 of body part 140 that sprays laundry water and the sprinkling position of adjusting laundry water.
To be supplied to body part 140 by the laundry water of cycling element 80 circulations, body part 140 comprises the spray hole 110 that laundry water is sprayed to cylinder 30.Preferably, body part 140 is constructed such that the sprinkling direction that can secure it to driver part 150 and change laundry water by control driver part 150.
As shown in Figure 9, in the present embodiment, the both sides of body part 140 are fixed to driver part 150 respectively.Body part 140 rotates with specified angle around the axle that is formed at both side surface, and sprays laundry water along different directions.
In this case, the position, whereabouts of the laundry water that is sprayed by body part 140 continuously changes, preferably from the front end of cylinder 30 bottoms to the rear end reciprocating motion.
Though present embodiment has been described the spray nozzle 100 with shape shown in Figure 9, the present invention is not limited to this.In addition, the present invention can be used for comprising that the drive unit that wherein utilizes of laundry treatment equipment adjusts on the various device of sprinkling direction of laundry water.
As mentioned above, though for illustration purposes, disclose three embodiment of the present invention, the present invention is not prior to above-mentioned shape and position.In addition, can carry out various improvement, interpolation and displacement, as long as the direction of the hydraulic pressure of spray nozzle that can be by adjust spraying laundry water and passage or by utilizing the drive unit such as motor is supplied to laundry water that cylinder is inner to get final product along different directions.
Washing machine of the present invention has reduced washing and the needed laundry water yield of rinsing clothes with water-saving, and the water of will doing washing is supplied to the clothing that is contained in the cylinder equably to strengthen clothes washing and wash effect by spray nozzle.
It will be apparent to one skilled in the art that under the situation that does not deviate from the spirit and scope of the present invention, can carry out multiple improvement and modification in the present invention.Thus, this invention is intended to contain interior improvement of the present invention and the modification of scope that drops into claims and equivalent thereof.
Claims (16)
1. washing machine comprises:
Be used to hold the cylinder bucket of water of doing washing;
Cylinder, described cylinder rotatably are installed in the described cylinder bucket, are used for around the axis rotation of level substantially;
Cycling element, described cycling element are used for and will be stored in the laundry water circulation of described cylinder bucket to described cylinder; With
Spray nozzle, described spray nozzle be used for along described cylinder inside, spray laundry water by described cycling element circulation to the rear portion of described cylinder from the front portion of described cylinder.
2. washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein, described spray nozzle is sprayed described laundry water makes described laundry water be dispersed in the bottom of described cylinder.
3. washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein, described spray nozzle comprises a plurality of spray holes, described a plurality of spray holes are suitable for described laundry water is sprayed to along the position, difference whereabouts of the length direction of described cylinder.
4. washing machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein, at least wherein two described spray holes have different cross-sectional areas, so that described laundry water is sprayed to position, different whereabouts.
5. washing machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein, described spray hole comprises driver part, to adjust the sprinkling position of described laundry water in described cylinder.
6. washing machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein, described spray hole comprises a plurality of passages, described a plurality of passage receives the laundry water from described cycling element, and make described laundry water can flow to described a plurality of spray hole, and each spray hole is according to the length of the corresponding described passage of described spray hole described laundry water being sprayed to position, different whereabouts.
7. washing machine as claimed in claim 6, wherein, described long passage is configured to described laundry water is sprayed to part after described cylinder inside is more leaned on.
8. washing machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein, the described passage that is connected to each spray hole is along forming with the corresponding direction in position, described whereabouts.
9. washing machine as claimed in claim 8, wherein, the surface that is formed with described spray hole on the described spray nozzle has formed the front plane inclined with respect to described cylinder.
10. washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein, described spray nozzle comprises passage, described width of channel increases along the flow direction of described laundry water, thereby scatters the laundry water of the described spray nozzle of flowing through along the width of described spray nozzle.
11. washing machine as claimed in claim 10, wherein, the passage of described spray nozzle dwindles gradually along thickness direction, and broad ways is elongated.
12. washing machine as claimed in claim 11, wherein, described spray nozzle comprises the long and narrow spray hole that forms along described width, thereby scatters and spray described laundry water with high pressure.
13. washing machine as claimed in claim 12, wherein, described spray nozzle comprises the guiding rib, and described guiding rib guides the flow direction of described laundry water, thereby scatters the laundry water of the described passage of flowing through along described width.
14. washing machine as claimed in claim 12, wherein, described nozzle is installed obliquely towards described cylinder, make an end of described spray hole that described laundry water is sprayed to the front portion of cylinder lower end, and the other end of described spray nozzle is sprayed to described laundry water at the rear portion of cylinder lower end.
15. washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein, described spray nozzle comprises a plurality of spray unit that are used to spray described laundry water, and described spray unit is positioned at different positions, thereby described laundry water is sprayed to along the position, difference whereabouts of the length direction of described cylinder.
16. washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein, described spray nozzle with roughly uniformly the method for salary distribution described laundry water is sprayed between the rear portion of the front portion of described cylinder and described cylinder.
