Abstract

一种外墙外保温防水装饰系统及其施工方法,自墙体向外侧依次固定连接粘接砂浆层、保温层和抗裂砂浆层,在抗裂砂浆层向外侧依次固定连接抗碱防水层、饰面砂浆层和防污防水层,其中抗裂砂浆层内夹有纤维网格加强层。其可以通过饰面砂浆层任意调配颜色和图案,墙面装饰效果好;抗碱防水层与最外层的防污防水层形成两道防水层,解决了渗水问题,可以渗透进抗裂砂浆层的水泥空隙内,防止抗裂砂浆层水泥碱化,防止层与层之间发生脱落;防污防水层可以阻止灰尘落在饰面砂浆层的表面影响饰面层的美观,有防紫外线功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种外墙外保温结构体系及其施工方法。
背景技术
现有外墙外保温系统的外墙面容易被污染,主要原因有三点:一是外墙保温系统不能使用瓷砖进行美化;二是灰尘会直接落在外墙外保温系统的饰面砂浆层的表面上,弄脏外表面;三是饰面砂浆层在紫外线的照射下颜色会产生变化。此外,一般的外保温系统自防水能力较差,保温层很容易吸水、渗水,最终使墙体出现污染现象。还有,由于抗裂砂浆层本身在水化过程中容易形成碱类物质,所以会导致层与层之间发生脱落现象。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种外墙外保温防水装饰系统及其施工方法,要解决现有的外墙外保温系统的外墙面抗污、防水性能差、且层与层之间易脱落的技术问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种外墙外保温防水装饰系统,包括墙体外面的保温层,其特征在于:自墙体向外侧依次固定连接粘接砂浆层、保温层和抗裂砂浆层,在抗裂砂浆层向外侧依次固定连接抗碱防水层、饰面砂浆层和防污防水层,其中抗裂砂浆层内夹有纤维网格加强层。
所述抗碱防水层可以是由有机硅、丙烯酸酯系列涂料混合而成的抗碱防水层。
所述防污防水层可以是由有机硅系列涂料混合而成的抗污防水层。
一种应用上述外墙外保温防水装饰系统的施工方法,其特征在于其施工步骤为:
步骤一,在墙体外侧涂粘接砂浆层。
步骤二,在粘接砂浆层外侧固定连接保温层。
步骤三,在保温层外侧固定连接抗裂砂浆层。
步骤四,在抗裂砂浆层外侧涂抗碱防水层。
步骤五,在抗碱防水层外侧固定连接饰面砂浆层。
步骤六,在饰面砂浆层外侧涂防污防水层。
所述抗裂砂浆层为先在保温层外侧固定连接一层抗裂砂浆,接着在这层抗裂砂浆外侧固定连接纤维网格加强层,然后在纤维网格加强层外侧再固定连接一层抗裂砂浆。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明可以通过饰面砂浆层任意调配颜色和图案,墙面装饰效果好。
2、本发明的抗碱防水层与最外层的防污防水层形成两道防水层,解决了渗水问题。
3、本发明的抗碱防水层由有机硅、丙烯酸系列涂料构成,抗碱防水层可以渗透进抗裂砂浆层的水泥空隙内,防止抗裂砂浆层水泥碱化,防止层与层之间发生脱落。
4、最外层的防污防水层由有机硅系列涂料构成,在施工完成后涂料形成一层防水、抗紫外线保护膜,可以阻止灰尘落在饰面砂浆层的表面影响饰面层的美观,当有雨水时,灰尘会自动脱落形成自清洁效果。
5、防污防水层有防紫外线功能,有效地防止了各种涂鸦物质如油性笔、水性笔、喷墨等和污染物质等渗透到涂料或基材中,降低了清洁难度,且该涂料抗污和防涂鸦效果佳,使用寿命长。可以保护饰面砂浆层的颜色不受影响,持久不变。
6、外保温装饰系统选择的保温层与粘接砂浆层和抗裂砂浆层的材料相互匹配比较好,避免多余应力引起各层粘接不牢和墙面开裂。

实施例参见图1所示,这种外墙外保温防水装饰系统,包括墙体外面的保温层,自墙体1向外侧依次固定连接粘接砂浆层2、保温层3和抗裂砂浆层4,在抗裂砂浆层4向外侧依次固定连接抗碱防水层6、饰面砂浆层7和防污防水层8,其中抗裂砂浆层4内夹有纤维网格加强层5。
所述抗碱防水层6是由有机硅、丙烯酸酯系列涂料混合而成的抗碱防水层,其为已有涂料,可在市场上买到。
所述防污防水层8是由有机硅系列涂料混合而成的抗污防水层,有机硅系列涂料也为已有涂料,也可在市场上买到,其可大致分为:仅由有机硅氧烷组成的纯有机硅涂料和通过有机树脂或无机物改性的改性有机硅涂料两大类,改性方法又分为混合改性和化学反应改性两种,一般,通过化学反应改性,比单纯混合改性的产品的物理性能更好。举例来说,现在市面上有一种泰升硅橡胶防水涂料,是以硅橡胶乳及其复合乳液为主要基料,掺入无机填料及各种助剂而制成的水性环保型防水涂料。
这种应用上述外墙外保温防水装饰系统的施工方法,其施工步骤为:
步骤一,在墙体外侧涂粘接砂浆层2。
步骤二,在粘接砂浆层2外侧固定连接保温层3。
步骤三,在保温层3外侧固定连接抗裂砂浆层4。
步骤四,在抗裂砂浆层4外侧涂抗碱防水层6。
步骤五,在抗碱防水层6外侧固定连接饰面砂浆层7。
步骤六,在饰面砂浆层7外侧涂防污防水层8。
所述抗裂砂浆层4为先在保温层3外侧固定连接一层抗裂砂浆,接着在这层抗裂砂浆外侧固定连接纤维网格加强层5,然后在纤维网格加强层5外侧再固定连接一层抗裂砂浆,纤维网格加强层5可采用耐碱玻璃纤维网格布。

1.一种外墙外保温防水装饰系统,包括墙体外面的保温层,其特征在于:自墙体(1)向外侧依次固定连接粘接砂浆层(2)、保温层(3)和抗裂砂浆层(4),在抗裂砂浆层(4)向外侧依次固定连接抗碱防水层(6)、饰面砂浆层(7)和防污防水层(8),其中抗裂砂浆层(4)内夹有纤维网格加强层(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的外墙外保温防水装饰系统,其特征在于:所述抗碱防水层(6)是由有机硅、丙烯酸酯系列涂料混合而成的抗碱防水层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的外墙外保温防水装饰系统,其特征在于:所述防污防水层(8)是由有机硅系列涂料混合而成的抗污防水层。
4.一种应用上述权利要求1-3中任意一项外墙外保温防水装饰系统的施工方法,其特征在于其施工步骤为:
步骤一,在墙体外侧涂粘接砂浆层(2);
步骤二,在粘接砂浆层(2)外侧固定连接保温层(3);
步骤三,在保温层(3)外侧固定连接抗裂砂浆层(4);
步骤四,在抗裂砂浆层(4)外侧涂抗碱防水层(6);
步骤五,在抗碱防水层(6)外侧固定连接饰面砂浆层(7);
步骤六,在饰面砂浆层(7)外侧涂防污防水层(8)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的外墙外保温防水装饰系统的施工方法,其特征在于:所述抗裂砂浆层(4)为先在保温层(3)外侧固定连接一层抗裂砂浆,接着在这层抗裂砂浆外侧固定连接纤维网格加强层(5),然后在纤维网格加强层(5)外侧再固定连接一层抗裂砂浆。
