本发明公开了一种免煅烧脱硫石膏灌注粘结干混砂浆,属于粘结砂浆生产领域。所述砂浆由以下重量配比的配料制成:二水脱硫石膏15-25份;水硬性胶凝材料25-45份;骨料40-60份;生石灰3-10份;保水剂0.05-0.5份;抗裂剂0.05-1份;聚合物树脂粉末0.05-3份。与现有技术相比,本发明的免煅烧脱硫石膏灌注粘结干混砂浆具有生产过程节能环保、原料成本低、性能优越等特点。

免煅烧脱硫石膏灌注粘结干混砂浆
技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑用粘结砂浆,具体地说是一种免煅烧脱硫石膏灌注粘结干混砂浆。
背景技术
我国能源的紧缺带来了对建筑节能的重视,对建筑物维护结构的保温隔热要求也在不断提高。就目前建筑节能中对建筑物维护结构的保温隔热措施来说,已经产生出多种技术方案,其中以外墙外保温技术的发展较为迅速。外墙保温和装饰系统(EIFS)是集保温隔热、隔声、装饰性为一体的环保型轻质非承重型外维护建筑墙体系统。该系统除保温隔热功能外,还能够防止潮气侵入内墙,可应用于商业建筑和民用建筑。与其他保温隔热系统相比,该系统能够提供良好的能源利用效率,很好的设计灵活性和创意性,适宜于在新建建筑物和既有建筑物节能改造中应用。此外,外墙保温和装饰系统的安装较少破坏建筑物的结构,可降低整体建筑成本。随着人们日益感受到能源紧缺对我国经济发展可能产生的制约作用,各种建筑节能活动在建筑业内轰轰烈烈,外墙保温和装饰系统受到重视。
然而,现有技术中用于外墙保温和装饰系统的粘结砂浆常出现以下问题:(1)凝结时间长;(2)可操作时间短;(3)粘结强度低;(4)粘性差,聚苯板易下滑等。
发明内容
本发明的技术任务是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种低成本、节能环保、性能优越的免煅烧脱硫石膏灌注粘结干混砂浆。
本发明的技术任务是按以下方式实现的:免煅烧脱硫石膏灌注粘结干混砂浆,由以下重量配比的配料混合制成:
二水脱硫石膏        15-25份
水硬性胶凝材料    25-45份
骨料              40-60份
生石灰            3-10份
保水剂            0.05-0.5份
抗裂剂            0.05-1份
聚合物树脂粉末    0.05-3份。
所述二水脱硫石膏优选使用细度为100~200目的二水脱硫石膏。
所述水硬性胶凝材料为硅酸盐水泥、普通硅酸盐水泥(符合国家标准GB175-1999,42.5级或更高强度等级)或粉煤灰。
所述骨料优选粒径为0.1~1mm的细砂。
所述保水剂可以是现有技术中通用的保水剂,如聚乙烯醇、聚氧化烷烃类等,优选使用甲基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、羟乙基甲基纤维素、改性淀粉(如:磷酸酯化淀粉、阴离子淀粉、阳离子淀粉、丙烯腈淀粉等)中的一种或一种以上物质的混合物。
所述抗裂剂可以是现有技术中通用的抗裂剂,如石棉纤维、钢纤维、玻璃纤维等,优选使用木纤维或聚丙烯睛纤维。
所述聚合物树脂粉末为有机硅改性的乙烯-月桂酸乙烯-氯乙烯共聚物。
本发明通过添加适量的保水剂、抗裂剂、聚合物树脂粉末等使二水脱硫石膏这种无活性材料的活性提高,也就是利用保水剂、抗裂剂、聚合物树脂粉末等降低二水脱硫石膏发生反应的条件,使物料(二水脱硫石膏、水硬性胶凝材料、骨料和生石灰等)变成气凝与水凝料混合,通过气凝反应、水化反应形成最终产品。
本发明的免煅烧脱硫石膏灌注粘结干混砂浆与现有技术相比具有以下突出的有益效果:
(1)克服了现有技术中不能直接以二水脱硫石膏生产灌注粘结砂浆的不足,且产品的各项技术指标完全符合国家行业标准中的各项指标要求。
(2)直接利用电厂脱硫石副产物——二水脱硫石膏生产灌注粘结砂浆,无须将二水脱硫石膏煅烧转化为半水脱硫石膏,节煤、节能、减排。
(3)无毒无味,安全性好,使用方便(只要加一定量的水,搅拌均匀达到施工用稠度即可使用);
(4)各种助剂的添加比例设计合理,使得本发明产品具有瞬间粘结力强、能厚层粘结、不收缩、凝结速度快等特点,节省工时;
(5)保水剂添加适量,使本发明产品具有极好的施工和易性和保水性;
(6)聚合物树脂粉末的添加,增加了本发明产品与聚苯板的粘结性能;
(7)抗裂剂添加量适当,使本发明产品具有良好的机械稳定性能和抗裂性能。
具体实施方式
以具体实施例对本发明的免煅烧脱硫石膏灌注粘结干混砂浆作以下详细地说明。
实施例一:
配方:
一级粉煤灰15Kg             硅酸盐水泥20Kg
二水脱硫石膏(200目)20Kg    细砂(0.5mm左右)50Kg
生石灰6Kg                  甲基纤维素0.2Kg
聚丙烯睛纤维0.5Kg
有机硅改性的乙烯-月桂酸乙烯-氯乙烯共聚物1.5Kg
生产工艺:
(1)依照上述配方精确计量各种原料;
(2)投入混料机中充分混合即得成品。
施工时的兑水比例为干混砂浆质量的20~30%。采用机械搅拌以确保均匀混合,搅拌时间不少于三分钟。配置好的粘结砂浆注意避风防晒,以免水分蒸发太快。配置好的粘结砂浆应在两小时内用完。
实施例二:
配方:
二水脱硫石膏(170目)23Kg    普通硅酸盐水泥40Kg
细砂(0.5mm左右)55Kg      生石灰8Kg
羟乙基甲基纤维素0.4Kg    木纤维0.2Kg
有机硅改性的乙烯-月桂酸乙烯-氯乙烯共聚物2Kg
生产工艺及施工方法与实施例一相同。
实施例三:
配方:
一级粉煤灰30Kg         二水脱硫石膏(120目)18Kg
细砂(0.5mm左右)45Kg    生石灰5Kg
磷酸酯化淀粉0.1Kg      木纤维0.8Kg
有机硅改性的乙烯-月桂酸乙烯-氯乙烯共聚物1Kg
生产工艺及施工方法与实施例一相同。

1.免煅烧脱硫石膏灌注粘结干混砂浆,其特征在于:由以下重量配比的配料混合制成:

所述水硬性胶凝材料为硅酸盐水泥和/或普通硅酸盐水泥;
所述保水剂为甲基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、羟乙基甲基纤维素、改性淀粉中的一种或一种以上物质的混合物;
所述抗裂剂为木纤维或聚丙烯腈纤维;
所述聚合物树脂粉末为有机硅改性的乙烯-月桂酸乙烯-氯乙烯共聚物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的免煅烧脱硫石膏灌注粘结干混砂浆,其特征在于:所述二水脱硫石膏的细度为100~200目。
3.根据权利要求1所述的免煅烧脱硫石膏灌注粘结干混砂浆,其特征在于:所述骨料为粒径为0.1~1mm的细砂。
