Abstract

一种发光二极管组合,其包括一发光二极管模组及一包装盒,该包装盒包括一容置发光二极管模组的框体及一固定至框体上并盖住发光二极管模组的盖板。本发明的发光二极管组合采用包装盒对发光二极管模组进行包装,其较厚的盒壁可有效地缓冲来自外部的冲击,确保发光二极管模组在运输过程中不会受到外界的撞击以至于损坏。

发光二极管组合
技术领域
本发明涉及一种发光二极管组合,特别是指一种可有效保护发光二极管的发光二极管组合。
背景技术
随着发光效率的提升,发光二极管已被越来越广泛地应用到各个领域当中,如住宅照明灯、工业照明灯及交通指示灯等等。在这些应用当中,通常将若干发光二极管串接到多块电路板上组成多个发光二极管模组,以便将电流同时输入进这些发光二极管内,进而驱动其向外输出光线。
在完成发光二极管与电路板间的组装之后,需将这些发光二极管模组包装起来以方便下一步的运输。传统的发光二极管模组的包装方法是将每一发光二极管模组封入一对应的塑料包装袋之内,然后再将这些塑料包装袋统一装入一包装箱内。通过这种方法,可将大量的发光二极管模组化零为整,使之分别封装于若干个包装箱内,当需要运送这些发光二极管模组时,只须逐个地搬运这些包装箱即可,为发光二极管模组的运输提供了极大的便利。
但是,由于发光二极管模组是采用塑料袋进行包装的,由于塑料袋的袋壁较薄,导致其不能有效地缓冲外界的冲击。如若运输过程较为颠簸,将会导致发光二极管模组间相互撞击较为剧烈,容易造成发光二极管的损坏。
发明内容
有鉴于此,实有必要提供一种可有效保护发光二极管的发光二极管组合。
一种发光二极管组合,其包括一发光二极管模组及一包装盒,该包装盒包括一容置发光二极管模组的框体及一固定至框体上并覆盖住发光二极管模组的盖板,所述框体的一端封闭,另一端则开设一供盖板插设的间隙,所述框体包括一容置部、自容置部周缘向上形成四侧壁及自二相对侧壁相向延伸出的二折边,发光二极管模组抵靠于容置部上,所述容置部与二第二侧壁共同围设出一口径自下至上逐渐增大的沟槽,发光二极管模组搁置于该沟槽的上方。
与现有技术相比,本发明的发光二极管组合采用包装盒对发光二极管模组进行包装,其较厚的盒壁可有效地缓冲来自外部的冲击,确保发光二极管模组在运输过程中不会受到外界的撞击以至于损坏。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1及图2,本发明的发光二极管组合包括一发光二极管模组10、一贴设于发光二极管模组10下方的导热胶带20及一包封发光二极管模组10及导热胶带20的包装盒50。
发光二极管模组10包括一电路板12及若干安装于电路板12上的发光二极管14。该电路板12呈矩形的长条状,其顶面等距地固设这些发光二极管14,以将发光二极管14所产生的光线均匀地辐射出去。
导热胶带20设置于发光二极管模组10下方,其与电路板12等长。该导热胶带20的面积小于电路板12的面积,其用于贴设于电路板12的底面,以将发光二极管模组10固定至相应的结构(图未示)上。
包装盒50包括一收容发光二极管模组10及导热胶带20的框体30及一覆盖住发光二极管模组10及导热胶带20的盖板40。在本发明当中,该框体30及盖板40的厚度均控制在0.5毫米至5毫米的范围内,以对容置于其中的发光二极管模组10起到一良好的保护作用,防止其受外界的撞击而损坏。
请一并参阅图3-4,框体30包括一容置部32、分别自容置部32四周缘垂直向上延伸的二相对的第一侧壁34及二相对的第二侧壁36、38(如图2)及自二第一侧壁34顶部水平向内形成的二折边39。该容置部32由一矩形的底板320、分别自底板320相对两侧倾斜向外延伸的二弧型的连接部322及分别水平连接于二连接部322末端的二支撑部324共同形成。容置部32与二第二侧壁36、38的下部区域共同围设出一口径自下至上逐渐增大的沟槽326,其具有二相对的弧形的内壁面(图未标)及二相对的平坦的内壁面(图未标)。该沟槽326的深度大于导热胶带20的厚度,以将导热胶带20完全收容于其中(如图4)。二支撑部324平行于底板320,其用于与电路板12的底面相接触,以承接发光二极管模组10。所述二第一侧壁34分别自二支撑部324的最外端竖直向上延伸而出,其高度略大于发光二极管模组10的整体厚度,以将发光二极管模组10完全收容于框体30内;二第二侧壁36、38分别自底板320的相对两端竖直向上延伸而出,其中一第二侧壁36连接二第一侧壁34及二折边39,从而将框体30的一端完全封住(如图2),另一第二侧壁38则仅连接二第一侧壁34的中下部区域并与二折边39隔开距离,以在其与二折边39间形成一供盖板40插设的间隙(如图3)。二折边39分别水平形成于二第一侧壁34顶部,每一折边39的宽度与支撑部324的宽度相等(如图4),以对盖板40进行限位,防止其从框体30内脱落。
盖板40的长度与框体30的长度相等,宽度略小于框体30二第一侧壁34间的距离,其沿折边39与第二侧壁38间的间隙水平插设入框体30内,以覆盖住发光二极管模组10。
组装该发光二极管组合时,将底面贴有导热胶带20的发光二极管模组10置于框体30内,使导热胶带20收容于框体30的沟槽326中,此时框体30的支撑部324抵靠于发光二极管模组10的底面。然后再将盖板40穿过折边39与第二侧壁38间的间隙,使其一端滑动至抵靠于框体30的第二侧壁36,从而将发光二极管模组10完全收容于包装盒50内。
与现有技术相比,本发明的发光二极管组合采用包装盒50对发光二极管模组10进行包装,其较厚的盒壁可对外界的冲击起到一良好的缓冲作用,从而防止因相互撞击而造成发光二极管模组10的损坏。
可以理解地,为在保护发光二极管模组10的同时可对发光二极管14进行静电防护,包装盒50可采用现有技术中已知的防静电材料制成,如聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)。

Claims (7)

1.一种发光二极管组合,其包括一发光二极管模组,其特征在于:该发光二极管组合还包括一包装盒,所述包装盒包括一容置发光二极管模组的框体及一固定至框体上并覆盖发光二极管模组的盖板,所述框体的一端封闭,另一端则开设一供盖板插设的间隙,所述框体包括一容置部、自容置部周缘向上形成四侧壁及自二相对侧壁相向延伸出的二折边,发光二极管模组抵靠于容置部上,所述容置部与二第二侧壁共同围设出一口径自下至上逐渐增大的沟槽,发光二极管模组搁置于该沟槽的上方。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管组合,其特征在于:所述盖板相对滑动地插设于框体内。
3.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管组合,其特征在于:所述框体的侧壁包括二相对的第一侧壁及二相对的第二侧壁,发光二极管模组容置于这些第一侧壁及第二侧壁之间。
4.如权利要求3所述的发光二极管组合,其特征在于:所述第二侧壁中的一个连接二第一侧壁及二折边以封闭框体的一端,所述第二侧壁中的另一个连接二第一侧壁的部分区域并与折边隔出间隙。
5.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管组合,其特征在于:所述沟槽具有二相对的弧形的内壁面及另外二相对的平坦的内壁面。
6.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管组合,其特征在于:所述发光二极管组合还包括一贴置于发光二极管模组上的导热胶带,其收容于框体的沟槽内。
7.如权利要求1至4任一项所述的发光二极管组合,其特征在于:所述包装盒由静电防护材料制成。
